Welcome to Aireys Oasis, a beautifully decorated townhouse centrally located with a short stroll to all amenities in Airey's inlet including the general store, Airey's Pub, local restaurants, Eagles Nest Gallery and a short drive to Lorne, Anglesea, Bells Beach and Torquay.
Downstairs has an open plan kitchen/dining and living area, powder room and a separate laundry with storage for the beach equipment. The living room opens to a fantastic outdoor area with water features that give a feeling of tranquillity. There are a few different areas to relax with a good book, good BBQ and/or a good bottle of wine. Alternatively there are heaps of board games to keep you amused.

This privately tucked away coastal home is Modern Contemporary in design and has great energy, flow and spaces over two levels. Perfectly equipped for multiple families / groups or the upper level could easily be used as standalone by couples / singles, with all you need on one floor. There is a large King Bedroom with ensuite bathroom and built in robes on this level. Also a powder room, which is great for guests.
A lovely ambience throughout, with an open plan kitchen, dining and living all that have a natural flow out on to expansive decking with incredible north / west facing sun aspect. The well-equipped kitchen has an excellent stone benchtop for preparing meals and enjoying nibble platters, before deciding on whether to sit at the dining table or head out to the deck to sit in the sunshine and enjoy the fresh sea breeze. The elevated position creating a great sense of privacy and surrounded by treetops & a special outlook.
The house is great for all seasons of the year offering comfortable extras, the main living has a feature sandstone fireplace creating cosiness and warmth. There are split systems for heating and cooling too, so after being out and about, enjoying the stunning beaches and national parks on your doorstep, you can step into a comfortable home to relax and unwind.
Downstairs on the lower level, there is a second generous living room with lovely couches and TV and huge windows and glass sliding doors that lead to a second entertaining deck, creating wonderful indoor and outdoor living. Well appointed home on two levels, two living areas, ample parking from two driveways, great kitchen with all the things you need (toaster, coffee maker, popcorn maker etc) , a peaceful balcony setting with a BBQ. Two TVs, a study/desk space in the sunroom.
We are in nice quiet spot which has easy walking access to all of Aireys attractions and the beach.

Provided all of the utensils, glasses, platters, crockery, cutlery, etc to feed an army! It had everything you could ever need. Comfy beds and quality linen made a for a great night's sleep! The modern bathrooms are stunning! The fireplace made the living area so warm and cozy. The personal touches made us feel very welcome and showed the host really had though about everything. The outdoor space was great - felt like we were in a tree house. Ideal place to unwind, listening to nature. Relaxing, indulgent and squeaky clean! We did not want to leave. Highly recommend."

WALK THROUGH THE HOME WITH US
Walking through the large timber door you will notice straight away just how spacious this home is! With a welcoming charm, from entry you will be gravitated towards the large kitchen, dining and main living area. The house is split level so you will need to walk down a couple of steps to access the kitchen. The kitchen has a long sweeping island bench which sits 5 guests comfortably. The kitchen is equipped with all the modern appliances you will need for a long or short holiday. It has a great view of both outdoor areas, making it easy to keep an eye on the kids or engaged when staying with friends. Continuing through, take a few more steps down into the large dining area and adjacent main living area. Here you can sit at the large 10 seater table, make a couple of fancy drinks at the bar or head on through to the comfortable main living area. There is ample seating in front of the indoor fireplace and located on the other side of the fireplace, a large plush couch to sit back and watch some TV or cast your eye out to the beautiful views of the ocean, creek and Otway's.
Heading outside from the kitchen area you will find yourself on a timber deck. This has access to the outdoor spa and also a BBQ. There is some seating out here, but you will find more around in the backyard. This outdoor space does have capacity to close this section of the garden off in case you wanted the kids to remain in an area. There are two gates at either end of the garden you can close.
There are sliding doors in front of the main living area which take you out to the back yard. You will also be on a timber deck when walking outside however you will be met with a large outdoor table suitable for outdoor dining. Take a couple of steps off the deck and you will be in a nice grassed area for more outdoor entertaining. The garden has been landscaped and has been purposely planted which attract all sorts of local birds during different seasons.
The master bedroom or bedroom 1 is located on the bottom floor of the house. It is accessed via an expansive study area, where you can plug in your laptop and work in a quiet space. Bedroom 1 has an ensuite with toilet and shower, and also a massive walk-in robe and is connected with central heating and cooling. Bedroom 2, 3 and 4 are located up stairs and all have the same set up. Single beds with a single sized trundle bed underneath them, built in robes and a split system in each to regulate temperature. Bedroom 5 is also located upstairs. This has a queen bed, built in robes and also an ensuite with toilet and shower. Bedrooms 2 - 5 have ocean, creek and Otway views from their windows.
The laundry and powder rooms are located to the right when you head back to the main entryway. The laundry has a washing machine, clothes dryer and drying rack. There are also lots of other appliances in the cupboard that you are welcome to use during your stay. The main bathroom of the house is located upstairs to service bedrooms 2,3 and 4. There is a shower over the bathtub and a vanity in the bathroom. There is a toilet located in its own room next to the bathroom.
The second living area is located upstairs. This is a large space which has a second TV, DVD player, board games and a large couch to relax on to. There is also a long desk in this space for the kids and friends to spread out on in case there are multiple games happening at once! This space is also regulated by the central heating/cooling system.
Guest Access:
To gain access to the property, guests will need to come and collect the keys from our Aireys Inlet office. Located at 4/75 Great Ocean Road, Aireys Inlet, 3231. We are located next to the mini golf. You will have access to the entire property during your stay except for the garage.
The Neighborhood:
The property is located on Brent Avenue in Aireys Inlet. Brent Avenue is a very central location, which allows you to access everything in Aireys Inlet via walking. If you are feeling adventurous you could walk to the main beach off Inlet Crescent in roughly 20 mins being 1.4km away. Close by you can dine out at our local favourites A La Grecque, Le Comptoir and the Aireys Pub. You can also grab some breaky or lunch at Mr T & Me, Le Comptoir and pick up some staple grocery items from the General Store, all of which are within a 600m walk.
Enjoy the nearby family friendly activities such as the Great Ocean Road Mini Golf, Aireys Inlet Skatepark and Playground, the Bark Hut reserve and of course you could take the Eco Logic Split Point Lighthouse Tour and climb to the top of the famous Round the Twist lighthouse. There are some great beaches to explore in Aireys and of course Painkalac Creek if you're wanting to paddle board, kayak or fish.
Getting Around:
We would recommend bringing a vehicle as if you need to do a substantial grocery shop or to shop for particular ingredients you might need to visit the neighbouring towns Anglesea and Lorne where you can shop at an IGA or Foodworks. However, once you have settled into the property with all your goods, walking or riding a bike around town would be our choice!

"Yirrip" is Wadawurrung for ironbark trees, and the acre property is abundant with native plants and ironbark trees. This 2-storey renovated house has a history as it was built after one of Australia's worst fires, the 1983 Ash Wednesday bushfires, occured. After that, it served as a home for two families before being renovated as a vacation rental.
This huge and impressive house has a cathedral roofline, floor-to-ceiling windows, ample parking, relaxing multiple living rooms, an upscale dining and kitchen with modern amenities and appliances, lovely decks, balcony, and so much more. WALK THROUGH THE HOME WITH US
When you drive into the complex you are able to park in any available space. Head up the stairs to a communal area where you can access all the apartments. Once you head into the apartment you will be in the main living, kitchen and dining area. This is a comfortable size for 4 guests. On your right hand side there is the kitchen. There are some great amenities and appliances for you to use during your stay. Continuing through you will walk past the 4 seater dining table, and then into the living area. This is a cosy and comfortable space. There is a lot of natural light coming into this area from the adjacent balcony.
Two generous sized bedrooms are located off this main room. Bedroom 1 is on your left as you walk into the front door. This has a double size bed in it along with a ceiling fan. Bedroom 2 is located on the left further into the apartment. This bedroom has a queen size bed, built in robes and a ceiling fan.
The bathroom and laundry are combined in one room. This is located to the left in the apartment in between both bedrooms. This generous space has a toilet and shower and also a washer/dryer. There are lots of other appliances in this room that you are welcome to use during your stay.
The apartment has its own private balcony. This is a small space with a 2 seater table and chairs and also a BBQ. The balcony sits among the trees, so there is an abundance of birdlife throughout the year. You can also see glimpses of Painkalac Creek.

Guest Access:
To gain access to the property, guests will need to come and collect the keys from our Aireys Inlet office. Located at 4/75 Great Ocean Road, Aireys Inlet, 3231. We are located next to the mini golf. You will have access to the entire property during your stay. The property does feature a garage, unfortunately this is not used for guests cars. If you will be arriving late at night we can also arrange a key drop off.
The Neighborhood:
Being located at the bottom shops in Aireys Inlet, you are spoiled for choice with how you want to spend your time. There is a great coffee shop located below the apartment, there is Fish and chips just down the road and also if you're interested a surf shop to grab some beach supplies.
Enjoy the nearby family friendly activities such as the Great Ocean Road Mini Golf, Aireys Inlet SkatePark and Playground, the Bark Hut reserve and of course you could take the Eco Logic Split Point Lighthouse Tour and climb to the top of the famous Round the Twist lighthouse. There are some great beaches to explore in Aireys and of course Painkalac Creek if you're wanting to paddle board, kayak or fish.
Getting Around:
We would recommend bringing a vehicle as if you need to do a substantial grocery shop or to shop for particular ingredients you might need to visit the neighbouring towns Anglesea and Lorne where you can shop at an IGA or Foodworks. However, once you have settled into the property with all your goods, walking or riding a bike around town would be our choice!

The studio apartment is stylish with a touch of class and simplicity purposely built for a couple and provides a fantastic retreat for 2. It is located directly across the road from the Painkalac River so has great views of the valley and hills beyond from the bedroom/lounge and deck. More on offer than a motel suite with a reasonable price. It is just a short walk to the beach/lighthouse along the river with cafes, restaurants and the famous Airey's Pub located just around the corner. The perfect location for a relaxing beach holiday/weekend or a retreat on your Great Ocean Road tour.
Stay for a night or relax for a week. (2 night min over a weekend unless last minute. Long weekends are 3 nights and Easter, Melbourne Cup and Peak summer are 4 night min.)
