Located along the iconic Great Ocean Road within the Cumberland Resort in Lorne, A107 is a non smoking, self contained, pet friendly and wheelchair friendly two bedroom apartment with discrete mobility friendly aids throughout. It is ideal for families with small children as well as those who require some extra assistance. With an amazing large balcony which looks over Louttit Bay, you can relax and enjoy brekkie, coffee or a drink at the end of the day while watching the world go by.

Guests are welcome to use all of the resorts facilities, indoor swimming pool, gym, sauna, tennis and squash courts, games room, gardens and BBQ area. All of Lorne’s attractions are only a short walk, Main Beach, shops, restaurants, bars and cafes.

The apartment is close to a golf course and on the waterfront. The main bedroom has a queen bed, wall mounted TV, panel heater, and ceiling fan. The second bedroom is off the living area with a double bed, ceiling fan and a chest of drawers.

Before we get started, I want you to know I do not have internet no matter if you look at Stayz or Vrbo or Homeaway. Its a glitch in the site!
Goose Crossing has been accommodating people and dogs since the early 90's. We choose to take dogs because we love them ourselves. Goose Crossing is a small studio (4.5 x 3.5 meters) only for single or two people and maximum two very small dogs or one medium dog. You must disclose that you have a dog coming with you.
The studio is in the village of Lorne situated in a quiet garden setting where a few parrots and roos can get quite friendly. The deck (4.5 × 3.5 meters) along a small pocket of garden are fenced together for your dog. Fencing is 4 foot high. . Even though the studio is small it has all your conveniences... a small kitchenette, heating/air conditioning, queen bed, TV, DVD, (no internet) and a BBQ and deck furniture. The main street and foreshore of the town is only a 15-minute walk down the hill. We have a great dog beach which is 24/7 all year round.. Our studio is built with second hand materials and furnished in a similar way. Modern we are not! Check in and check out times are fairly flexible. Generally, we say 1 pm check in and check out 10:00. Times can go either way, depending on the comings/goings of other guest. Goose Crossing is a perfect getaway for you and your dog for a short stay(and not breaking the bank).
There are an assortment of rules for your dog, but they are reasonable.
1. Not on furniture
2. Pick up all doggie poos and dispose of in garbage bins outside
3 .Dogs allowed inside but not left alone inside if going out.
4.. Dogs must have a toilet break before they come in the studio for the first time. (Dogs do like to leave their mark on new places even well-trained dogs)
6. You MUST disclose you have a dog/s and what breed. If not, I can refuse to rent to you.
People rules:
1. Air-conditioned/heating appliance is not to be left on when you have left the premises. It only takes a few minutes to heat or cool this studio..
2. Please don't leave the outside light on all night. It shines into the neighbour's windows.

4. Please do not leave your electric appliances charging when you go out and about away from the studio and also all night when you are sleeping.

Directions: Turn right on to Williams Street off the Great Ocean Road known as Mt. Joy Parade. Driving up Williams, take your 3rd left. (at the top of the hill) Drive about 60 feet (18.29 metres) and take your first right, which is Babington Lane and a 'no through road'. This short road (at the end) will take you veering slightly left to face a building where you cannot go any farther. Park on the right of the building facing you. The studio will be at the back right corner of the building, with a sign saying 'Goose Crossing' and steps leading up on to the deck. Come in and make yourselves at home (it will be open for you) and we will catch up to you at some stage.

COTTAGE - Willowbank Cottage is 1 bedroom, two story cottage located on a quiet dead end lane. From our deck you can look directly across the street into the bush where the Otway National Park begins. Upstairs in the bedroom, you can look out the windows and feel like you are in the tree tops. Our property (where we reside) is approximately 11/2 acres. The cottage is built mainly of recycled material that we have collected over the years from house demolitions in Lorne.
The cottage consist of a fully equipped kitchen/lounge area with wood fire heater and gas heater. Bathroom (on main floor) consists of a shower/sink/washing machine and a separate toilet . Our dog 'off leash area' is a combined deck/grass area which is enclosed with a 1.2 meter high fence.
If you decide to book, please note we don't supply bath/beach towels/personal/shower toiletries. We supply bed linen and everything for cleaning up in the kitchen. Our cottage is not 'high tech' (no internet) but you will have a relaxing time getting away from it all.

Drive into the middle of town and turn right in to Williams St. off the Great Ocean Road also called Mt. Joy Parade. Driving up the hill on Williams Street, take your 3rd major left where you will see a blue sign saying Cherry Tree Ck. cottage. After you take this left, drive only about 60 feet and take your 1st right-this is Babingtion Lane a 'no through road'.. Drive slowly down this small section of road.. Willowbank is 4th residence on the left from the corner house and is a red trim weatherboard cottage just before the willow tree.

DOG RULES: Dogs are allowed inside, but not left inside alone if you go out. They must either go with you or left in the designated dog yard. No dogs on furniture or beds! . All dogs must be taken for a ''toilet' walk before they come into the house after their ride to Lorne. Doggie poos are to be bagged and thrown in the garbage bin provided outside. Please bring doggie stuff: beds, old towels to wipe them off. There is a hose out the front of the cottage to hose your dog down if need be.

- "everything perfect just needed a dryer" - "We loved this apartment. It is well set out. The couch and beds are super comfy and the view is amazing. I couldnt get over how quiet is was at night. Not a sound till the birds start chirping in the morning!" - "We're a family of 2 adults and 2 children and we enjoyed ourselves for our 4 nights, great location and view. We would walk down to the pier that was a 5 minute walk, if that, and the kids loved it. Rock pools were around the corner, not far away at all, and fun for the kids. Be aware if you have small children that there are some ornaments that need to be put up high, so little fingers cannot grab them and play! You're told before you stay that the apartment building is quiet and you must be quiet. We found the apartment next door quite noisy at night when they watched movies and you could hear the thump of the TV sound. Luckily bedrooms are not against the shared wall, so our children were not disturbed at night. Would be nice if you were given a bit more information about the process of entering the apartment, ie. Once you're parked underneath, look for the door with the apartment number and take the stairs. Overall, we really enjoyed ourselves and recommend staying here."
