Anglesea River Beach House easily sleeps 11 with 4 bedrooms (queen/en-suite, queen, queen, 5 singles). Downstairs there's a spacious open plan lounge/dining/kitchen downstairs, with leather couches, large dining table, enclosed wood fire, and a well equipped, roomy kitchen.

There's a separate lounge room upstairs, with a second TV and views across the river. All living spaces have reverse-cycle cooling and heating.

Lounge Rooms:

There are two lounge rooms, the main lounge room is downstairs, and a second lounge room upstairs. Both lounge rooms have flat screen TV's, DVD/BluRay players and reverse cycle heating/cooling. Downstairs there's leather couches for 10+ people, an enclosed log fire, internet tv (Netflix, Kayo, etc) and an audio system. Upstairs is a separate room with comfy couches for 6+ people and a sunny view.

Kitchen and Dining:

The kitchen is modern, roomy and fully equipped. It has a full set of cutlery, crockery and utensils, along with induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, fridge and microwave. In the dining room there is a large timber dining table with dining chairs for 11 people.

We have recently refurbished and created a sunny happy holiday home .With a fully equipt kitchen, and stunning bathroom. The house has two bedrooms, one with queen bed and the other with 2 singles. Doonas and pillows are provided. Our beds are new and comfortable.

Large glass doors lead from the living/dining to the front deck which has a bbq and dining setting and is north facing to catch the sun. This overlooks our newly landscaped garden.

For your comfort there is a split cycle a/c heater cooler and a pot belly fireplace for those nights where you just want to snuggle up and stay home.

A great beach escape in Anglesea for family holidays. Fully self-contained, two storey accommodation offering all conveniences and a lock up garage. Anglesea Outlook comfortably sleeps eight people, suits two families and provides fabulous views from the upper deck over Anglesea and the beach. Conveniently located, and an easy short walk from the beach, shops, tennis courts, bowls club, playground, churches and the Anglesea Hotel, Anglesea Outlook is located in a quiet deadend street with a walk-through to the beach.

The upper level with a queen bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom and separate toilet are privately zoned leading down to the kitchen and family room. Downstairs also has a queen bedroom and a queen/ king single bunk room. Both floors offer a family room with television, a bathroom and separate toilets. The well equipped kitchen with walk in pantry, dining area and outdoor eating area with a gas barbecue are situated upstairs. The laundry with automatic washing machine and dryer is situated downstairs.
Families with young children are well cared cared for at Anglesea Outlook. The large ground floor bathroom offers a full sized bath and separate shower recess. A portacot, change table, baby bath, high chair and safety gate attached to the stairs are all available for those visitors with infants and young children.

- "The 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms suited our group of 5 adults and 2 children very well. The location was great, being an easy 10 minute walk from the beach in one direction and the shops in the other. The house was clean and had all the comforts of home and the kitchen was well equipped with appliances, crockery, cutlery, glasses etc. The pantry was well stocked with basic items. The bonus was having Kayo on the TV so that we could watch our favourite football team. The hosts were easy to communicate with regarding access and times. We all thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay!"
