We brought all our food to cook except two meals to try the cafe/pub, next time we would just cook every meal ourselves. All in all, I would highly recommend staying in a new cabin if they’re available and you are willing to pay the little extra. Or if you’re happy to go a bit old school then the deluxe family cabin has what you need just a bit mustier (our friends were in one). To add the kitchen supplies is a bit limited, so don’t plan on doing huge cook ups unless you’re with other people and can share your kitchen supplies. **Definitely bring your own water, you can not drink the tap water and the water in the general store for purchase is over priced**"

We supply tea/coffee, sugar, oil, vinegar, foil/glad wrap and basic dishwashing items (sponges, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tables) but not tea towels.

Wye Dream is a classic older style beach house (it used to be the Surf Life Saving Club Bunkhouse), we love it & so will you, with open plan living area/kitchen, a wood fire and two decks both with views of the waves.

Wye River is a picturesque coastal hamlet surrounded by the Great Otway National Park on the Great Ocean Road.

Jacks Place sits on a ridge with views looking east over the gorgeous Wye Beach to the ocean beyond and west up the valley to the forest. Its position means it is sunny all day and it has been designed to be comfortable all year round. In three minutes walk you will be at the beach, the Wye Pub or the Wye General Store and Cafe with its artisan bread and local produce.

The house was built in 2002, and incorporates recycled feature doors and floors into a stylish interior to create a relaxed and warm atmosphere. The home is centred around the open-plan living room with floor-to-ceiling double-glazed windows and sliding doors on both sides to capture the amazing all-day views. At night there are blinds to create a pleasant evening space. A funky well-appointed kitchen looks over a flat backyard so the cook can keep an eye on the kids.

There's a cosy wood stove plus a portable heaters for winter warmth. Decks front and back mean you can watch the sun rise over the sea with your morning coffee and the sun going down over the forest as you light up the BBQ. You'll find occasional visits from koalas, normally spotted in the big gum trees behind. The garden attracts honeyeaters, Rufus bristle birds, flycatchers, kookaburras, bowerbirds, herons, king parrots, and superb blue wrens. In the cooler months when the rain clouds chase the rainbows over the horizon, you can laze in front of a fire or bird watch from your armchair!

There are three bedrooms, to suit two small families or one bigger family. The third bedroom or bunk room is rather compact and beds not really suitable for adults over 62. Jacks Place has been designed for accessibility and has a gently sloping entrance ramp, an open bathroom, and handrails for family members who need a bit of help for stability.

Clad in a unique chevron pattern in three shades of fire-resistant Equitone, with deep set parapet balconies it floats effortlessly high in trees and connects you directly to the bush and beach in comfort and luxury.

Tucker House features a large living area with expansive views, a spacious kitchen, two big balconies, three bright bedrooms and all the luxuries you need. The main living area, finished in hardwood grained Italian porcelain tiles and framed by full height double glazed windows, is eclectically furnished with a teak Punjabi dining table, comfortable and stylish lounge chairs, an indoor/outdoor bean bag and a large B&B Italia adjustable modular lounge suite that is perfect for lazy holiday afternoon naps.

The wood stove provides excellent warmth in the chilly months, while the ceiling fans and split-level air conditioner provide comfort on summer days.

There is a long beach-facing southern balcony and a large sunny secluded western balcony with a large table and a Weber BBQ for outdoor cooking.

For entertainment, there's a TV and blu-ray DVD player (with a USB port for playing your own digital files). The stereo amplifier connects to mobile devices to enjoy your own music, or you can go old skool with vinyl from our collection on the 1972 Technics turntable.

Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.

All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.
