It turns out that he was the property owner, not the property manager. Fortunately, he was home when we called him, and he had a phone number for the property manager. She wasn't home when we first called - message wasn't returned. Second call reached her, and she assured us that we should have received that information (which we still hadn't). Within the hour, we did receive the code (as we were leaving for the airport to fly there), and everything went well after that. The house was perfect for our needs."

It offers covered pavilions and picnic tables; bring a packed lunch, or during the summer months, grab a bite from a vendor.
The park also features a boat ramp and dock accessibility, as well as a pier, where you can try out your fishing skills or just enjoy the views.
This is a free facility with ample parking. Lifeguards are on duty from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Our host asked why we were booking , it was our grandson’s 10th birthday and can you believe she left a birthday card with an ice cream gift card for him ! So unexpected and thoughtful and even put a happy birthday garden stake in the front yard plant . Super cute. The house was lovely with plenty of room to enjoy our family with all the comforts of home . The kitchen ! Oh my goodness ! Let’s start with hosts special roasted coffee they left us and hand crafted blends of teas! Fabulous coffee ! With a percolation brewer , a regular Mr Coffee pot and Keurig coffee maker . Tea pots and steepers . All the fixings for your perfect cup ! If you enjoy cooking , you will adore the fully stocked kitchen . Don’t bring any extra pans or anything . I’ve never been in a VRBO home that had so many options for appliances , pots , pans, you name it . The house is in a convenient location to everything , Crystal River , state parks , hiking shopping and the best thing for me was a Publix 2 mins from the house . It nice to be able to go get your groceries fast and get back to enjoying why you rented in the first place I hope you all enjoy your stay as much as our family did . "

Our home offers over 1800 Sq ft of living space in a quiet neighborhood in Beverly Hills Florida. Recently updated with an open floor plan and 3 large bedrooms. The master suite has a king bed ,65 inch smart tv and en suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 offers a king bed. Bedroom 3 offers a queen bed. Main bath offers a big walk in shower. The game room also has a futon for extra sleeping accommodation. The living room offers a huge sectional couch and a 70 inch smart tv. The large kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal including slow cooker, griddle, waffle maker etc. There is a large back yard for you and your fur babies to enjoy as well as a propane BBQ. And there is a game room with a 50 inch TV and game console with 20000 games, and some board game and playing cards. Also provided is free wifi and full size washer and dryer. The driveway can accommodate 3 or 4 cars, or a truck and boat trailer.
The property is minutes from shops and restaurants. There are several golf courses nearby and several boat launches and great fishing, and so many other great things to do in citrus county. Swim with the Manatees or Take an exciting Air Boat tour. Or take a nice relaxing river boat tour of the Homosassa River. We are just over 1 hour away from all the theme parks in Orlando.
