The Cottage is located in the heart of Maremma, one of the most fascinating areas of Tuscany, near Capalbio and only 3 km from the sea (Chiarone area). It has a huge and magnificent flower garden of 3000 sqm.

The Cottage is composed of a bright living room with a large kitchen. In this environment, where there is anche a fireplace, you can enjoy a splendid view of the garden. There are two bedrooms with double beds. One of these rooms is in a very airy loft. There is one bathroom. The rooms are tastefully furnished and it is all very cozy. It's very cool and breezy in summer and warm in winter. It's a place of peace and harmony and is located at a strategic point, in fact nearby you can do many activities in every season. Rome is only an hour and a half away and is easily accessible by train.

Guests have access to the wonderful and huge garden, full of plants, flowers, vines, roses, wisteria, fruit trees and a vegetable garden. This garden is equipped with pergolas, deck chairs, hammocks, a shaded dining area and a barbeque. There is free parking.

Guests are always welcomed by the host and receive information about the home and tips for Their stay. One member of the family is always on site to assist guests in any eventuality. The interiors, with attention to detail and personalized furnishings, share a sober and refined taste. La Dimora del Conicchio is distributed on 2 levels. On the ground floor there are: entrance hall, kitchen, living room, veranda, a service area, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On the first floor there are: hallway, 3 bedrooms, 1 terrace and 2 bathrooms.

Once you have entered and passed the entrance, you can access the large living room (about 50 square meters), the kitchen (about 30 square meters) and a service room where the boiler, washing machine and sink are housed.

The kitchen has a long table for 10/12 people and another fireplace.

The dimensions are 6 m x 12 m while the depth is 1 meter for about half the area and gradually reaches the maximum depth of 2.80 meters in the diving area. - "My family and I had been dreaming of our trip to Tuscany for a long time, and our dreams really came true while staying at this property! The villa has a beautiful garden surrounding the home and it is extremely peaceful.. the interiors are wonderfully decorated and feature unique art pieces hanging on the walls, that come directly from the owner’s private collection. We spent most of our time outdoors and in the water, either in the pool at the villa or at the beach nearby, which was very easy to access. There are many activities to do and places to see in the area, so I highly recommend asking the owner for her recommendations, she was more than willing to give us information to help us get the most out of our experience! The villa and the village of Capalbio are truly magical (with great dining options).. my family cannot wait for our next Italian vacation! "
