The Cottage is located in the heart of Maremma, one of the most fascinating areas of Tuscany, near Capalbio and only 3 km from the sea (Chiarone area). It has a huge and magnificent flower garden of 3000 sqm.

The Cottage is composed of a bright living room with a large kitchen. In this environment, where there is anche a fireplace, you can enjoy a splendid view of the garden. There are two bedrooms with double beds. One of these rooms is in a very airy loft. There is one bathroom. The rooms are tastefully furnished and it is all very cozy. It's very cool and breezy in summer and warm in winter. It's a place of peace and harmony and is located at a strategic point, in fact nearby you can do many activities in every season. Rome is only an hour and a half away and is easily accessible by train.

Guests have access to the wonderful and huge garden, full of plants, flowers, vines, roses, wisteria, fruit trees and a vegetable garden. This garden is equipped with pergolas, deck chairs, hammocks, a shaded dining area and a barbeque. There is free parking.

Guests are always welcomed by the host and receive information about the home and tips for Their stay. One member of the family is always on site to assist guests in any eventuality. The interiors, with attention to detail and personalized furnishings, share a sober and refined taste. La Dimora del Conicchio is distributed on 2 levels. On the ground floor there are: entrance hall, kitchen, living room, veranda, a service area, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On the first floor there are: hallway, 3 bedrooms, 1 terrace and 2 bathrooms.

Once you have entered and passed the entrance, you can access the large living room (about 50 square meters), the kitchen (about 30 square meters) and a service room where the boiler, washing machine and sink are housed.

The kitchen has a long table for 10/12 people and another fireplace.

The dimensions are 6 m x 12 m while the depth is 1 meter for about half the area and gradually reaches the maximum depth of 2.80 meters in the diving area. The outdoor grounds were spectacular! so many areas for relaxing and dining, the pool was outstanding, the whole family enjoyed the outdoors. Too hard to describe its a must see paradise. The house is over the top. the décor unbelievable very eclectic and you can certainly see it was done with so much love and care. It took my grandchildren no time to call it HOME. Every single amenity was perfect, everything was in excellent working condition. There was nothing that was missing. The home was fully furnished bedding was great and showers and bathrooms for every room. the kitchen was not missing a thing and more than enough dishes and cutlery and everything you would need to host a party for 30+ people. I rented this place for a special birthday that I wanted to celebrate with my whole family. Every member of the family was there for the time we had the home and so many memories were created, i call it "once in a lifetime" because we were able to get each member of my family and my brothers family together for the celebration and just spending the time together. On Ferragosto 15Th of August my family from Italy joined (10 more people) and we had a marvelous chef prepare a delicious meal ! As i write this there are tears in my eyes at it truly was a dream come true. I must thank Barbara and her husband Francesco for sharing this beautiful home with us to make our dreams come true. They were excellent hosts, greeting us when we arrived being available for us night or day and being there for our check out. I worked very closely with Barbara before arriving for amazing recommendations of places to go and restaurants to visit. Each recommendation again exceeded expectations. Yes there are probably a million houses available around the world but this particular one is a HOME and to create a home with such beautiful energy you have to have owners who really really care and love from their heart.
