- "Brilliant. Will be back" - "Great base for visiting family. Easy for them to come back and forth, as plenty of room and very spacious. Far better than what we had imagined. It was spotless and well equipped. Large TV in living area, and master bedroom and small TV in the kids bedroom. 2 x bathrooms, the en-suite had full size bath and over shower, sink and toilet. With the second bathroom having shower, sink and toilet. Kitchen had plenty of cupboard space, gas cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge freezer, cutlery, crockery, utensils, glasses, pans etc.. also had a little welcome pack with washing up liquid, cloth, tea towel and bin bags. In the fridge was a milk and bottle of juice (thank u, they were most welcome). Bedding was provided for all beds, but no towels, so you need to take these yourself which we did, but missed a towel/ bath mat when we got out of the shower in the en-suite as the floor was wet and slippery, so pack an extra one for the floor. Overall it was great! Would recommend and will definitely be booking again! We stayed late November so was out of season, and shops, clubhouse etc not open on site but bar was. "

They did also kindly take our bags off of us and put these in our room when it was ready. Hosts: very polite, welcoming and approachable. They were just very lovely People. Room: very clean, simple and comfortable. Shower was lovely and hot, tea and coffee supplied. Breakfast: For everyone’s safety the breakfast Room is closed and breakfast is served in bed. This was actually really nice! Definitely recommend the hand made yogurt pot to go with your cooked breakfast! Delicious! (There is a table and two chairs provided in the room just in case you don’t want to eat in bed)"

- "One space to park right on the corner of a round about so tight that one person cant get out. Got there and no key in the safe then had to go in the shop to get one. Finally got one and was tkld it wasnt the same apartment we booked as it had a leak. Walked in the main entrance to find a dirty hall smelling of strong mens after shave went up very steep stairs to the room and found everywhere filthy dirty hairs in the sink shower and bed, mud in the bed everywhere smeared ghe crocks in the cupboard were even dirty the sink had spolt milk in it and a nearly empty mayo i am not exaggerating the smell made me feel sick. There was even a rubber glove hanging from the ceiling im guessing to cover an exposed wire. It took so long to process the refund that i ended up travelling home that evening and didnt get back untll after midnight. It ruined our 1 night stay. He paid me back part of what i payed and i ended up losing £20 as he said he would only give me the money he woild make from it not the fee he pays yourselves!"

- "Upon arrival, told a key and fob for alarm would be in key box, it wasn't. Opened door, alarm goes off. Having to stand there with all neighbours on street looking at us, trying to explain that im renting the property and don't know how to rurn alarm off, EMBARRASSING. Getting inside to find cob webs and spiders EVERYWHERE was not nice. Bunk bed is broken right on the middle so cannot be slept on. Master bedroom has damp and mold all over the wall, the host has tried to paint over it, not happening..... Its a shame because it could be really nice. Damp, Mold, Broken bed, Alarm going off.... got out of there as soon as daylight came. AVOID !!!"
