- "When i booked the property i was under the impression that the price on hotels.com was the price. We then had to pay extra for the dogs, extra for bedding and extra for electricity used. It would have been better if this was in the details of the booking before you confirm. When people are on a budget this could be hard for them. Other than that they were very accommodating and even offered us a two bed they had available as there were 4 of us which was really nice of them. Chalet was lovely, comfortable, warm and clean. Seaways is a 3 bedroom, dog friendly holiday cottage located just a few minutes walk from the blue flag beach at Sutton on Sea. All on one floor, Seaways has been completely renovated and extended to provide 3 bedrooms (2 x king, 1 x twin), 2 shower rooms and a large, bright, open plan kitchen, diner and lounge with double doors opening onto the private and fully enclosed rear garden. We took advantage of the vast beach and the girls loved it, running freely with virtually no interruption. Although the water was too cold for a dip it made for some lovely walks. We went Mon-Fri so unfortunately some of the local shops in the town only open later in the week but we had all of supplies to hand with the co-op and Tesco near to site. The property was nicely sheltered from the coastal breeze so we could strike up the BBQ. The property has its own access gate onto the beach which is brilliant for a quick walk to the water. The site is very quiet again this was very welcome and everyone was very friendly. Diesel is cheaper than Petrol in the area by a good 10p / ltr so stock up! We would highly recommend this property for any would be travellers to the area. AB FAB all round!"

Completely refurbished and opened in August 2022, this beautiful bungalow sleeps 4 people (plus baby/small child) and is dog friendly. It is a 5 minute walk from the high street and 10 minute walk from the Blue Flag beach.

It has an open plan kitchen/lounge/diner, comprising an entrance area with space for coat and shoe storage, a fully equipped kitchen with large breakfast bar and integrated appliances including: fridge/freezer, induction hob, oven and microwave. The seating area has a sofa, two arm chairs and a wall mounted 55" smart TV.

Moving through to the back of the property there is a dressing area with plenty of drawers and hanging space for clothes with good lighting a large mirror and hair dryer. A utility cupboard houses a washing machine.

The shower room offers a large sink, toilet and large walk in power shower.

A very warm welcome to our beautiful dog friendly lodge. Our lodge started out as two shipping containers sailing the high sea's after their last delivery they ended up in the stunningly beautiful coastal countryside 1 mile from the magnificent sandy beaches of Sutton on Sea. The containers have been beautifully converted into a stylish unique lodge, boasting 2 Alcove bedrooms, one king size bed, 2 singles and one of the singles makes into a double bed, plenty of space for socialising plus flexible accommodation. This lodge makes the perfect holiday home for a group or special family gathering. Everything about this property has been well thought through to create a relaxed and luxurious feeling.

- "This is our second stay here at Marai Eton. Everything as expected,great base for our short stay. We had an issue with the hot water and heating but a phone call was made and this was resolved quickly Thankyou to the owners for dealing with the issue! The home has everything we needed for 2 adults,child and dog.The beds are comfortable and clean,we had really good nights sleep....i must buy one of the mattresses you have! The area is lovely and quiet with it being February and out of season not everywhere is open but you won't get the hustle and bustle of the busiest times of year, Trusthorpe it's self is lovely, people are so friendly. Quick walk round the back through caravan park and you are on the beach. Sort drive to Sutton on sea,& Mablethorpe.We did a trip to Skegness and I noticed that they now have signs on shops which allow dogs or not! This must be a new thing as last year we couldn't go in alot of places in Skegness with the dog..Cold brisk weather,but excellent stay,The Marai Eton will be on our list again for next year."

My daughter stayed in the downstairs bedroom and we could not hear the baby at all when she woke through the night, from upstairs bedrooms. The garden was lovely and very secure.
