Let me tell you, any of the negative reviews are false and obviously rated by entitled Karen's. Check in was a breeze, yes I had to press a button but they were there promptly with in seconds to get us checked in. The guy running the place was AWESOME! Very attentive and had a great personality. The rooms including bedding was VERY clean! The motel is off of a busy street, but there was literally no road noise in side our room. We stayed a total of 4 days and 3 nights here. There is a ton of things you can literally walk to with in a matter of minutes or with the convenience of the busy main street you can drive anywhere with in minutes. This location was very convenient! We will definitely stay again when we come back to visit. We were more than pleased with our stay. Those who want to complain about every little thing, go spend big bucks at a 5 star! I was more pleased with our stay here at Southside, than I have been at bigger and way more expensive hotels! "
