Old styled building still using Keys :) Booked the classic room mountain view: Room size is good for 3 days stay with no ski gear in - the cubic corner shower is very small and needs to take two steps up to get in. The management is clearly very picky in their hiring and training. It almost felt like they were ideologically committed to the hotel. Upon check-in, we were not provided with a tour of the hotel and its amenities and so we were unaware of the complimentary breakfast. 2. We had requested to ski on four days however, the concierge incorrectly charged us for 5 days. The hotel failed to offer any compensation or alternative solution, leading to a substantial charge. 3. Consequently, we were forced to pay for the lock change. Most hotels provide key cards, and if that was the only key available, we would have appreciated prior notification. To access spa facilities you have to pay (a lot) extra and use the ones at chabichou hotel, but subject to availability since it is another hotel, which you have to cross over the ski slope (not good experience if you want to walk around in a robe).
