- "The rooms were functional, but the bathroom and toilet and main door locks all needed renovation. Location was excellent just a short 3min walk to the gondola. Food was above normal for a buffet style approach. Pizza was always amazing. They really pulled out all the stops for New Years eve food, with oysters and fillet steak. All inclusive bar options were very good, with the expected exclusions... Most bar staff were brilliant with just one grumpy guy, who we think was the main bar tender... Kudos to Elone, who really made an extra effort with the cocktails !! However, this is a very French based hotel, with most guests being French. It has what looks to be a very good kids club (all in French). Our main criticism was the entertainment volume. Not the music, but two hours most nights of a very very loud french guy on the microphone. This would be fine if there was another space, but there is not. There was a battle for the "quiet room" on an evening which seated just 6 or so people, so one group only... Even the kids tried to use the room to escape... Overall very good, but beware the evening entertainment if not French and just want a nice relaxing evening."

The room only a had a small heater in the bedroom which wasn’t enough to heat the bathroom (which had no heater). Therefore, you are surely to feel cold when stepping out of the bathroom. Bathroom was very small and bath area tiny (I am 5’2” and 120 pounds). There wasn’t even a place to place soap or shampoo. For a hotel in a ski area, they didn’t have a hair drier. Make sure you are tall enough to reach the microwave. The hotel premisses are old and not well kept. The only positive thing about this place was the excellent service of the housekeepers, Maria and Carolina, who tried to make us as comfortable as possible. I do not recommend this place. Terrible value for your money. "

This apartment has been completely refurbished with a mountain style design, in quality materials. It is classified in furnished 3 STARS. It is equipped with a modern household appliance. It is located 150 m from the first chairlift and it is close to all the shops. The building has been completely renovated outside. Linen, and final cleaning included in the price.

The rental is from Saturday to Saturday and for a minimum of one week.

Our apartment of 53m2 was completely renovated in 2023 with quality services. Everything has been changed: floor, bathroom, showers, furniture, bedding, lighting, decoration, kitchen, electricity, etc.
The apartment is ideally located in relation to the slopes, ski lifts, the ski school: you will slide, you do not walk 1 meter. Shops and restaurants are within a 100m walk.
6 adults maximum! With children, it's perfect up to 8 persons!
You have all the necessary facilities at your disposal to make it an unforgettable holiday, even a raclette machine!
As sleep is important to recover from skiing, I have chosen for quality bedding!

The apartment is ski in/ski out with ample room for ski storage and access to the underground carpark for loading and unloading. The accommodation itself is immaculately clean and extremely well appointed. There is everything you need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. We cooked every night, and found the range of cooking utensils and equipment to be very much above the standard we usually find in holiday flats. The bed was comfortable and the facilities are all of a very high standard. Karl and his wife have clearly gone through a lot of effort and thought to make the apartment as nice and as welcoming as they possibly could. It has been fully renovated to a high standard including new windows which makes it warm and cosy in the evenings. It was quiet during our entire stay and the communal parts of the building are cleaned daily so it has a very well kept feel throughout. Everyone we met was very pleasant and polite. Karl is a great communicator, very responsive to any queries or requests and is a genuinely nice person to deal with. We can honestly say there were no issues about the booking process, meeting the local agent (who was also very responsive), with the accommodation or with anything at all.
