- "Great place to stay.. we stayed for 4 nights 2 adults and my 13 year old son.. the only things I’d say..!! is it’s pointless having a kitchen in the apartment, if you do not give a few more facilities for people to use.. we did not go for breakfast as we only eat small before hitting the slopes.. it’s obvious that the hotel restricts any cutlery to force people to eat there or eat out., personally I run 5 holiday rentals and would never restrict items from a property.. the place is restricted by the lack of kitchen facilities in the apartment. Providing some basic kitchen amenities could indeed enhance the guest experience and flexibility. just the little things added certainly would give the hotel a much better rating, as guests do need the options..!! We had to use the multi tool cork screw with tiny pen knife. Lucky we’ve survival skills to adapt 👍😎"

And the breakfast: A perfect 10" - "This hotel is at the end of a red run so great for getting on and off the slopes. The hotel is situated in a better area for skiing as everywhere else seemed overly busy, its easy to go to all areas in the 3 valleys using the lifts around. There is a bus that stops outside the hotel which will take you down into the town too. The facilities and restaurant are 10/10, I'll definitely be returning to Hotel Kaya in future. "

It also has next door a small supermarket, pizzeria, ski hire and ski pass. The only think to be careful of is that on Expedia it says the hotel is located in Saint Martin de Belleville which is incorrect. It is located in Les Menuires in a place called Berlin. If getting a transfer arriving late at night make sure you have checked with the hotel that the pedestrian lift is working up to the hotel as it is not in the actual village but half way up the ski slope. But there is a pedestrian lift that goes between the two and works 24/7. So access to the village is easy and takes 2 minutes unless you desire to walk up a snowy path for 5 minutes that is located near the lift."

- "It was ok but expensive for what we got.We were told they were no towels as the hotel was full! There’s no room cleaning. Make your beds on arrive. Strip them and fully clean the room when you leave. And the lady in rebel ski hire was vile we had 2 children first pair of boots were to small she wasn’t happy about changing them probably the wrong time of the month not the experience would expect in a hire shop. - "This is a friendly, recently renovated residence right in the middle of Les Bruyeres. It is truly ski in ski out (open the boot room door directly on to a green / blue run) and has everything that a guest might need. The kitchen area in the apartments is well equipped and the receptionists all welcoming and helpful. Positive points also included having a separate loo, bathroom and shower room.The only negative being that I thought I had booked an apartment with 2 bedrooms, but it was actually one double and bunk beds in an alcove."
