Our spacious (66 sq m plus 8 sq m balcony) and recently refurbished duplex apartment is on the fourth floor of this typical apartment building in La Tania and sleeps 6.

There are 2 good size bedrooms with twin beds, two bathrooms and a sauna. There is a mezzanine which sleeps two.

The living area is bright, spacious and comfortable with large picture windows and a door leading out to the south facing balcony with views over the mountains and forest.

The building is located near the top of the resort and you can ski in and out easily. It couldn't be easier to pop home for lunch in the sun before going back to the slopes for an afternoon ski.

If you come by train from Paris to Moutiers its only a half hour taxi ride up the mountain. The resort facilities are a five minute walk away.

Bedroom 1 with twin beds is on the mezzanine floor with a window over-looking the mountains.

Bedroom 2 is as you come into the apartment on the left and has twin beds and a window overlooking the valley.

Mezzanine - this has been extended to accommodate two single beds.

The bathroom on the mezzanine floor has a shower cubicle, toilet, basin and a sauna.

The bathroom on the main floor next to bedroom two has a bath with hand shower, toilet and basin.

The kitchen is located discretely in the living/dining area and is small but adequately equipped with a sink, four ring electric hob, dishwasher, fridge and a combi microwave. Filter coffee machine and electric kettle supplied.

Booking 1600 hrs Saturday to 1000 hrs Saturday. The apartment is in the village of LaTania. The large 753 sq ft (70 sq. meter) apartment , on the third floor, has panoramic views over the village, pistes and valley from the spacious lounge/dining room. Ski in/out to the nursery slopes , cable car and Folyeres piste. There are no other local stay taxes to be paid.
Excellent, green , red and blue runs get you back into LaTania and there is a really good nursery run and good ski schools. Free WIFI and flat screen TV , blu ray DVD player in apartment. The La Tania resort is good value for money with many restaurants , some pubs and supermarket. The Pub Ski Lodge is only 100 metres away with excellent food and entertainment every night. Themed evenings at the pub and dancing are a great way to wind down after a good ski day. There are many different eating places but LaTania maintains a 'village' atmosphere. There are several ski shops for renting your ski equipment which can be ordered on line before you arrive. There is also a free ski bus to connect the main resorts in the area.
There is plenty of activity in LaTania in the summer with swimming pool , basket ball, volleyball, tennis court , table tennis and boules in the village. There are many other activities for example mountain bike riding, walking, climbing,white water rafting archery and horse riding locally.
There is an excellent tourist office in La Tania which will provide expert support during your stay. - "The apartment is not huge, but it has everything you need to make it a comfortable stay/holiday. It's clean and has been recently refurbished. Myself and the family loved it, the kids loved the bunk beds. Communication with Eric, the owner, was good and he responded to messages and phone calls quickly leading up to the holiday and when we arrived. Location wise it's great, close to the shops, bars and restaurants, though there are a few steps up to the apartment from the village centre. The ski locker in the basement was more than big enough to house everything for a family of four skiers and boarders. The use of the underground parking is useful, so the car is secure and out of the weather. All in all, I would recommend the apartment to others."

Two single beds in the bedroom, 3 single beds (two double as sofas and one trundle) in the lounge Includes Wifi. And there is a Private Sauna in the bathroom. Inside parking included in the basement of the building. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor (3rd floor if entering from the front). There is also a Flat Screen TV and DVD/Blu-ray player, and a selection of movies.

The kitchen includes a hob, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and coffee maker. There is a large dining table, three chairs and a bench. All normal crockery and cutlery is provided, and there is also a fondue set. The apartment also has a washing machine situated in the hallway next to the front door.

There is a large ski locker/cave underneath the apartments for skis/boards and boots. The Folyeres blue run is only about 50 metres away from the block, and it is about 400 metres down the piste to get to the Tania Gondola, so good for ski in/ski out. There is also everything you need within a short walk including a very good Sherpa outside the main entrance. It would be helpful if a clothes airer could be provided for drying the children’s ski clothes after their evenings escapades on the sledging slopes. The kitchen facilities are very good but there is no oven, this however was not a problem for us. The master bed was excellent but the children were less comfortable in the bunk beds. They would benefit from some better mattresses. The apartment does not have WiFi. There is a service you can sign up to but after paying £25 my wife found it did not provide the service it promised. If this is something you require then I would advise you to investigate prior to your arrival. We had a great time in La Tania and the bright, warm apartment helped to make this possible. We would definitely recommend this for a family holiday and also for a couples getaway."

Newly renovated for ski season 2017/18, a spacious 2 bedroomed apartment in Kalinka building in the heart of La Tania Village centre. The apartment is centrally located but still in a quiet location on the first floor. It is ski in/out and has a lovely sunny balcony. The balcony overlooks the beginner ski area and sledging spot so is great for families with younger children. On the ground floor of the building is a private ski locker with an exit directly on to the piste by the beginner/free drag lift Troika.

The apartment consists of one good sized bedroom with a double bed and a cabin style bedroom with bunk beds. There are 2 single sofa beds in the lounge so the apartment could sleep 6 people.

There is a large hallway with plenty of storage. A bathroom with full sized bath and shower attachment and good sized sink. Separate WC.

The brand new kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, ceramic hob and family sized combi microwave/oven/grill. It has an elevated eating area separate from the lounge. The lounge has 2 large sofas from which you can enjoy the great views.
