- "Great location, ski in, everything is within few steps away! Nice swimming pools, sauna and jacuzzi. Room was very comfortable and had everything and more than we needed. We did ask at reception for them to look at it which they did but it still didn’t work. Pool and hot tub great feature though could have been warmer! And perhaps slightly larger as a bit crowded especially at the end of the day. Building could have done with a lick of paint in places but general standard was still very high and was very impressed. Bins, linen and towels changed on multiple occasions. On arrival, the bed and carpet could have been a bit cleaner which let it down slightly. Floors a bit thin but despite being right next to the main door it wasn’t too loud and slept well. Shop nearby good pricing given location. Underground parking very convenient though tight if you have a big car. "

" - "A well appointed apartment, in what appears to be a relatively newly built or refurbished block. Underfloor heating, nice bathrooms and furnishings, flatscreen tv's and a good kitchen. There is a nice pool & spa in the complex, and the boot room has heaters for boots and gloves. It is also genuinely a ski-in, ski-out boot room - although is slightly more painful if you need to get to childrens ski school which are up the hill, making it way, way quicker to actually march up the road instead and take a shortcut from there. On the downside, the Plein Sad seems to have some difficulties. The bath had a lovely selection of hair in it, one of the towels was heavy soiled, with large yellow marks on it, and numerous other small treats awaited under beds etc. where the cleaners obviously just hadn't cleaned. The shower head looked modern and huge, but was just plain useless giving little more than a small selection of drips. Even after the maintenance team had attended to it, it was only marginally improved. The reception desk were superficially helpful in the way that a large impersonal 3* complex would aim for, but way short of the pro-active approach expected for 5 stars. Overall, good facilities, but terribly let down by its team. "

- "Would go back as lovely resort." - "Great location at base of slopes where the ski schools take off from and end, and the centre of the family apres ski activity. Large apartment with wonderful views down the valley. Two bathrooms but only one toilet was a small design oddity in a family apt. Clean on arrival and it only required us to do a basic bin empty and kitchen clean on departure with professional cleaners coming in after included. Swimming pool could be better and was a bit off-putting to go to. There are two apartment buildings that are unlinked meaning you had to walk across in cold to get to it, no dressing gowns supplied and the changing area was very odd design with only a few changing cubicles. Very friendly staff. There are organised activities every evening. Easy to park, a bit on the costly side at €70. There was some free external parking dotted around the resort which you could use if you were not planning to move the car all week. Big ski lockers. Very short walk 30 metres maybe to front de neige. Usual cramptness in morning I'm afraid with opening and closing doors to let people by."

- "Great location and well equipped room. The staff were friendly and helpful. We dined at the restaurant - lovely food and staff, but the ambience was terrible! Brightly lit, refectory style tables that just seemed plonked in the room! Such a shame as the food was definitely worth going back to. On-site ski rental was really convenient and the staff were great. Only frustration was that as we were checking out mid week, and being collected at 3pm, both the ski rental shop and hotel reception were closed! We had to leave our skis etc in the luggage room of the hotel and hoped that our emails and voicemails were acted on. Still no reply, which is worrying!"
