- "The floor slants significantly which makes mobility difficult on both levels of the house. Cleanliness was subpar--dirty floors and bathroom had hair everywhere. Toilet paper & paper towels were not stocked and we had to ask for more within the first day. We would have have used kitchen towels, but were not provided. NEEDS toilet paper holder! Waterless toilet is GROSS & literally stinks up the house & has to be changed by the host. Shower was slick and unsafe. Front door cannot lock effectively from the inside. The driveway is too small. Internet is unpredictable. AC worked well, though."

The Screened porch off the main level provides views for the entire family, and the covered downstairs patio has seating for 12 around the patio table plus room for more. Stainless steel propane grill is ready to cook anything you imagine. You can also roast up some marshmallows around the fire pit and make up some s'mores for dessert. The home is located between two very convenient lake Lanier recreational parks, each with boat ramps. Nix Bridge to the South and Toto Creek to the North and only minutes away. There are several marinas nearby. You can rent a boat from one the close by marinas, or bring your own, (lake levels permitting)*. We also have a 4 person paddle boat at the dock which guests can use free of charge.

The kids (kids of all ages) can enjoy the pro-level foosball table and the Wii system in the gaming room at basement level. 2 big couches and an ottoman give them plenty of room.

• Second full kitchen is located on the Lido Deck adjacent to outdoor hot tub
• Total of three SMART TV’s with approximately 50 channels, and High-speed internet
• Games and water toys are available for your personal use during your stay
• Large level yard with a firepit overlooking the lake to enjoy the sunset, roasting marshmallows or telling stories after a day on the lake
• We provide all linens and bath towels but ask that you bring your own towels for the lake
• Full size washer and dryer, located on lido deck level, is available for your use
