- "Excellent experience. We will be back!" - "The site is isolated, with no WiFi, GPS, or nearby grocery stores or restaurants—the closest one is 30 minutes away. However, this is what makes it so special and unique. I will definitely book again, but next time, I’ll come more prepared with extra food. Everything else was a fantastic experience!" - "We had the most amazing time on our couples trip! The destination was romantic, relaxing, and just what we needed to reconnect and recharge. From beautiful views to cozy accommodations and fun local activities, everything was well thought out. Whether it was wine tasting, exploring the town, or just enjoying quiet moments together, it felt like the perfect escape. Beautiful spacious cabin in Cooper Creek Wildlife Management Area (WMA). The cabin is on a hill with a hike down of about 300 ft to reach our over 500 feet of creek frontage on one of No GA's premier trout creeks. Cooper Creek is wide, trout-stocked, and always flowing. This cabin has mountain views, creek views and is on 6 acres of mountain property. Close to waterfalls, Toccoa River, the Appalachian Trail and many wineries. The cabin is about 20 miles from Blairsville, the quaint mountain village of Blue Ridge, and Lake Blue Ridge.
The all wood interior of the cabin (not an inch of sheet-rock here!) has 2 bedrooms, a sleeping loft and two large bathrooms. Each bathroom has double sink vanities. It comfortably sleeps 6. (One king bed, 1 queen bed and 1 double size futon in sleeping loft.) Washer and Dryer are available upon request. The cabin is decorated in a rustic-industrial-contemporary style.
The two story open concept great room features a soaring fireplace, and has has direct access to decks, the kitchen, dining area, and it is open to the staircase leading to second level sleeping lot and master suite.
There are generous decks (covered and open) on three sides of this D-log cabin. The decks are equipped with two lockable gates so that large areas of the contiguous upper deck can be secured. The front porch also has a lockable gate. A concrete patio runs the full length of the back of the cabin on the lower level, which has a 6-person Hot Tub. There is a gorgeous stone outdoor fireplace on an additional patio that runs perpendicular to the the covered patio.
A wide, graveled switchback enables direct access for those physically fit, to the primary creek area. Please be aware that the switchback is steep; we have equipped it with benches and other resting spots along the way. At the creek area, you will find ample seating, a grill and fire pit. There are great fishing spots in this creek and our guests can walk the creek freely on "our side" for up to 500 feet. There is a visible "End of Rider Property" sign.
We have created a walking trail right off the creek switchback, for our guests so they can traverse across our recently added 3 acres of property. The end of the trail provides a beautiful reward for that hike, as you can enjoy beautiful restful views of Cooper Creek.
Please be aware that this cabin is dog friendly (see also Rules regarding number, weight limit, and pet fees). Also, be aware that regardless of rigorous routine cleaning, the complete elimination of pet hair, dander, etc is near impossible. If you or any of your guests have pet allergies , you may want to ensure that you take allergy medicine, or find a rental not allowing pets. Be aware that by reserving, you are committing to follow all Rules, including Pet Rules. Be sure to read all Rules in the Policies and Agreements section.
Come and visit....you won't want to leave!
- "The cabin and property are beautiful. Everything was perfect. Awesome instructions for all the amenities that were offered. Me and my girlfriend had the most wonderful time." - "My wife and I had a very relaxing time in this wonderful cabin. Sean and Deb were great hosts and have provide so many extras that you would not think about. The cabin was very clean upon our arrival and all the creature comforts were provided. As we began our stay little things were noticed that let you know that this was their home that was well thought out and loved and not just a vacation rental property to them. We loved the surprises along the path to the creek, the stuff to make smores(that we did not use because it was very hot while we were there) the provide walking sticks for the hike to the creek, and all the personal touches that just made us feel at home. We loved to just sit on the deck in the morning and enjoy the sunrise and quietness of the mountains. The hummingbirds fighting over the feeder, and relaxing in the hot tub in the evenings. Thank you,Sean and Deb, for sharing your little piece of heaven with us! We will be back for another visit! Wish I could give more than 5 stars on this review."

I really enjoyed watching the song birds and squirrels out the front window. We fished in the river and at a nearby trout pond. We cook their meals on the grill or in the kitchen and just enjoyed some really great quality time and rest together. Our little dog enjoyed exploring the property and the riverbank. - "Planned for a quiet weekend. Very enjoyable convenient to fish hatchery, swinging bridge and Toccoa Riverside Restarant" - "Excellent" - "We had a wonderful time, the cabin was fully stocked and well kept . Loved everything about the cabin and surroundings. The doggies had a great time roaming and swimming in the river." - "Beautiful cabin! Location is perfect! I was so happy to be able to bring my dogs!! Dogs are $50 extra each & not included in the original cost! The hot tub was so relaxing and made that time so much more special! Although the river was flowing too fast, due to heavy rains, for us to fish, we had so much fun playing Green Glass Door & making s'mores at the firepit right next to the river! We also enjoyed a great hike up to see Sea Creek Falls! It was only about a 20 minute drive from the cabin and was a perfect afternoon adventure! No cell service but the tablet in the kitchen was helpful!! I wish I had one in my kitchen! We also took advantage of the $30 1pm late check-out and spent more time with family in the morning. We had a wonderful time! I would definitely go back!!"

- "The cabin was excellent! It was so peaceful and comfortable, exactly what our family was looking for. The host responded quickly to any questions we had and was very thoughtful by giving us a heads-up about finding the place which made it very easy to get to... We arrived after dark, and with pour cell service coming the directions were absolutely needed. The cabin is very secluded, but the host put together a very nice manual that was helpful in understanding the area and knowing what to do. WE CAN'T WAIT TO RETURN!"

The Cherokee Indians named it The Toccoa River, which means beautiful and this treehouse is just as stunning as the waterway for which it is named.
Riverbright Treehouse features:
Heated Mattress Pad - Queen Size Bed
Outdoor Cookshack Station
Indoor Efficiency Kitchen
Enjoy Sounds of Nature from the Bed or Deck
Outdoor Firepit
Hike into National Forest from Treehouse
More…
What Riverbright Glamping Includes Specifically:
Private Treehouse
Private Bathroom - short grass walk from the treehouse
Private access to the river with the National Forest across the way.
Located 40 min from these mountain cities: Blue Ridge and Dahlonega
A comfy queen bed with a k-cup machine nearby.
Heated Mattress Pad
The treehouse also features an outdoor kitchen so you can cook your favorite camp style meals while still enjoying the seclusion of the forest. In addition to the kitchen, the firepit has a grate on it, allowing you to use charcoal or wood to grill. We do not provide utensils, pots, and pans, or a hot plate/burner; those are things you will want to bring if you need them!
About Glamping
Glamping - Going camping, but with glamour. A combination of the two words. It's like regular camping , but with nicer things than usual, being warmer, and more comfortable. Glamping isn't done by usual outdoor types who climb mountains.
You should probably avoid treehouses if you…
1. Don’t enjoy temps outside the normal range of your home.
2. Don’t like walking back into the woods to enjoy your treehouse.
3. Don’t want to walk to your private locked bathroom a short walk away.
4. Don’t like the idea that creatures sometimes sneak inside the treehouse, as it is not completely sealed.
If you enjoy the woods, nature, being away from city noise then you may just enjoy a stay in Riverbright.
There is not running water in the treehouse. We do not provide drinking water. Please bring some.
No amplified sound equipment can be used outdoors between the hours of 10pm and 8am Sunday - Thursday and not between the hours of 11pm and 8 am Friday and Saturday.

- "The treehouse worked great for me since i was doing the Hooch dual sport ride out of Two Wheels of Suches 8.8 miles away." - "This was the quiet, peaceful getaway that we needed. The property is right on the riverbank, and close to an access spot to walk down and wade in the river itself. (I recommend Tevas style sandals for this.) There is no cell signal, so no distractions from the beauty of the location. The outdoor kitchen is perfect for making simple camp meals, and the fire pit is a relaxing spot to sit and enjoy. It's private without feeling too remote or creepy. My suggestions are to bring a lantern or candle to use inside the cabin at night, since the lighting is sparse, and be very careful on the stairs. They are a bit uneven and very slippery after rain."

- "Thank you Sean and Leah for your hospitality! We loved everything about your cabin. We offer our opinion as two property managers in the same vacation rental business. Your cabin was exceptionally clean, maintained meticulous, and perfectly located adjacent to the Appalachian Trail. The cabin pictures and description were 100% accurate. Can't wait to return! Happy Trails" - "We had the best time at this cabin! This cabin is located in Henery's Gap (couldn't be better) and you can hike to blood mountain or to preacher's rock easily directly from the cabin. Cabin is beautiful and cozy. It has everything you may need. Sean and Leah are amazing hosts. They've furnished the cabin with everything you could possibly need from chargers to hiking backpack. The cabin has beautiful porch. It was raining one of the days we were there, and we turned on the fireplace and spent an entire day enjoying the rain, books, wine and the fire. We were celebrating my husband's birthday at the cabin and Sean and Leah went above and beyond for us. Not only did they leave a bottle of wine for us to enjoy (we love wine) but also figured out the collage my husband went to and bought an alma mater t-shirt for him as a gift. We have gained friends in Sean and Leah! :) Thank you for a wonderful weekend! We will definitely be back and highly recommend this place for anyone that is looking for a gateway in the mountains."

- "Thank you for a wonderful time at your cabin Sara...we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay! So peaceful..." - "Sarah was a great host. The cabin has everything you need and more. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to book another trip in the future." - "Nice and clean and very relaxing" - "We were so pleased with our entire stay! From the moment we arrived, we felt valued by the property owner with the amazing communication. She had texted me asking if we were lost because we hadn't arrived yet, and there was a car driving around like they were lost. It wasn't us (we were running late), but it was so nice for her to check on us! When we went inside of the cabin, it was SO CLEAN, probably the cleanest rental property we have ever stayed in. It was also beautifully decorated for Christmas with a Christmas tree and other cute decor items. We immediately ate dinner (picked up BBQ from Cooper's Cafe) and then went out to the hot tub. It was clean and very relaxing. We spent the rest of the evening (just myself, my husband, and two young kiddos) playing games. There are so many games available in the upstairs loft which was so wonderful! The next morning we walked down to the river, had coffee, and explored a little bit. One of my favorite parts of the entire weekend was playing music on the record player, cooking dinner, and playing games on Saturday night. We will definitely be back!"

- "Such a great little cabin. Perfect for a quiet, relaxing getaway. Highly recommend!! " - "Perfect size for 2 adults and 2 dogs. The last section of driveway to get to the cabin is quite uphill, thankfully it is paved, but still kind of worrisome. We had no trouble in a car even after it rained. Could be difficult to walk up for some people. The creek was nice and the dogs enjoyed it. Even saw a deer. The fireflies put on a show every night and the stars seemed brighter each night. Not much of a view of the surrounding mountains, but that's ok. The cabin itself was perfect- away from the busy hustle of everyday life. Plenty of waterfalls and wineries within driving distance. The curvy roads were fun to drive. We would consider staying here again."

- "We very much enjoyed our stay at Toccoa Currents and look forward to another trip this fall. The property was private with great access to hiking trails and the Toccoa river. The access to the river was a quick walk and also private which made the fishing that much more enjoyable. The property is very dog friendly so the fury family members can have a great time too!" - "What a wonderful place to go to relax and unwind. We will definitely visit again!"

The home is brand new. This home is 2 levels, (2 seperate condo's). One on top and one on bottom. When we are in town, we stay in the bottom. But don't worry, we will not be a bother to you while you are here. New furniture, appliances. Smart TV. Wifi

Raccoon's Nook is a tiny home near a trickling creek in the Chattahoochee National Forest. Located back in the woods down a long winding mountain road, you'll find all the conveniences of home. If you aren't a camping person but want a little adventure such as climbing a ladder to bed, this is the place for you. A great place to crash after cycling, hiking or kayaking.
* Hot tub
* Wireless internet
* Fully equipped kitchen
* Heated mattress pad in winter
* Firepit
* Pet friendly: $75 fee per pet
Pet Fee is $75 per dog. We only allow dogs. No cats. Pets shall always be secured within the boundaries of the property. If the property is not fenced, pets must be kept on a leash and always accompanied by the pet owner while outside.
If you plan to go out and leave your dog at the cabin, please know that we require they be crated in your absence.
Tiny homes are like staying in a cross between a glamping experience and an RV.
Please note that in the winter they can be cold and they are very small. They are less than 200 square feet. So while you will have a full kitchen and indoor plumbing please be aware that there is no scale in the images to reflect their “tiny nature.” We have taken steps to extend your home space with a large deck, outdoor lighting and firepits.
Hot Water Heater Warning: Please note that the tiny home has a tiny water heater. You'll want to take quick showers and wait a few minutes between each time you use it.

- "We had a great time. The house is big enough for 2 people. The hot tub was AWESOME! Look forward to staying here again" - "We love the location retired enough to have the quiet time we need it. The cabin has all you need to cook and have a great alone time. I would just say the bed location and space (very low ceilings) is more adequate for young people with young knees, I wouldn't recommend it for old or full bodied people. Thanks for the great time you allow us to have"

- "We were treated to some beautiful views in the morning and evening (a cloud in the distance was producing a lightning show). Nice and quiet letting us unwind and catch up on some reading." - "Incredible views. Peaceful, I loved the deck, great spot to kick back and read a book. Grill was nice and brand new. Bistro table and chairs for dinner on the deck." - "My college aged daughter and I had a wonderful long weekend at this property. The cabin and mountain views look exactly as shown in the pictures. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and has both a Keurig and a regular coffee pot for morning coffee. The WiFi and cell service are excellent and the beds are comfortable. The water pressure in the downstairs bathroom shower is fantastic! The cabin owners supplied a lovely welcome basket of snacks, Keurig pods and creamer, and bottles of water in the fridge which were all very much appreciated. It was a bit chilly outside in the morning and evenings while we were there. Our only wish for the cabin was for a couple of throw blankets to use on the deck and/or while watching TV on the couch. Other than that small thing, everything was just perfect for our girls weekend in the mountains. I would not hesitate to stay here again."

Firefly Bend Treehouse was built on the side of a hill in a bend of the creek. The treehouse is completely secluded and sits on 5 acres with 2 other treehouses and main cabin. You can enjoy the sounds of the creek and the birds as you relax in the hot tub. Located in the national forest you’ll be able to truly get away from it all. Hiking, Kayaking, Cycling can all be done nearby. Visit towns of Blue Ridge, Dahlonega or Blairsville. Enjoy nearby Vogel State park or Wolf Mountain Winery.
All of the commonly touched areas in our properties are disinfected as the last step in the cleaning process.
This property is in the care of Suches Vacation Rentals, and they feature 24 cabins in the Georgia Mountains. They have over 2300 reviews online with a 4.8 out of 5 point average. The top three qualities observed by guests include: sparkling clean, thoughtful touches, and local tips. It is the goal of SVR to make sure that your vacation is memorable and that you are able to experience the many activities found here in the Blue Ridge Mountains.
Firefly Bend Treehouse with its modern design is nestled on a hillside near a creek on the Hemlock Farm, where a small passel of animals and the main family reside in a log cabin. Please note, there are friendly, free roaming cats on the property as well as dogs at the main cabin. Please do not reach through or over any fences to touch, pet, or feed the animals. It is a private treehouse with a view of the creek and waterfall; a short walk takes you to the bathroom with running water and electricity. Rear of the property accesses the national forest for hiking in a serene and rarely used portion of the mountains.
Located just off the creek, you'll be lulled to sleep by the trickling of the stream just outside your window. You'll have access to the treehouse bathroom, which features running water and is open 24/7.
The treehouse also features an outdoor cookshack, providing you a space to prepare your favorite campfire cooked meals! In addition to the kitchen, the firepit has a grate on it, allowing you to use charcoal or wood to grill. While we provide firewood, we do not provide cooking utensils or drinking water. You will want to bring those with you.
Glamping - Going camping, but with glamour. A combination of the two words. It's like regular camping , but with nicer things than usual, being warmer, and more comfortable. Glamping isn't done by usual outdoor types who climb mountains.
Treehouses are glamping experiences and as such here’s what you can expect:
Comfy beds, k cup coffee brewers, microwave, outdoor kitchen, heated mattress pads, real furniture and radiator heaters, real furniture - dresser, beds, chairs and electricity.
You should probably avoid treehouses if you…
1. Don’t enjoy temps outside of the range you would keep for your home.
2. If you don’t like walking a short distance back into the woods to reach and enjoy your treehouse.
3. Don’t want to walk to the main cabin to use a flushing toilet and/or take a shower.
4. If the idea that the treehouses are not completely sealed and you may occasionally see a critter trying to move in, although we do try and keep them out, upsets you.
If you enjoy the woods, nature, being away from city noise then you may just enjoy a stay in one of our treehouses.
The treehouse is equipped with a microwave, coffee pot, and refrigerator, but doesn't have running water. There is a camp toilet for quick night runs. The showering facilities and parking area are a short walk away.
Other things to note:
WiFi is available at the main cabin only.
No amplified sound equipment can be used outdoors between the hours of 10pm and 8am Sunday - Thursday and not between the hours of 11pm and 8 am Friday and Saturday.

- "Great quiet little cabin. Space to relax and hotub is amazing. Sat in the back listened to the creek and watched several deer graze on the grass " - "Delightful location and accommodations! We loved everything about it and the area. The hot tub was a bit of heaven. Only drawback was the mattress, which didn’t agree with our backs. Aside from that, the place was magnificent! " - "We truly enjoyed this perfect little slice of heaven!"

- "A beautiful place to stay! The home was clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. While having a TV in the bedrooms would have been a nice touch, it wasn’t a big deal for us. The property sits up a fairly steep road—4WD isn’t absolutely necessary, but it definitely made the drive easier. The backdrop was stunning, with gorgeous mountain views even in March. Communication with the owner was smooth and effortless. Overall, a fantastic stay!"

- "The property was absolutely perfect. The room was as clean as a 4 star hotel. The sheets were tight and well made. The location was private and really fun. They advertised fishing, and I ended up catching as many little chubs as I could have wanted. There was absolutely nothing I would change about the stay. I might offer to buy this one from them, it really was my dream retirement home!!! I would go from a big house in the city to this in an instant, takes me back to my roots. There really was nothing lacking, fast internet, tv, fishing, trails. Just a perfect short stay."
