We were especially grateful for the accessibility features, as my grandmother (85 years young), who uses a walker and had recently undergone surgery, was able to comfortably stay on the main floor. The property had just a few steps to enter, and best of all, there was a bedroom and full bathroom on the main level, along with ample room for a walker or wheelchair.The home itself was beautifully decorated, with each bedroom featuring its own charming theme. The master bedroom, complete with an en suite bathroom, was particularly appreciated as I had my 3-year-old potty-training child with me. The ample parking space was another convenience, making it easy for our guests to visit.The backyard is massive, offering plenty of room for everyone to enjoy. Our home is near all the parkways & the expressway, the Long Island Railroad & Route 27. The ferry to Fire Island is 10 minutes away, as is Robert Moses Beach (Sayville Ferries are 20 minutes away). The Hamptons is a 40 minute drive and the LIRR is 5 minutes away (50 minutes to Manhattan on the express train). Home is recently remodeled with all new bathrooms and a sparkling pool surrounded by deck. Offers 3 bedrooms & 2 baths, with a bedroom level washer & dryer. Charming and historic Babylon Village is 2 miles away and offers many dining & nightlife options. Please note: pool is outdoors and only available from mid/late May until early/mid September.

- "Our family had a wonderful stay in this rental visiting Babylon. The home was a great size and very charming. The home is old with an interesting history and has some interesting books and crannies. The house has has been nicely renovated and there was a full room of toys which my children loved. The owners left anything you could imagine you might need which really helped us cut down on our trips to the store. Only disappointment was the the cold pool and the odd chuckie doll in the playroom which we hid so not to scare everyone. We would stay here again."

Its a nice clean open space with queen size bed, (Mattress protector included) There is also a blow up mattress if needed. There is a kitchen with stove top, toaster oven, refrigerator, microwave, full dish set with pots/pans/utensils for cooking. Also keurig coffee machine with different types of coffee pods, light snacks for each guest and bottled water. Cleaning supplies and basic things you may need. Air conditioning/heat. Wifi. Always cleaned and sanitized meticulously after each guest leaves with fresh towels, bedding Etc. keypad entry door lock for easy access. There is cable TV/wfi/netflix sign in. There is a closet with hangers for clothes and soace for storage. Ironing board/iron. Blow dryer located in bathroom along with shampoo,conditioner, body wash and cleaning supplies. In the kitchen cabinet we have provided some menus for good places near by that deliver. There is a nutrimix blender, Tupperware, zip lock bags, tim foil and more available for you to use. Rooms were clean and comfortable." - "While the location and cleanliness were fine, we were very disappointed by the lack of proper security. Upon arrival, we were told the door lock was broken and would take several days to be replaced. The sliding door was left unlocked, and we were asked to rely on security cameras and the homeowner’s presence instead. This made us feel uneasy, especially with our belongings inside. We expected a fully secure and functioning entry system upon check-in."

- "The property was in the basement which wasn't disclosed in the description. There was a family upstairs which we could hear due to lack of soundproofing. There were no smoke or carbon monoxide detectors. If we needed to leave in an emergency, we wouldn't be able to access nor fit through the windows and the interior door to the house was locked. There was no way to control the temperature in the apartment. We couldn't get the tv to work and the owner never responded to my question asking for help. She did allow us to access the room before the check in time which was nice. She asked how the check in and the temperature were once we were there. I responded that it was cold, then sent an email about the tv. I never heard from her again."
