Please be aware this space is semi-subterranean, so you may hear house noises (water running, heating system knocking slightly). The house was built in 1955.

Bob and Dany are rarely available to greet you upon your arrival. The door has a code-access door knob for ease of access.

CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS – In order to obtain a full refund of your deposit, a THIRTY-DAY or greater notice is required for cancellation. No refunds are given for cancellation within less than thirty days.

SMOKING – There is no smoking allowed anywhere on the property at anytime.

PETS – We are not permitting pets at this time.

PERFUME, COLOGNE, BODY SPRAYS – Please refrain from using or spraying any perfume, cologne, body sprays, etc. in the apartment. Subsequent guests may have allergies that will affect their comfort. If you do use these products, please use them outside of the apartment.

LINENS – The house is supplied with bed linens, towels, blankets and pillows. All linens are freshly laundered prior to your arrival. We provide your initial supply of paper products, soaps, detergents, trash bags, etc for your convenience.

ROUTINE HOUSE CLEANING – Guests are responsible for routine light cleaning and straightening such as sweeping and placing garbage in the outside receptacle.

PARKING - Please park your vehicle in front of the house on the street. Off street parking is not available at this time.

CHECK-IN: After 4:00 PM
The entrance to the apartment is in the front of the house just below and in front of the front steps. Once you arrive at the garage door look left and you will see a pathway leading to your private entrance. Access code will be provided to you one day before your arrival.

Please note: We enforce quiet time from 9:00 PM until 7:00 AM.

CHECKOUT: Before 11:00 AM
On the morning of your checkout please do the following:

Place all towels in the hamper provided. You may leave beds unmade.

Bring all trash to the garbage pail located at the foot of the driveway.

Please lock the door and window, and turn of air conditioning and/or heat, and lights prior to your final departure.

We participate in sustainable housekeeping.

HOUSEHOLD HOW TOs: A recycling bin is provided for your use. There is a pail for all recyclable materials metal, glass, plastic and a separate paper bag for paper. At this time we do not provide composting. Please rinse out any used plastics or aluminum cans and place these in the bin, along with folded boxes or papers.

TOWEL REUSE
Over 75% of guests who are asked to participate in our new resource savings program do help by using their towels more than once. You can join your fellow guests to help save the environment by reusing your towels during your stay.

TO OPERATE HEAT:
Be sure the switch is on HEAT. Use the up and down arrows to raise or lower the temperature. When leaving for an extended period… please reduce the temperature to 58 degrees or turn off completely.

ELECTRICTY
When leaving the apartment for any amount of time it is required that all non-essential electricity be turned off. This includes lights, air conditioning, etc. We reserve the right to enter the space to turn off any non-essential electricity should it be left on while you are out.

REPAIRS /SERVICE CALLS:
We cannot guarantee against mechanical failure of equipment such as heating, air conditioning, TV's or other appliances. Please report any equipment that is not operating properly and we will make every effort to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. Renter(s) understand and agree that owners of Spring Road Guest Studio or its repair people might need access to the apartment for the purpose of making the repair.

Please note that there is a basement-level unit below the home so we ask that any loud noises like the TV or music to be kept to a minimum out of respect to the guests below and to respect the quiet time after 10pm.

We would also appreciate if guests could remove their shoes before upon entering the home and to refrain from running, as you can imagine this sound travels downstairs and would be very disruptive!

The space
This elegant home located on the top floor has been styled and furnished with your comfort in mind. From complimentary snacks, drinks, coffees and even exercise equipment you will feel instantly welcome and looked after.
The spacious master bedroom features a large luxurious king bed with super soft linen, a wall mounted big screen TV, plenty of storage space with dual closets and a large dresser. There is a yoga mat and weights for those that don’t want to miss a workout and there is also a cot available for young families as well as a arm chair by the window.
The second bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed and also features amazing storage with dual closets and a dresser with a mirror. The lovely light filled room is kept cool in summer with its own AC unit and warm in winter with separate heating.
The main bathroom is bright and spacious with a full size shower/bath, a single vanity and toilet as well as plush white towels for each guest and complimentary bathroom amenities.
Continue down the wide hallway and you will find the elegant open plan living/dining area with two beautiful big bay windows. The two large comfy sofas frame the living area along with a huge TV, perfect for spending the night in watching a movie.
The adjoining dining area features a stately colonial style dining table which comfortably sits 6 people and is the ideal place to enjoy your dinner with views out to the city.
Step through into the sun filled kitchen that has everything you could need to cook up a culinary masterpiece including an oven, stove top, microwave and a full size fridge/freezer stocked with a range of complimentary cold drinks.
Also in the kitchen is the breakfast island bar with stools, the perfect place for a morning coffee or to sit and keep the chef company while they cook away. A coffee machine with an assortment of coffee flavours is also available during your stay as well as a fully stocked fruit bowl.
You have your own private access to the property via the side stairs which lead up to a lovely balcony and double glass entrance doors. To get inside there is an electronic keypad with no need for a key.

Evergreen is a family home in a quiet residential neighborhood. We welcome guests who respect our property, quiet hours, and our house rules. When inquiring, please let me know a little bit about your group and the reason for your visit.

Things to consider before booking:

1) Parties or large gatherings are not allowed. Violation of this rule will result in cancellation of your reservation with no refund.

2) Visitors who are not registered as guests are welcome during the day, but they cannot stay overnight without our prior approval. Please be aware that we have Ring cameras at both entrances for your safety and ours. We can see if additional guests arrive.

3) We want you to enjoy yourself at our home, but please be mindful of the noise levels at all times. Please keep the volume of music, TV, conversations, etc at a reasonable level during the day and lower it after 10 p.m. until 8 a.m.

4) We love pets. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate other pets at our property. Please do not bring any pets or animals to our home (service animals excluded) without our prior approval. If we find any evidence of pets or animals at our property, we will charge you an extra cleaning fee of $200. 5) We can’t stress this enough: This is a quiet neighborhood. If you’re looking for a place to unwind and get a good night sleep, this is the place. If you’re looking for a place to have a party this is not the home for you. In addition, all children and young adults must be chaperoned at all times

This private apartment comes equipped with all necessities (sheets, bath towels, kitchen equipment, etc). It is a loft one bedroom with Queen Size bed and skylights. One full bath with bathtub and shower. This clean, bright and sunny space features a Living Room/Dining Room combo. Air Conditioning in the bedroom and living room. Kitchen with all basic amenities - we can provide a full list of amenities upon request. This space can accommodate up to four adults. An additional $10 per head will be assessed when more than two guests are staying - the couch is a full size pullout bed and can accommodate the two extra guests. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING EVER ANYWHERE ON PROPERTY.

CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS – In order to obtain a full refund of your deposit, a THIRTY-DAY or greater notice is required for cancellation. No refunds are given for cancellation within less than thirty days.

SMOKING – There is no smoking allowed anywhere on the property at anytime.

PETS – We are not allowing pets at this time.

PERFUME, COLOGNE, BODY SPRAYS – Please refrain from using or spraying any perfume, cologne, body sprays, etc. in the apartment. Subsequent guests may have allergies that will affect their comfort. If you do use these products, please use them outside of the apartment.

LINENS – The house is supplied with bed linens, towels, blankets and pillows. All linens are freshly laundered prior to your arrival. We provide your initial supply of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, first aid kit, detergents, trash bags, etc for your convenience.

ROUTINE HOUSE CLEANING – Guests are responsible for routine light cleaning and straightening such as washing dishes and placing garbage in the outside receptacle.
PARKING - Please park your vehicle on the right side of the driveway. Parking for a maximum of two vehicles (off street) is available.

CHECK-IN: After 4:00 PM
The entrance to the apartment is along the right side of the house up the ramp and around back. Once around back make a left up the few stairs to the deck. This is your private entrance. Access code will be provided to you one day before your arrival.
Please be aware the bedroom is a lofted space, meaning the stairs leading to the bedroom are slightly steep and would not be safely accessible by anyone who is elderly or handicapped.
Please note: We enforce quiet time from 9:00 PM until 7:00 AM.

CHECKOUT: Before 11:00 AM

On the morning of your checkout please do the following:
·Please leave no dirty dishes in the sink or on the countertops.
·Place all towels in the wicker basket in the closet next to the kitchen. You may leave beds unmade.
·Bring all trash to the garbage pail located at the foot of the stairs outside of your private entrance.
·Please lock all doors and windows, and turn of air conditioning and/or heat, ceiling fans, and lights prior to your final departure.
We participate in sustainable housekeeping.

HOUSEHOLD HOW TOs: Our recycling bin is located underneath the sink. There is a pail for all recyclable materials metal, glass, plastic and a separate paper bag for paper. At this time we do not provide composting. Please rinse out any used plastics or aluminum cans and place these in the bin, along with folded boxes or papers.

TOWEL REUSE
Over 75% of guests who are asked to participate in our new resource savings program do help by using their towels more than once. You can join your fellow guests to help save the environment by reusing your towels during your stay.

ELECTRICTY
When leaving the apartment for any amount of time it is required that all non-essential electricity be turned off. This includes lights, ceiling fans, air conditioning, etc. We reserve the right to enter the space to turn off any non-essential electricity should it be left on while you are out. Please also be sure to turn off the porch light when you have retired for the evening as this light is very bright and affects our neighbors during normal sleeping hours.

REPAIRS /SERVICE CALLS:
We cannot guarantee against mechanical failure of equipment such as heating, air conditioning, TV's or other appliances. Please report any equipment that is not operating properly and we will make every effort to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. Renter(s) understand and agree that owners of Spring Road Guest Suite or its repair people might need access to the apartment for the purpose of making the repair.

Child Friendly

This beautifully renovated private home comes equipped with all necessities (sheets, bath towels, kitchen equipment, etc). It is a five bedroom two full bath home. One bathroom has a bathtub. This clean, bright and sunny space features a full living room, dining room and brand new kitchen. The kitchen comes with all basic amenities - we can provide a full list of amenities upon request.

The backyard is fully decked and offers a Weber bbq and beautiful cushioned seating.

This space can accommodate up to 10 adults. We also have a stroller and a Pack and Play available for infants and toddlers.

Coffee and Tea provided - Kuerig Coffee.

Wifi and all utilities included.

We are located a half mile from Heckscher Town Park and a mile from the Huntington Long Island Rail Road Station.

Within walking distance of downtown Huntington Village (three blocks) where a multitude of upscale restaurants, entertainment and excellent shopping are available...perfect location!

Sagamore Hill - Teddy Roosevelt's home - is 15 minutes by car.

Ten minutes to Caumsett State Park. Robert Moses State Park or Jones Beach is a short 22-minute ride to the south shore and North Fork Wineries are less than 50 minutes east by car. The Hamptons are east just over an hour by car.

SMOKING & VAPING – There is no smoking allowed anywhere on the property at anytime. Vaping is allowed OUTSIDE of the apartment only.

PETS – Please contact us regarding our pet policy.

FRAGRANCE USE PROHIBITED 🚫 THIS INCLUDES PERFUME, COLOGNE, BODY SPRAYS – Please refrain from using or spraying any fragrance
(perfume, cologne, body sprays, etc.) in the house. Subsequent guests may have allergies that will affect their comfort. If you do use these products, please use them outside of the apartment.

LINENS – The house is supplied with bed linens, towels, blankets and pillows. All linens are freshly laundered prior to your arrival. We provide your initial supply of paper products, soaps, detergents, trash bags, etc for your convenience

ROUTINE HOUSE CLEANING – Guests are responsible for routine light cleaning and straightening such as washing dishes and placing garbage in the outside receptacle. If during your stay you would like to schedule housekeeping, we can arrange this for an additional fee.

CHECK-IN: After 4:00 PM
The entrance to the house is through the front door. We have a keyless entry system an access code will be provided to you prior to your arrival.

Please note: We enforce quiet time from 9:00 PM until 7:00 AM.

CHECKOUT: Before 11:00 AM. On the morning of your checkout please do the following:
·Please leave no dirty dishes in the sink or on the countertops.
You may leave beds unmade.

Please lock all doors and windows, and turn of air conditioning and/or heat, ceiling fans, and lights prior to your final departure.

We participate in sustainable housekeeping.

HOUSEHOLD HOW TOs: Our recycling bin is located in the pull out drawer to the left of the stove. There is a pail for all recyclable materials metal, glass, plastic. A separate bag for paper is located in the main floor hallway pantry closet. Please rinse out any used plastics or aluminum cans.

At this time we do not provide composting.

TOWEL REUSE
Over 75% of guests who are asked to participate in our new resource savings program do help by using their towels more than once. You can join your fellow guests to help save the environment by reusing your towels during your stay.

ELECTRICTY
When leaving the house for any amount of time it is required that all non-essential electricity be turned off. This includes lights, ceiling fans, air conditioning, etc. We reserve the right to enter the space to turn off any non-essential electricity should it be left on while you are out.

REPAIRS /SERVICE CALLS:
We cannot guarantee against mechanical failure of equipment such as heating, air conditioning, TV's or other appliances. Please report any equipment that is not operating properly and we will make every effort to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. Renter(s) understand and agree that owners of Spring Road Guest Suite or its repair people might need access to the space for the purpose of making the repair.
