The space
This elegant home located on the top floor has been styled and furnished with your comfort in mind. From complimentary snacks, drinks, coffees and even exercise equipment you will feel instantly welcome and looked after.
The spacious master bedroom features a large luxurious king bed with super soft linen, a wall mounted big screen TV, plenty of storage space with dual closets and a large dresser. There is a yoga mat and weights for those that don’t want to miss a workout and there is also a cot available for young families as well as a arm chair by the window.
The second bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed and also features amazing storage with dual closets and a dresser with a mirror. The lovely light filled room is kept cool in summer with its own AC unit and warm in winter with separate heating.
The main bathroom is bright and spacious with a full size shower/bath, a single vanity and toilet as well as plush white towels for each guest and complimentary bathroom amenities.
Continue down the wide hallway and you will find the elegant open plan living/dining area with two beautiful big bay windows. The two large comfy sofas frame the living area along with a huge TV, perfect for spending the night in watching a movie.
The adjoining dining area features a stately colonial style dining table which comfortably sits 6 people and is the ideal place to enjoy your dinner with views out to the city.

Things to consider before booking:

1) Parties or large gatherings are not allowed. Violation of this rule will result in cancellation of your reservation with no refund.

2) Visitors who are not registered as guests are welcome during the day, but they cannot stay overnight without our prior approval. Please be aware that we have Ring cameras at both entrances for your safety and ours. We can see if additional guests arrive.

3) We want you to enjoy yourself at our home, but please be mindful of the noise levels at all times. Please keep the volume of music, TV, conversations, etc at a reasonable level during the day and lower it after 10 p.m. until 8 a.m.

4) We love pets. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate other pets at our property. Please do not bring any pets or animals to our home (service animals excluded) without our prior approval. If we find any evidence of pets or animals at our property, we will charge you an extra cleaning fee of $200. 5) We can’t stress this enough: This is a quiet neighborhood. If you’re looking for a place to unwind and get a good night sleep, this is the place. If you’re looking for a place to have a party this is not the home for you. There are security cameras outside that allow for viewing and monitoring CC of outdoor space (front door and driveway) they are placed in common spaces that are clearly identified. Common spaces do not include sleeping areas or bathrooms. IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER : This is an accessory apartment, the entrance will be in the BACK of the home. If carrying luggage you will have lift it, as the pathway leading to the back of the home are stepping stones on grass. Also, sometimes there can be some minor noise from people walking or talking coming from upstairs as this is a shared home(We are very mindful anyways and is super quite after 9pm), be aware of this before booking. Other than that we would love to host you!

Guests have private access to the entire upper apartment with its own private entrance. The residence below is a separate private home.
You’ll also have access to the upper decked balcony outside as well as free Wi-Fi, free parking, complimentary coffee, snacks and drinks.
Other things to note
Please note that this is an upper level apartment nestled above a private residence so we ask that you keep noise levels to a reasonable level during your stay.
Also note that guests must be able to climb stairs to enter the apartment.
