The space
This elegant home located on the top floor has been styled and furnished with your comfort in mind. From complimentary snacks, drinks, coffees and even exercise equipment you will feel instantly welcome and looked after.
The spacious master bedroom features a large luxurious king bed with super soft linen, a wall mounted big screen TV, plenty of storage space with dual closets and a large dresser. There is a yoga mat and weights for those that don’t want to miss a workout and there is also a cot available for young families as well as a arm chair by the window.
The second bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed and also features amazing storage with dual closets and a dresser with a mirror. The lovely light filled room is kept cool in summer with its own AC unit and warm in winter with separate heating.
The main bathroom is bright and spacious with a full size shower/bath, a single vanity and toilet as well as plush white towels for each guest and complimentary bathroom amenities.
Continue down the wide hallway and you will find the elegant open plan living/dining area with two beautiful big bay windows. The two large comfy sofas frame the living area along with a huge TV, perfect for spending the night in watching a movie.
The adjoining dining area features a stately colonial style dining table which comfortably sits 6 people and is the ideal place to enjoy your dinner with views out to the city.
Step through into the sun filled kitchen that has everything you could need to cook up a culinary masterpiece including an oven, stove top, microwave and a full size fridge/freezer stocked with a range of complimentary cold drinks.
Also in the kitchen is the breakfast island bar with stools, the perfect place for a morning coffee or to sit and keep the chef company while they cook away. A coffee machine with an assortment of coffee flavours is also available during your stay as well as a fully stocked fruit bowl.
You have your own private access to the property via the side stairs which lead up to a lovely balcony and double glass entrance doors. To get inside there is an electronic keypad with no need for a key.

Things to consider before booking:

1) Parties or large gatherings are not allowed. Violation of this rule will result in cancellation of your reservation with no refund.

2) Visitors who are not registered as guests are welcome during the day, but they cannot stay overnight without our prior approval. Please be aware that we have Ring cameras at both entrances for your safety and ours. We can see if additional guests arrive.

3) We want you to enjoy yourself at our home, but please be mindful of the noise levels at all times. Please keep the volume of music, TV, conversations, etc at a reasonable level during the day and lower it after 10 p.m. until 8 a.m.

4) We love pets. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate other pets at our property. Please do not bring any pets or animals to our home (service animals excluded) without our prior approval. If we find any evidence of pets or animals at our property, we will charge you an extra cleaning fee of $200. 5) We can’t stress this enough: This is a quiet neighborhood. If you’re looking for a place to unwind and get a good night sleep, this is the place. If you’re looking for a place to have a party this is not the home for you. In addition, all children and young adults must be chaperoned at all times

Also, sometimes there can be some minor noise from people walking or talking coming from upstairs as this is a shared home(We are very mindful anyways and is super quite after 9pm), be aware of this before booking. Other than that we would love to host you!

The space

The house is located in a high end and quiet Huntington/Greenlawn neighborhood. Whether you're here for business or leisure, this private room offers all the comfort and luxuries you need. This room has been meticulously decorated to lift you away and relax you after a long day of work or party night. A incredibly comfortable king-sized bed and plush pillows will have you peacefully sleeping the night away. Bed fits up to three people, if needed.

Guest access

Feel at home with your own private room. Take advantage of full kitchen and living room with TV. Enjoy the quiet patio equipped with relaxing chairs and tables. We also have two dogs that love to play if you are a dog person :)

We value your stay. As we know the area very well, we will be happy to guide you to local points of interest(i.e. restaurants, lounges, spas, malls, etc) . Please do not hesitate to address your requests or ask for any information. I am here to make your experience as smooth as can be .

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
Please note that there is a home above the studio so we ask that any loud noises like the TV or music be kept to a minimum out of respect to the guests above and to respect the quiet time after 10 pm.

The studio has been fitted out with double soundproof insulation to minimize noise from upstairs but there may still be some potential noise during the day.
We strive to make sure every guest has a memorable stay and would really appreciate it if you could take these small steps to ensure everyone enjoys their time in beautiful Huntington.

For those with larger groups, the three bedroom home above can also be reserved. This option extends the available space, giving you even more room for your family and friends to unwind and relax.

The property is the only house on the street abutting several acres of wooded park land. Get the feeling of nature/privacy similar to being up state NY yet centrally located to Sunken Meadow Parkway, Northern State, LIE.
