Upstairs Office: Upstairs to the left you will find the office. Two comfortable desks with plenty of space to conquer that conference call on the call.

Bathrooms: our home offers two full bathrooms. One bathroom on each side of the house. Each bathroom is fully stocked with fresh towels (10 sets total in the house), shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Patio: off the back of the house you will have full access to a fenced in private backyard, dining area and comfy hammock in summer months.

EV Charger: there is an EV charger on the property. If you would like to request use of the EV charger please include in your note for reservation.

Laundry: washer and dryer available in the basement with enough detergent to start off your stay. Ironing board and iron are also accessible in the double twin bedroom closet for your convenience.

Parking: Free, off-street parking in the driveway. The garage will not be accessible unless EV charging is needed.

All areas of the main floor and upper-level of the house are open for guests to use. The downstairs backroom are restricted for housekeeping supplies and will remain locked during your stay.

Our home has three (3) exterior security cameras. One is on the S side facing the back gate/behind garage, one is on the E side facing the driveway/street, and one is a doorbell camera. Our goal is to keep the house safe, while also respecting your privacy.

The upstairs room was perfect for us and our two kids, and our in laws and friends stayed downstairs. Beds were comfortable, this place has a great view of lake ronkonkoma. The kitchen has new appliances and the bathrooms and bedrooms look recently redone and very clean! The stairs going up to the bedroom on the top floor are very narrow and steep but doable for sure! It’s on the end of a dead end street with only one other house on it. Quiet and sweet neighborhood. Hosts were accommodating. Thank you!"

Worked OK for us, but stairs a little steep and narrow for physically impaired. Apartment was adequate, but slightly smaller than expected. The one bathroom is upstairs, so if you have additional guests downstairs, they have to come through the upstairs bedroom/loft to use the bathroom. Main issue was the cleanliness of the unit. Lots of hair (dog hair on the couch and human hair on the floor) was left. Appears like they started to clean up, but never finished. Dishes in the dishwasher were kind of clean, but still wet. Seems like the the dishwasher was run, but never emptied so there was a bit of an odor. We just re-washed the dishes. Location was good and owner was great with communication."

- "Like to stay longer but no reply" - "There is no shades in the living room and a camera from the neighbor pointing straight into the house, it’s very off putting. Also the lack of shades above the AC in the bedrooms either leaves you exposed to neighbors or hotter. Also the lawn service about six men came at 7:45am on a Saturday waking my kids up, with no warning and I was pumping in the kitchen thankfully the shade was lowered. The fridge did not work the entire trip and I had to continuously buy ice and many items were ruined and soggy. I was told someone was coming out the day before leaving, yet never heard back or received a response. The Ac did not cool the house and at all points it was hot. For a vacation it was rather uncomfortable. The AC in the one bedroom was not working, we all slept in one room. Both AC units read clean filter. The internet for the tv did not work and we couldn’t even watch a movie until we connected to our personal WiFi in which I’m told can be costly and did not work barely anyways it kept re connecting. Considering I didn’t receive a response in regards to the fridge I gathered reaching out about the internet would not help. The dish wear was odd as two of the cups were sticky on the outside even after being washed and the pans had no lids or strainers available and the one pan took forever to scrub even tho beef was the only thing cooked. I wrote the owner asking for a reasonable discount considering I had no fridge etc. and did not get a response."

This home has 2 bedrooms & 1 full bathroom. The main bedroom has a full size bed, a wardrobe, a closet, full length mirror and A/C unit. The second bedroom has a twin size bed with a closet. The living room has a couch which also has a pull out queen size bed. Linens/pillows/mattress topper are located in the main bedroom closet for the pull out couch. The living room also has an A/C unit which cools down the whole house! The kitchen is stocked with all of the essentials as well as the full bathroom! Washer & dryer are included and are located in the basement.

We have made our backyard our own little paradise and we hope you enjoy it as much as we have! The backyard has a dining area for 8, 2 sun loungers, a couch to relax on & a BBQ. It also includes a fire pit area, a hammock & a picnic table! Our yard is spacious and is a great space to enjoy the outdoors with your friends & family on a beautiful day on Long Island!

You will have access to all areas of the house except the attic. The basement is only to use the washer & dryer.
