The beach was wakable and clean and you can walk into town along the sea. Not too busy for May, but I can see how it will be crazy in the summer. Also nice mercato nearby to get snacks, water, wine and beer. Really recommend this place for something different and more local Italian vibe. PS Everyone speaks English so no troubles. The cozy holiday home "Casa Levante" of approx. 80m² is located on the sandy beach on the edge of the city center of Follonica, in the Senzuno district, and is easily accessible by car. - "I just needed a place to sleep so I could spend my days at the beach. This was a very affordable hotel for me travelling alone and I found the staff very accommodating and friendly. The outside of the building in the back didn’t look the neatest and the pool did not have water in it as something had broken and it was not fixed when I stayed there. It also was far away from the town so I had to walk five minutes to take a fifteen minute bus ride to the beach and back every day, which was fine for me. THE APARTMENT
Recently renovated and furnished in a modern style, is on the fifth floor with sweeping sea views. Even on the hottest days, the apartment is still cold and chill as there are windows on all sides; however, there is an air conditioner in the central area (not in the bedrooms).

There is a full kitchen with stove, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, oven, and a large living room with a dining area. Both of the bedrooms includes a king-size bed, which is comfortable for two people, big wardrobe and drawer with plenty of space for your belongings.

The living room is very comfortable; you will find a modern couch, accent chairs and dining table, big flat TV screen with DVD player.
Next to the living room, there is a terrace for guests who wish to dine outside with privacy. There are also sea views from this balcony.
The flat is very calm, and there is plenty of free parking just outside the building.
