- "We absolutely loved our time at this house. The house is set up perfectly for multiple families to have their own areas. While we didn’t have much luck fishing, we definitely enjoyed riding on the pontoon boat. We fed the horses and ducks every day when they came up to visit. There’s a market dollar store nearby for last minute forgotten items. The store had a large grocery selection, including frozen and refrigerated items, which came in handy. I highly recommend staying at Tex’s Ranch!"

This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is set on a 100 acre ranch just outside of Hugo, Oklahoma. This split bedroom floorplan with a large master suite with a sitting area is the perfect place for a family or a group of friends. Please read this update: The driveway and parking area are currently shared while you are visiting with a long term renter staying in the apartment in the back yard. They will use the parking on the left and you the parking on the right. There is plenty of driveway space available if you happen to have extra vehicles.
We are also starting a small U-Pick Strawberry patch in the pasture behind the home. during the months of March, April and May, you will share your driveway with U-Pick customers but it will not block your entrance or parking.

We were initially worried seeing the neighbor dogs running to our pups barking, but, they are well-trained, stay in their boundary and retreated when owner recalled them."

Located in beautiful Powderly, TX, The Wildwood boasts one of the best layouts an RV could have!!! It features oversized panoramic windows, the U-dinette can be customized with the adjacent Versa-Lounge! It has (2) Flatsceens w/ WiFi, electric, propane, walk-in Shower and septic hookups for easy "glamping!" Washer and dryer available upon request.
The Bunk Room has 3 twin beds and one couch that converts to a queen bed. The Master has a queen with a comfortable Memory Foam topper!

It is situated in the back of our property overlooking the creek that feeds three community ponds. The creek only flows with rain but always brings an abundance of birds and wildlife!!

Hissy Fit is a cozy, family friendly house that is literally located on a family farm. It will sleep 8-10 comfortably. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living room. It is a fully furnished home, equipped kitchen includes 2 refrigerators, stove, microwave, and Trager pellet grill located in the garage. There is an adjacent building out from garage that provides the 4th bedroom and 3rd bathroom. It has a full kitchen with tables and chairs. It is heat and cooled.

Starlink internet and TV are located in the living room where you can stream TV subscriptions such as Netflix, Hulu, Paramount+, ect. Utility room is furnished with a washer/dryer and pantry.
