There is a gas grill on the freshly-poured concrete patio .The kitchen is fully stocked with eating utensils, cooking utensils, cookware, plates, stemware, Keurig and auto drip coffee pot, slow cooker, Kitchen Aid mixer and etc. There is an adjoining dining area with seating for 6 . The neighborhood has sidewalks to walk your dogs. This home is 15 to 20 minutes from downtown Charleston.(most of the drive is interstate). The beaches are approximately 25 to 30 minutes. It depends on traffic, the time of day and the beach you will be going to.
We have 65-inch Smart 4K HDTV in den, with Blu-ray player; 40-inch Smart HDTV in master bedroom;32-inch LED TV in kids' bedroom with Blu-ray player. Of course, complimentary wi-fi is available.

There was only 2 things that i would’ve changed. 1) the owner said the people before me forgot to take out the trash to the curb so it was overflowing in the garage and when i went to do laundry it would stink so bad that it would make me gag… so for me making sure there is no trash left behind would be nice. but i understand it wasn’t their fault… but the housekeeper should definitely get it. because i noticed at a certain point we were starting to get flies in house/ laundry room. 2) we had issues with the sink disposal… was not working so when we had this issue on wednesday night, i let the owner know and they/he came over the next day(thursday) but couldn’t fix it…. and we had to leave friday morning before 11am so it made cleaning for me a little difficult because i couldn’t use that side of the sink and wouldn’t drain and things would take a lot longer to clean.But like i said overall the house was very lovely, spacious and i would say excellent location. i wish more places would be doggie friendly and everyone talks about the patriots stuff…. i didn’t bother me at all. i would book this house again."

It's nice to just sit and relax on the screened in porches and watch nature, full of wild life. Bedroom upstairs has a queen size bed and 2nd bedroom upstairs has a twin bunk and a twin trundle, the 3rd bedroom downstairs has a queen over queen bunk with a twin trundle. All bedrooms have blackout curtains.

- "This was our first visit to Charleston. 5 of us came from Seattle for a 6 night stay to visit my nephew who is attending college there. The house was reasonably priced, clean, has comfortable beds, is easy to find and the setting was quite peaceful. Our host communicated with us before, during and after our stay to ensure that we were comfortable and well informed. We did a considerable amount of sightseeing all around Charlston and found that this location provides easy freeway access and is only a 20 minute drive to the downtown area. Would definitely stay here again."

Beautiful home located on the water with a spacious lawn and dock. The home has completely renovated with everything brand new. It has a master bedroom with a king sized bed, a hall bedroom with a queen bed, another bedroom with twin beds and a playroom with a very nice plush pull out sofa that I provide all fresh linens for. There are four bathrooms, a living room, dining room, breakfast room/kitchen combo and a sun room. There are two very nice decks on the back and a very large backyard with plenty of outdoor entertaining space. It is fantastic for families, reunions and weddings. The home is close to shopping, attractions, downtown Charleston and the beaches.

A few things to consider, being a waterfront property, there are bugs outside. Make sure you use the front door at night as these bugs follow the light! The fourth bedroom doesn't have a real bed (it's a pull out couch). The driveway has a hump, scratched the bottom of my car when coming in and out the driveway. It's not a big deal but bring a SUV if you can! The kitchen has EVERYTHING you need from pots, pans, plates, cups, utensils, toaster, coffee maker, etc. Michele was an awesome host! She gave us her personal number to contact her 24/7 and quickly responded! Definitely recommend this property to anyone staying in the North Charleston area!"

Guests will have exclusive, unshared access to the entire 1st floor of the home, back patio, and room for parking 2 vehicles in the drive on the left behind the area marked guest.

(Guest House B) Guests will have exclusive, unshared access to the separate Guest House along with back deck, and room for parking for 2 more vehicles at the end of the drive marked for guest.

DO NOT GO TO THE MAIN HOUSE.

Backyard, boat dock, and outside hot tub are shared areas.

The Schlage keypad is located on the back door of the apartment to make your check-in easy, 24 hours a day

Enjoy a private stay at this classic 3-bedroom bungalow in Hanahan that sleeps 6. The home has large semi-open living spaces with large windows and lots of natural light including living room, kitchen, family room, and sunroom that has heat and AC unit. Completely remodeled to showcase the old and new. The house has a large yard and fenced in with firepit. Relax on the porch swing or lounge in the back yard. The kitchen has lots of cabinet space and new French door refrigerator and kitchenette with all basic kitchen utensils and cookware. Down the hall are 3 bedrooms, one of which is set up as an office. Bedrooms have large open closets and additional utility closet with new storage shelving. 2 full bathrooms have been remodeled and are located on opposites sides of the house. Living room leather Ikea sofa opens to an additional double bed. Linens, sheets, and pillows are provided for all beds. Living room has an electric fireplace and mantle. There is a separate laundry room off the carport with new GE washer and dryer.
Old Hanahan is conveniently located close to the airport, Boeing, Convention Center, Trident Technical College, and 4 miles to the Park Circle Center. 30 minutes to beaches and 25 minutes to Downtown Charleston. This house is located in a quaint and established neighborhood with no thru roads on one of the "highest" lots in the Charleston area.
