- "It was great" - "Exelente " - "the staff was great and it was fine for one night." - "When we went in our room, we noticed that it was a smoking room, didn’t know they really had those anymore. Room needed a complete overhaul painting, etc. We went online and checked the ratings and past guests and the big complaint was bedbugs, cleanliness, etc. so we packed up and left Never spent the night in the hotel room at that hour. There was no attendant on duty at about 8 PM."

The area is beautiful and it is a short walk to the lake, but you can see if from the front porch. My son and I went for a visit and we loved it. - "Myself, my parents, and siblings, my husband and kids all stayed in this house for 2 nights with so much space. We were all spread out and plenty of space for us to be in one are together also. Everything was very comfortable and clean. My kids and husband loved the arcade games in the loft and we played a few of the board games available to us. My kids also loved the quarter machines where they can get prizes. The kitchen was really nice too. We cooked breakfast for the whole family every morning. We also got a little cup of candy nicely wrapped.There are several outdoor activities not too far from the home, we were 30 minutes from Charleston, plus within 30 to 45 minutes from several beaches. Highly recommend!!"

This property has been extensively renovated, with brand new appliances, furniture, electronics, etc. The neighborhood is quiet and very safe. This new property has a brand new fenced-in backyard to keep dogs(and kids) from running off. We supply toys, leashes, treats and bowls for your four-legged babies. There is a gas grill on the freshly-poured concrete patio .The kitchen is fully stocked with eating utensils, cooking utensils, cookware, plates, stemware, Keurig and auto drip coffee pot, slow cooker, Kitchen Aid mixer and etc. There is an adjoining dining area with seating for 6 . The neighborhood has sidewalks to walk your dogs. This home is 15 to 20 minutes from downtown Charleston.(most of the drive is interstate). The beaches are approximately 25 to 30 minutes. It depends on traffic, the time of day and the beach you will be going to.
We have 65-inch Smart 4K HDTV in den, with Blu-ray player; 40-inch Smart HDTV in master bedroom;32-inch LED TV in kids' bedroom with Blu-ray player. Of course, complimentary wi-fi is available.
We also have plenty of reading material in our sunroom. My father is an avid historian that is always giving me history book on the Low Country area.

Thank you so much for everything!" - "i’m so glad it was a doggie friendly house, i was able to bring my dogs with me and the backyard was so much bigger than what i expected. The house was clean and very spacious. i loved that i had everything within a few minutes. The master bedroom has one of the comfiest beds i’ve ever slept on. i would love to book this house again in the future. There was only 2 things that i would’ve changed. 1) the owner said the people before me forgot to take out the trash to the curb so it was overflowing in the garage and when i went to do laundry it would stink so bad that it would make me gag… so for me making sure there is no trash left behind would be nice. but i understand it wasn’t their fault… but the housekeeper should definitely get it. because i noticed at a certain point we were starting to get flies in house/ laundry room. 2) we had issues with the sink disposal… was not working so when we had this issue on wednesday night, i let the owner know and they/he came over the next day(thursday) but couldn’t fix it…. and we had to leave friday morning before 11am so it made cleaning for me a little difficult because i couldn’t use that side of the sink and wouldn’t drain and things would take a lot longer to clean.But like i said overall the house was very lovely, spacious and i would say excellent location. i wish more places would be doggie friendly and everyone talks about the patriots stuff…. i didn’t bother me at all. i would book this house again."
