And if you tell something, they don’t take any action. Everything has to be followed up with an email for some response. Overall service is terrible. But rooms are beautiful and well appointed. Room maintenance is an issue. We had 2 rooms and in one room Microwave was not working. In the other room washer/dryer was not working. And our room was not cooling either and they could not fix either of those issues. it was surprisingly to me because no one seems to be checking if gadgets are working in the room after a person checks out. They took my clothes to dry in their dryer and gave us back wet clothes. And then I had to iron the clothes to get them to dry. Overall, not a very good experience. Frankly I cannot justify the price for the issues we faced. Go somewhere else if there is availability."

We each were able to get a bedroom (there are three bedrooms, one room w 3 beds, two room w a double). Beds and linens were clean and crisp. Huge furnished apartment and we even had a laundry room. Coffee machine also had coffee beans in it which was really appreciated. It’s a walk up 1 flight so be prepared. Parking can be done around the building. It’s literally across the street from the ferry landing. Fortunately the windows are thick and the ferry is electric so it didn’t wake us up. Apartment was super convenient to the main part of town with shops, restaurants, markets and tours. And perfect for us during puffling season as everyone roams town looking for lost puffin babies.
