It would have been handy to have a small run for the dogs to keep them contained so that they don't run away onto the busy road."

Better if left over iitems are checked regularly for expiery. The cleanliness inside the house was very good. However the outside sitting area was very dusty and plenty of cowvebs hanging around. BBQ was very dusty and dirty too. Didnt feel like using it. Overall very happy with our stay."

Our newly renovated 3 bedroom house is the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of daily life and enjoy a quiet, peaceful vacation with your loved ones.

The house can accommodate up to eight guests comfortably.

The master bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed and a private upstairs veranda that offers breathtaking views of the ocean and the estuary. Additionally, this bedroom has a separate retreat area with a comfortable couch where adults can relax and enjoy the views in peace.

The second queen bedroom also boasts a stunning outlook for the bush and native trees and is perfect for a couple, this room can also have a portacot added if needed. The third bedroom has two sets of bunks, making it an ideal room for children or teenagers.

Our beach house is family-friendly, and we have plenty of amenities to keep everyone entertained. We provide beach toys, a cricket set, indoor puzzles, a TV, and DVDs.

The house has a large, secure yard where children can play safely and a lockable shed where you can store your surfboards, bikes, a small boat and other equipment.

The yard also features a fire pit where you can roast marshmallows and enjoy a cozy night under the stars.

One of the best features of our beach house is the BBQ deck and balcony, which offers views of the ocean and the estuary. It's the perfect spot for outdoor dining, morning coffee, or evening drinks while enjoying the sunset. You can also take a short, three-minute walk to the beach, where you can swim, surf, or simply relax on the sand.

For those who enjoy dining out, the world-famous Marlo pub is just a 15-minute walk away. It's a great spot to enjoy a meal and a drink while taking in the local atmosphere. But if you prefer to cook at home, our fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals. We also have an outdoor BBQ and Weber if you wish to make the most of the beautiful yard.

The house also features a bathroom and laundry facilities, making it convenient for guests to stay for an extended period.

Additionally, all the furniture is new, and the house is beautifully decorated, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere.

Driftwood is a large 4 bedroom family home only minutes from the estuary, shops and hotel. With exceptional views of the ocean, Snowy river and rural surrounds Driftwood is an ideal place to holiday and relax. The home is set up with Queen beds in the first two rooms, a double bed and single on top bunk in the third room and two singles in the fourth room. All linen supplied but please bring your own towels. There is an open plan kitchen, dining and living room perfect for entertaining, a separate rumpus/living room for the kids and three decks to relax on, enjoy the views, and entertain. There is ample room for cars, boats or trailers.

This cleverly designed home, only separated from the waterfront by Marine Parade, is split over three levels to take advantage of the spectacular views. The massive front lawn and nature strip provides a sense of a much larger space so you can even bring the boat, jet ski or kayaks.

The large third bedroom is located on the lower level and with bunks to sleep up to four. On the second level you will find the master bedroom and the second bedroom, both with full width built in robes. The bedrooms are separated by a large laundry, family bathroom and separate toilet. The upper level is all open space with large kitchen with walk in pantry, combined dining area and lounge all with polished floorboards throughout. The deck off the family room is where you’re probably going to spend the most time though…a great place to enjoy a morning coffee, a quiet drink in the evening or to just watch the world go by.

During the cooler months keep your eyes trained on the ocean to spot the whales that migrate along the coast. In the warmer months the estuary comes alive with boats and kayaks out exploring, with the fisherman moving through the estuary searching for that big Flathead or Bream that the area is famous for. You can watch this all unfold in comfort from of your own private deck.

A short walk will have you down by the water’s edge or at the famous Marlo Pub for a cool drink a meal and to take in the water views to the east. There are plenty of walking trails close by including the Snowy River Coastal Walk which runs along the estuary and the French Narrows Coastal Walk just down the road, which will take you to across to the surf beach. The Marlo boat ramp and jetty are a mere 1.5 km drive whilst the recently upgraded Cape Conran Boat Ramp is around 18 km, meaning you are spoilt for choice for boating options…estuary or ocean.

The Snowy River Homestead is a historic property c1891 originally built on the river flatlands. It was later relocated to higher grounds in its current location following the severe floods of 1893.
