It's just minutes from Monroeville Mall, Miracle Mile shopping plaza, and several restaurants, bars, and grocery stores. It's also not far from the parkway if you wanted to visit downtown or head to the airport. It's just a 5 min drive to the turnpike, if you should need to continue your travels! Having surgery at the Monroeville surgery center and need a place to recover? Stonecliffe is located just right across the highway! If staying in and relaxing is more on your agenda, we have you covered there as well! This apartment complex has a pool, tennis court, gym & a private balcony for when the weather is warm. My apartment features a 75 inch smart TV in the living room for some amazing movie nights! I also have included some board games to spark up some family fun! The entire home is for rent which includes 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, living room, a game area (Basement), laundry room and 2 offices. The rooms have a fresh-clean-simple feel to them each with their own theme. All of the bedroom furniture is in very good condition including the queen and king mattresses. The rooms all come equipped with Roku for you to enjoy your favorite streaming services.
We have a very cosy living room. The living room TV also has Roku. Behind the living room is an office space. There is a USB hub to connect to a keyboard, mouse, and printer.
The kitchen is spacious. There is a snack pantry in the corner which includes oatmeal, pancake mix and a few snacks, help yourself! With resurfaced countertops and a fairly new refrigerator, the kitchen comes with access to the Keurig, Ninja blender, toaster, microwave, oven, dishwasher, and stovetop.

- "Our experience was vry Rocky in the beginning. The property was not ready to be rented- it had been severely misused by prior tenants- it was extremely, extremely dirty- filthy-, smelled of cat urine, cigarettes- dirt everywhere (dishes dirty, inside pantry cabinets, ceiling fans dripping of dust…)- it was shocking. BUT- , the owner (who lives out of state) was super helpful with communication- she bought several air purifiers I requested and had them Sent New Year’s Eve, she also put me in touch with a cleaning service (on New Year’s Eve) and they were able to come out twice- (spent 15 hours cleaning…). After the house was cleaned- and we had a few air purifiers to sleep with in our room- we were able to feel more comfortable in the house. The renter also refunded us a night bc of the hassle and time it took (we had to be out of the house while it was cleaned…) Once the house undergoes some repairs and is THOROUGHLY cleaned (and a one particular mattress changed out) - the house has a lot of potential! A lot of bedroom and plenty of space for a family. The owner was always helpful… and THIS is what made the difference. If she had been unresponsive- we would have had to leave and rent hotel rooms- but she did her best… and for that reason - abs for its potential- I give 3 stars In current condition- 1 star Some repairs done (dishwasher, front door handle, etc ) and a whole house deep clean / mini makeover- it could be a 5 star!! Close to Monroeville business area, expo and easy to get to downtown Pittsburgh - (yet in a quiet suburban area)"
