Five luxury Glamping pods, beside historic Macbeth's Hillock, each with en-suite shower room, kitchen area, table and stools. Upon entering your accommodation you will be instantly met by the beautiful country views via the entrance hall floor to ceiling window. Please make yourselves at home by making full use of the seated shoe storage unit and coat rack.

Bedroom 1 has a king size bed, a chest of drawers, clothes hanging rail, full length mirror and black out blind. The ensuite has a rainfall shower and separate handset as well as an led mirror with shaving charger, demister and bluetooth so you can enjoy your favourite tunes whilst showering.

Bedroom 2 is a superking bed which can be separated into two single beds upon request. Again this room has a chest of drawers, clothes hanging rail, a full length mirror and black out blind. Please note our family home is attached to this accommodation which is accessed via an internal door which will be locked during your entire stay. Our family consists of 2 girls 11 and 13 years old and our miniature Schnauzer dog Freddy.

The Moray Firth makes a superb holiday base be it for enjoying all Scotland's culture with Castles, Historic Houses and sites all nearby, don't miss Culloden Battlefield only 10 miles or so together with the Highland Capital, Inverness. This unique Norwegian cabin built in the 1890’s and served as a painting studio for the Earl of Leven at that time who was an amateur water colourist and photographer. It is perched above the Findhorn with breath - taking views across the river to the Dunearn moors. It's the perfect romantic hideaway or retreat.

It is 200m from Glenferness House shielded from view by rhododendrons. There is a canopied double bed and a hammock to relax in. There is a shower-room. There is electric heating. Hidden in the cupboard you will find a fridge and microwave and washing-up bowl as there is no kitchen sink. There is also a table-top cooker, toaster and kettle. There is no WiFi nor television reception at The Studio but there is a television that can play DVDs and there is also a CD player.

In The Studio, our designated method for dishwashing entails filling the washbasin within the shower area. Subsequently, the washing process is carried out externally, and upon completion, used water is disposed of responsibly outside, with the option to pour it down the bank.

The flat was spotless and had everything you needed for a holiday in Nairn. The 2 double bedrooms were very comfortable and the flat was very quiet, so a good nights sleep was easy here. The kitchen was so well stocked and the owner thought of everything you might need. We’ve stayed in several holiday accommodation’s now in the UK and this flat definitely had more than most- tea, coffee, sugar, condiments, tin foil, dishwasher tablets, pods for the washing machine, shampoo conditioner, soap, body wash were in plentiful supply. Although we didn’t need it there is equipment for a baby, young child- cut, high chair, baby bath etc. We were given plenty towels and there were also spares if you needed them. The flat also has a wet room with disabled facilities. The shower was great and hot water plentiful. There is parking right next to the flat and a shop just a minute walk from the property. The town centre is approximately 2 minutes by car. This is an amazing flat and the owners are clearly passionate about guests having a wonderful stay. I would highly recommend it and we will definitely be back. "
