Downtown Wabasha is eclectic and beautiful. There are many shops and restaurants within walking distance and ALL of them are unique to Wabasha only. Check out the hours listed on the store fronts to get a good laugh and see what small town life truly looks like.

Our cozy bungalow is a perfect place for people to enjoy while visiting all the sites of Wabasha and its surrounding areas. With two bedrooms, a kitchen and living room all on the same floor you will have the space and appliances needed to make your visit to Wabasha unforgettable! All appliances, beds (Queen bed = Brand new Mint Tuft and Needle mattress), couches, carpet etc are new and ready to be enjoyed. The kitchen comes fully stocked with all your cooking needs as well as a coffee machine and griddle for those leisurely mornings in! There is a fireplace that is duel sided and therefore is open to both the kitchen and bedroom. The bunkbed room is quite cozy but does its job!

We loved the location, being a block from the river and right off Main Street with access to all the shops and restaurants. Note: We did find it odd that there was not one hook or rack in the bathroom so where do you put your washcloths, hand towels, etc. after using? We had to improvise and use door handles and the shower door. Seems a few hooks and/or towel rack are in order."

Our condo is comfy and cozy and newly remodeled.

Two bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, full kitchen, washer and dryer, gas fireplace. Both bedrooms are on the second floor; the stairs up to the second floor are not steep but please be aware of this. Our couch is a full-sized pullout bed.

We have two decks that face the ever-changing Mississippi river. Relax on our decks with a glass of wine and watch the river: eagles, herons, egrets along with barges and boats of every kind.
Wander over to Slippery's bar and grill; listen to music on their outdoor patio or walk downtown Wabasha to shop and dine.
Remember that you are by the river so throw in a little bug spray with you for the evenings on the deck!

- "We had a wonderful stay in Wabasha. Our house was cute, clean and comfortable. It was conveniently close to everything we wanted to see and do. If you like Fall color, Wabasha had it all. Literally every street corner was decorated with pumpkins, ribbons, corn shocks etc. Breathtaking! The Eagle Center and the boat ride was fabulous! We learned hundreds of cool facts about the eagles and saw lots of them. Antique and souvenir shopping took a lot of our time too. There were treasures to be found in almost every store. The only drawback was the location of our house. It is located near a busy intersection and sometimes the traffic noise is loud. We did have a beautiful Veterans park located right next to us, however. That and the convenience to all we wanted to do more than made up for the occasional noise. We would undoubtedly stay here again if we travel to Wabasha in the future."

- "Loved the historic features of this hotel and the quaint decor. It was convenient to self check in and the team was very responsive with any questions. We also loved the fun dining in the quick easy and the convenient breakfast in the morning. Don't expect a commercial stay, enjoy the historic environment to take you back in time with a very comfortable bed and everything you need in your room!" - "And I do mean a great one! Upon arriving, my girlfriend became intrigued by the place. So, she googled it and discovered not only was it the oldest hotel in Minnesota, it was also allegedly the most HAUNTED hotel in MN! We didn't have any paranormal actives but we did have a great time staying there. The location couldn't be better. The restaurant and speak easy are full of character and great food. I would highly recommend staying there. We will definitely be back."

- "I had an issue getting into my room after returning and the staff was very gracious and put me into a dofferent room and drove 30 minutes to help rescue me so i could get my belongings from the room. - "Lovely historic hotel with modern amenities in the heart of a small town on the river front. Once checked in I could have all of my needs met by foot! A nice brewery, restaurants and the river front all within a mile. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever enjoyed in a hotel. Hours are spotty, but I did get to enjoy both the basement Speakeasy as well as the dining room for breakfast. Wonderful stay overall."
