A solid wood cabin with a large terrace, with a lovely view where you can see lake Råsvalen beyond meadows and forest groves, gives you plenty of space for both dinners and relaxation. The house has an open floor plan between the kitchen and living room where there is also a dining area for those days that are a little chilly. There are two bedrooms in the main house, one of which is equipped with a double bed and the other has a bunk bed. A bathroom with shower and electric toilet. In the guesthouse there is a double bed. Another space that works for both play and cozy dinners is in a building that used to be used as a barn. Today it is furnished with rustic benches and tables. About 3 km from the house is a swimming area at the campsite Annorlunda in Gusselby, there is also an ice cream kiosk and a mini market that is open during high season. Around Råsvalen there are several bathing places and fishing opportunities for those interested. Bergslagen offers a lot for those who want to discover, both nature and sights. Stripa is today the most complete preserved mining environment near Guldsmedshyttan is well worth a visit. Cycle råsvalen around, a distance of 37 km with or take a ride with M / S Råsvalen which departs from Kyrkbryggan in Lindesberg during the summer season. If you are interested in music, Opera på Skäret can be something that suits, it is about 30 minutes by car from the cottage.

As part of a farm is this completely newly built cottage where they have taken advantage of many details from old cottages and reused in their construction. Here you live close to nature and you have within easy reach many attractions and cultural events that are suitable for day trips. A walk of about 500 meters takes you to the lake and a public jetty with ladder where you can take a morning dip or a round with a canoe. A few kilometers away is a disused lime quarry that is well visited for swimming. If you are a golf enthusiast, there is a golf course about 4.5 km which means that you can easily book a morning round. The cottage shares land with the homeowner but you have your own gate and parking space that makes your stay comfortable. There is a terrace where the morning sun gives you a lovely place for breakfast outdoors and on the other side of the cottage a patio where the evening sun warms. The cottage is built with a large cottage with high ceilings where kitchen, dining area and sleeping area share the surface. There is a comfortable sofa and an iron stove that you are happy to light a fire on the day when the weather can feel a bit rough. Another sleeping space is available with a comfortable single bed and space for clothes to stow away clothes and accessories. The kitchen is equipped with all comforts and the bathroom has a shower corner, toilet, sink and underfloor heating. Bicycles can be borrowed from the homeowner and you can easily cycle to a nearby lunch restaurant or why not to the nearest farm shop to buy eggs. There are 2 cats living on the farm and the owner also has an allergy friendly dog.

Your holiday home, named "Norra Flygeln", can be found near to the beach of the lake Ramsjö and a so-called activity resp. adventure park. Geographically your holiday home is located in the Kilsbergen, where a relatively large open-air and recreation area offers many opportunities for you to spend your holidays in a very active way.

Fishing (pike, perch and pikeperch), hunting, boat and canoe tours, hiking tours along the "Bergslagsleden" (mountain hiking trails) , riding or golfing are only some of the opportunities. But also in winter this area is excellently suited for cross-country skiing and ice skating tours. Your holiday home is a wing-shaped annex to the house of your landlords, a former school building.

You will have available totally six rooms and a kitchen with dining place, four bedrooms, two toilets with a shower and washing machine in one of these as well as two rooms for social gatherings (funtion rooms) with open fire. From here you will have a beautiful view of the Ramsjön (10 km all round).

If you are more than 7 people, you can book a small apartment under the roof. It includes its own small kitchen, toilet / toilet and living room with sofa, TV and two single beds.
The apartment is only rented in conjunction with the big house, not separately.
