This holiday villa is very centrally located in Trosa, only about 300 m away from the center - but in a quiet street with little traffic. It is walking distance to Trosa town center, the harbor, shops and restaurants.

The house has a cozy garden without transparency with a large terrace facing south, sun all day. There is a large football field just across the road.

This bright and spacious house in the middle of Trosa was fully refurbished in 2016. It offers four bedrooms and can accommodate six guests.

Three of the bedrooms are on the ground floor together with a modern, fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and an open plan living room. On the lower level there is a fourth bedroom of about 40 square meters with a large corner sofa and TV with Apple TV box. The ground floor large bathroom has a toilet and a bathtub while the smaller one is a guest toilet with a wash basin. Downstairs there is a third bathroom with toilet and shower.

The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with lovely work surfaces. Fiber internet access is available throughout the property by wifi and with fixed connection sockets. On the outskirts of the wonderful and picturesque town Trosa, you have a summer paradise here. The house is located on a hilly plot with several patios and a large terrace where you can enjoy the view over the meadows down to the bay of the Baltic Sea. The pool is heated by the sun during the summer period, if the booking request is made for the month of September, heating of the pool can be arranged. The pool is open from May to the end of September. On the entrance floor of the house, you have a large living room with both a sofa group and a dining area with access to the terrace. The well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast table is adjacent to the living room in an open-plan layout, here you will find most of what you need with everything from a toaster to a popcorn machine. A bathroom with a shower is adjacent to the hall where one of the house's bedrooms is located, here you have two single beds. In the other part of the house there are three more bedrooms, one of which is equipped with a double bed and the other two have single beds. In one of the smaller bedrooms, the bed is placed high with fall protection and is very suitable for a child/youth. In this part of the house there is also a cozy sofa corner with a TV. Down the stairs in the basement, you will find a bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a toilet, and the house's sauna with a shower. Take the opportunity to visit the Town Trosa, walk along the Trosa river, buy ice cream down by the harbor or why not have lunch or dinner at one of the many eateries the city offers. The area and nature around Trosa offer everything in the way of activities, if you want to kayak, hike, cycle and more, you have all the possibilities.
