Also 1 bedroom on the first floor with a twin trundle bed. The upstairs loft has a Queen sized bed and AC. The living room has 2 pullout sofas that can sleep 4. It has AC, a ceiling fan, and a gas fireplace. There is StarlinkWiFi with a smart TV and Netflix. There’s also plenty of card and board games to play inside the coffee table. The front porch is Amazing with plenty of seating and a gas grill for cookouts. At the back of the cabin there's a beautiful screened porch to enjoy. The lake is a two minute walk to the dock for a swim or a cruise in the kayaks. There are 2 kayaks in the shed for anyone who would like to use them. All we ask is that they are returned after use. Feel free to bring your fishing poles. Also there are many different trails for biking and hiking. We are located approximately 15 minutes from town, so you’ll have to plan accordingly. The cottage is 35 minutes from Knobels amusement park. Sugarloaf golf course is just 5 minutes away. If you’re looking for a bite to eat, Sally Pursell’s is less than 10 minutes away. There a family restaurant with a bar side and take out.

The house is located walking distance to the lake and has a great view of the ski slopes. Teresa and her husband were very attentive I highly recommend this house. Our rustic chalet has plenty of charm and is the perfect get away spot for relaxation. It is located on our 130 acres of scenic farmland with the most beautiful and breathtaking views. Within 5 minutes you can find the Sugarloaf Golf Club and in an approximately 35-minute drive, you can find major ski resorts, the Poconos, historic Jim Thorpe, Lehigh river rafting, and Knoebel's amusement park.

The first floor includes a comfy, cozy, and fully furnished living room space with a Smart TV with Wifi(guests will receive password upon check-in), a kitchen fully supplied with an oven/stove, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, and a coffee maker. It also includes pots/pans, dishes, glassware, utensils, etc. There is a table and chairs for dining.

The first floor also includes a bedroom with a twin bed over a full size bunk bed. In addition, there is a bathroom that includes a shower with towels for our guests to use. There is no tub, just a shower.

Upstairs there is a loft bedroom overlooking the downstairs that includes two full-sized beds. A total of 7 guests can stay here, but keep in mind the beds are only full size.

We provide our guests with fresh bed linens and towels.
Our chalet includes a brand new wrap around deck that allows our guests to enjoy the breathtaking and beautiful views that include the mountains, country farm fields, our five-acre pond, and forests filled with nature's beauty.

Guest Access:
Our property includes access to our 5- acre pond which is just a short walk down through our farm fields. Guests can even try fishing in our pond if they desire. ( just be sure to bring your own equipment).

Take a walk around the farm to capture some beautiful pictures. End your night around our fire pit roasting some s'mores or simply just relaxing.

We DO NOT allow smoking or pets.
Our chalet is not child-proof and is not suitable for small toddlers due to a high balcony and steps.

The "Perch on Quapaw" is nestled on a partially wooded, beautifully landscaped lot in the gated community of Eagle Rock outside of Hazleton, PA; just minutes from I-81. Our home is a three story, three bedroom, 3.5 bath, 2 car garage stone front home, located 1 mile to the Lake Beach and less than .6 miles to the Base Ski Lodge.

The main floor contains a 2-story living room with a propane fireplace, a large dining area with sliding doors to a generously-sized patio that overlooks the woods, a spacious kitchen with two ovens, and a large game room containing a regulation size C.L. Bailey pool table, 55-inch 4K TV, comfortable seating, and a Juliet-type balcony with scenic views from the front of the house.

Upstairs, you will find the master suite, complete with a king-size bed, a full-size sleeper loveseat, a dresser/TV stand with a 43-inch 4K TV, a walk-in closet, and a master bath with a large luxurious walk-in shower with multiple heads. The second bedroom contains a queen bed, a dresser with a 32-inch TV, and a folding twin bed in the closet for those extra guests. As for the third bedroom, it is fitted with a full size day bed, as well as a folding twin cot in the closet.There is also a dresser with 32-inch TV. Both bedrooms have direct access to the Jack-and-Jill bathroom. And lastly for the upper level, just off the balcony area that overlooks the living room, is a small office, for those unfortunate enough to have to work on their respite.

(Guests must bring their own sheets and towels, as linens are NOT provided.)

Moving to the lower level, there is a generously-sized private living area just off of the 2-car garage, complete with two sofas (one being a queen sleeper) and a spacious full bathroom with walk-in shower. For your entertainment, there is a 43-inch 4K TV, an electronic dart board, and a small foosball table. Outside, the patio is provided with 8 chairs, 2 tables, and fire pit for your enjoyment. (Bring your own wood).

Our goal is to provide a vacation home as appealing to you as it is to us. If there is anything you feel that is missing, please do not hesitate to let us know. Please Note: This is not a “party” rental. Excessive partying is not tolerated and will result in immediate removal from the property without a refund. All renters who sign the rental agreement must be at least 28 years old and must remain at the resort for the duration of the stay.
