Enjoy coffee in the 3 season room, relax on the patio, fish and swim from the private dock. Adventure on kayaks or stand up paddle boards or cruise on the pontoon boat on this electric-motor-only quiet and calm lake.
Welcome to this comfortable and modern home, a lakefront retreat!

Car/driver information will be required for all guests. Guests may NOT have loud music and NO parties. Quiet after 9:00 PM. NO fireworks. NO pets. We understand this is not always a good fit for every vacation, please do not request to book if a calm, relaxing getaway is not what you are looking for.

- DINING ROOM:
There is plenty of space to gather around the large dining room table with seating for 9-10 and 3 stools at the breakfast bar.
- 3 SEASON ROOM:
Enjoy a cup of coffee and book in the 3-season room.
- LIVING ROOM:
Has a large sectional, additional seating, and a 65” TV.
- UPPER BEDROOMS:
King bedroom #1 is the primary bedroom including an ensuite bathroom with dual vanities and a shower. King bedroom #2 is directly across the hall from another full bathroom with a bathtub/shower combo and clothes washer and dryer. All bathrooms have heat lamps to keep you warm in those chilly winter months.
FOYER:
From the front door foyer you can enter the main garage or continue downstairs. The garage is the perfect place to dry and store all your outdoor clothing, sporting, and ski equipment (no car parking) and has a second refrigerator for your use.

Large entertainment area that includes another 65” TV, comfortable leather couch, and dual leather recliners and cozy electric fireplace.
Entertainment includes foosball, darts, plenty of board games, beverage fridge, and a game table that seats 4.
-LOWER LEVEL 2 BEDROOMS:
King bedroom #3 has a desk and a monitor – perfect for remote work. Shares a jack and jill bathroom with shower with lower level common space and bedroom #4 which features 3 sets of bunk beds to sleep up to 7– (2) sets of twin over twin bunk beds and (1) twin over queen– a great hangout for kids.
LAKEFRONT OUTDOOR SPACES:
Step through sliding glass doors from lower level living room to the large, paved patio with dining tables and multiple patio chairs. Perfect for outdoor dining, grilling on the propane grill, sunrise coffee, or sunset cocktails.
ACTIVITIES:
-Enjoy private access and lake activities (from May thru October) such as swimming, fishing, kayaking, or paddle boarding from the 15' dock. An (11)** passenger electric pontoon boat is available for rent. A single garage opens to the backyard, perfect for storing your camp chairs, fishing poles, and lake floats. This single garage houses 3 kayaks and 4 paddle boards, plus life vests, for guest use (with signed liability release), extra chairs and yard games. (11) passenger electric pontoon boat for rent directly at home's private dock ($550 weekly/ $250 weekends).

-COMMUNITY:
This is a quiet community. Guests may NOT have loud music. No parties. Quiet after 9:00 PM. No fireworks. Violation will not be tolerated and may result in fines or eviction without refund.
-This community has it's own security and requirements for renting. Prior to your stay, all vehicles related to the reservation must be registered and guests will be required to provide driver, vehicle, and license information.
-Speed cameras and roving patrol are present, speeding and stop-sign violations will result in fines.
-Private boats are not permitted on the lake.
-PA state fishing license is required and can be purchased on the PA fish and game website.
-The Clubhouse restaurant and lounge are walking distance of the house serving lunch and dinner and includes a seasonal dining deck with weekend live music.
A provided registration card with resort fee allows use of amenities at the clubhouse a short drive or walk away. These include (seasonally): indoor pool, racquetball courts, arcade, snack bar, exercise room, outdoor sand volleyball court, indoor/outdoor basketball court, tennis, sports equipment may be available for use from Clubhouse recreation department, playground, pavilion, sandy beach. Please remember this is a quiet community and these are shared amenities.

Private Pocono area home with lake access. Please note, this property is located about 20 minutes west of Lake Harmony, on a larger, private 130 acre lake named 'Lake of the Four Seasons' which is in the community called 'Beech Mountain Lake'. It is an electric motor only lake. Easy access off I-80 / Mt. Top exit (just east of the I-81/I-80 junction). Enjoy a beautiful 160 acre lake on the western edge of the Pocono region. Escape the commercialism and crowds of other Pocono area lakes. Beech Mountain Lake is a private gated community with it's own freshwater lake.

Kalahari Indoor Waterpark and Great Wolf Lodge are both about a 45 minute drive to the east, and Knoebel's Amusement Park and Campground is about an hour drive to the west. Miniature golf, driving range, and 18 hole golf course (Edgewater Golf Course) are 2 minutes from the entrance of the community. Sand Springs is another well known course which is about 5 miles from Beech Mountain Lakes.

Mohegan Sun Casino is 30 minutes north on I-81.

From May through October, enjoy kayaking, canoeing, and paddleboarding. We have 3 canoes, 3 kayaks and a stand-up paddleboard (the paddleboard is only to be used by adults or supervised children) to use. The lake, once used by the PA Fish Commission for spawning fish, is an electric only-motor lake. Excellent fishing for Large-mouth Bass, Perch, Pickerel, and even trout (the lake is stocked with Golden, Rainbow and Brown trout in spring for kids fishing derby). Enjoy spectacular mountain views and clear blue skies while boating on the lake. Lake is also excellent for swimming. Our community private beach is great for kids to swim and play in the sand, and it is free to use for all guests! Whitewater rafting and biking on the 'Rails to Trails' at Lehigh Gorge State Park (20 minutes away).

Enjoy hiking trails and cross country ski trails at Nescopeck State Park, just a couple miles down the road.

The home has a quiet path down to the lake's edge where you can launch canoes and kayaks, or just sit and enjoy the quiet and the scenery. Property borders a forested green area on the right, giving exceptional privacy. Virtually all the activities you can imagine that you could do outdoors in Pennsylvania, you can do here. Restaurants, shopping, attractions are minutes away.

The house has a beautiful open 2-story living room, with lots of windows for natural light, that also opens to an inviting screened-in porch which is perfect for morning reflections (and coffee!) and evening conversations. There is also a gas grill outside of the screened-in porch.

The lower level has a combination pool table/air hockey table, along with ping-pong. Two flat-screen smart TV's are in the home, along with a Blu-Ray player and WiFi. Plenty of board games area also at your disposal.

The upper level has a bedroom with a queen bed and a twin bed with a pull-out trundle bed. This bedroom has it's own bathroom. The loft has a queen-sized futon which quickly converts to a bed.

The main level has two bedrooms, each with a queen bed. There is a full bathroom on this level.

The lower level has a bedroom with two sets of bunk beds, perfect for the kids (top bunks suitable ONLY for small children). There is also a full bathroom on this level as well.

The dining area has a wonderful table that seats 10, perfect for family meals or game night.

This is not a party house. No loud music or excessive partying. This is a family neighborhood. Must be quiet after 9:00 PM. No fireworks. Violation will result in eviction without refund.

Please note that we do not have a house phone. However, we have Wi-Fi and most cell phones do get a good signal from our house.

The house does not have air conditioning, but being nestled in the trees and along the lake, a wonderful breeze blows through, keeping the house cool. There are also ceiling fans in every bedroom.

Also, we do NOT provide bed sheets or bath/beach towels, so please plan accordingly We DO provide pillows, mattress covers, blankets, bedspreads and dish towels. There is a linen service that you can use, Pocono Linens, and you can arrange a drop-off and pick-up of whatever you need. Their number is 1-888-834-0362.

Easily accessible from two major highways, the Stone Stack Cottage is nicely tucked in on an L-shaped street that ends in a cul-de-sac. On the street next to the cottage, there is additional space for parking available if needed. There is also an entrance to a short but scenic trail through the woods. On the other end of the trail, there is a small children’s park. The park sits adjacent to the trail in the woods and can be accessed via a path if you are feeling adventurous.

For those who appreciate outdoor adventures, the surrounding landscape offers hiking trails, wildlife spotting, and ample opportunities for stargazing. After a day of exploration, you can unwind by the stone fireplace, perhaps sipping on hot cocoa or a glass of wine, and relishing the tranquility of the mountain evenings.

You will have access to the ground floor and upper level (loft) of the house as well as the 1.5 acre outdoor space. The lower level of the house will be locked and off limits since it is currently being remodeled. All the other parts of the house are yours to use and explore. The same goes for the outside space with the exception of the pool and barn.

Important Points:

1) There are very specific instructions on how to operate the wood burning stove that are included in the house manual that is provided once the booking is confirmed.

2) There is an above ground pool on the property that is covered and not available for guests to access. The surrounding deck and pergola, however, are available to explore.

3) The Nintendo Switch has a security lock in place to protect it from being undocked. The reason for this is that there is less of a chance of it being dropped while it remains docked.

4) There house is very “smart”. There is smart lighting and an Alexa device in virtually every room. There is also a Ring security system. All of this is optional to use and details will be provided in the “house manual” after booking.

The main level of the home has 2 dining tables with seating for 14 people The kitchen is fully stocked with Keurig machine, 12 kcups with medium and dark roast coffee, plates, cookware, silverware, etc. There are 2 bedrooms on the main floor, both with queen size beds and a full size bed.
The living area has two sofas, a gas fireplace, and sliding glass door that leads to the balcony with a hot tub that runs 365 days a year!

The 2nd floor of the home has 3 bedrooms. 1 bedroom with a King size bed. The second bedroom with 2 twin size beds, and the 3rd bedroom being the loft area which also has two twin beds. There is also a full bathroom in the upper level of home.

The Lower Level of the home has 2 bedrooms. Both bedrooms have 1 Double bed, and 1 Twin over Double Bunk bed.
The Game Room has a poker table, pool table, and a gas fireplace. The sliding glass doors lead outside to the firepit area!
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home. This includes the hot tub, pool table, grill, all bedrooms, bathrooms, washer & dryer, indoor fireplace and outdoor fire pit, front and back decks. The home is "turn key." Linens, pillows and kitchen appliances are provided. The guest will only need their shower and bath needs. If you have a question about what is provided at the home, just ask!

Deck is over 500 sq ft and spans the width of the home. Brand new hot tub is surrounded by privacy fences,outdoor heater. and propane fireplace for your use! Enjoy this relaxing space and take in all of the scenery in the woods. Home sits perfectly on a cul-de-sac in the neighborhood.

Ski resorts are plentiful in this area and are nearby in every direction. Skiers and snow boarders can enjoy this downhill experience at Big Boulder, Jack Frost, Montage, Camelback, or Eagle Rock. For family fun, try tubing at these slopes. And don't forget the many scenic Pocono attractions including Bushkill Falls, white water rafting, and Historic Jim Thorpe.

You will gain access to the entire home. Property extends back to the woods and you can hike back there and explore. You also receive your own personal Whirlpool/Hot Tub that is on the deck overlooking the private yard. Privacy fences on both side of the poperty offer a getaway that is sure to be enjoyable and private!
