- Parking: The long driveway can easily fit guests' vehicles. Street parking is not allowed.

- NOTE: 6th sleeping area is NOT a bedroom - it is a (quite comfortable actually) fold out sofa that converts to 2 sleeping spaces, located on the loft. ➼ If the form is late, the $50 fee is passed to guest. If a change needs to be made on the form (substitution, error etc.), the $15 fee is also passed to the guest. (All last-minute bookings will carry a $50 "late" fee)
➼ Absolutely anyone staying/visiting (over age 3) must be listed on the form, to a max of 12 people total. Forms w. more than 12 will not be processed, anyone not listed will not be let in the gate.

➼ Due to prior issues with problem hosts, the community has become super strict and is really cracking down on violations, so highly important to know and follow the basic rules.
➼ Any fines or violations during a stay are the sole responsibility of the guests.
➼ 2 big ones are Speeding and Noise. They have speed traps and security all over, who will ticket even for 30mph (speed limit is strict 25). Quite hours are 10pm-8am, we have sensitive neighbors, and community forbids loud music outside. Please use cruise control and keep loud noise inside the house. Besides large fines for you, the community will actually revoke our ability to rent if our guests get violations - PLEASE help us and yourselves avoid this!

This cabin isn’t just a rental , it’s part of our family history. Built in 1983 by my husband’s grandparents, it’s been the backdrop for decades of lake memories. In 2021, when his grandmother could no longer live here alone, we purchased and renovated the home, designing every detail with families in mind.

Our children’s favorite space is the Bear Bunk Room, perfect for sleepovers when friends or cousins visit. Throughout the home, you’ll find little “family Easter eggs” in the décor, adding a personal touch to your stay.

There’s something magical about this place. The peace and stillness are addictive, the lake views are unforgettable, and mornings watching the sunrise over the water are pure joy. We’d love for you to experience it, too.

- "The hosts were very responsive and the cottage was very well equipped. The canoe and a proximity to a marina were really nice as we wanted to do some fishing. The entire complex is well maintained, but even an entry to the lake’s beach requires a daily amenity. fee. The only problem was that the air in the cottage was not fresh when we arrived and we discovered some dirt on the windows frames when we tried to open the windows. We are sure a cleaning had been done before we arrived, but it seemed that it had been done a couple of weeks before we arrived. We also did not like the wall to wall carpets because, again, they did not give us an impression of being dust free. Overall, the price was not that high, so we were satisfied."

- "We absolutely loved our stay here! We had 6 total people and we were very comfortable. It rained about half the time we were there due to the affects of a hurricane hitting down south, but instead of feeling cooped up inside we loved every second of family time in our cozy cabin! And any non-rainy time was spent either roasting marshmallows over the idyllic backyard fire pit, enjoying the brand new hot tub next to the deck, kayaking on the lake, or swimming in the awesome kid-friendly community pool!!! The host was wonderful and extremely responsive, making sure all our needs were met and answering almost immediately when we had any questions. We left wanting very much to be able to stay longer, but we definitely hope to be back soon!"

I loved the deck!! we brought our 2 dogs (also a huge perk for us) the deck is all enclosed so the doggies could enjoy being outside and off leash with us. I wasnt aware it was like starte park/campground but it was an issue it was a very nice quiet parker with a nice lake (but no gas motors allowed on the lake) 40 mins way theres a huge lake where they are allowed so no big deal. I go to pennsylvania almost every year for vacation but this house was the best we have ever been to. There are a lot of fun things to do with kids in different locations. As for any shopping, everything is 20 to 35 minutes drive. The water park is 18 minutes from the house. I highly recommend this house. We will definitely come back to this house. - "Me and my family had a bad experience in this place, eagle lake community association house J3, when we rented we didn’t see pictures of the place before we get there. when we get there we got shocked, The place smell bad fridge was dirty we found corn inside looks like the corn it was there forever smell nasty also few parts of the trailer you can’t even touch because will fall off, place smell really bad inside, bathroom she said in the listing the shower have low pressure, it was fine I don’t care low pressure i can deal we that. But the problem is when you turn on water won’t come out that means no water How a person rent something too you for 4 days without shower? I paid for 4 days and stayed one night and left. Also the community pool was under construction i did pay more than thousand dollar for nothing. Listing says full kitchen. Yes there is a full kitchen. But you can’t cook unless you buy everything you need. No pots nothing . The Water heater and electric panel was in unsafe place for the kids, no lock on those doors this place is not safe.."
