- "This property was the perfect size for our large group of about 15 adults. We are an outdoor group that wanted to celebrate Friendsgiving together, where we could all cook a dish and relax. This spot was perfect for that; there were so many bedrooms, and all the bunks were full-sized. It's also SUPER close to the gorgeous state park for paddle sports and hiking! Cons: One bunk - was too close to the ceiling to use - thankfully we didn't need it. As it got colder the hot tub wouldn't heat to the full 106 degrees - making it too cold to use in the 50-40-degree weather - so the hot tub can't be used year-round. The fridge water dispenser might need a new filter as it dispenses slowly, however, the sink has a filtered water faucet that is much faster. Some complained the house was too cold - the HVAC system didn't heat warm enough. Pros: The area has lots of convenience within walking distance - Dollar General, Liquor store, neighbors - and lots of parking! The house itself is LARGE, with 4 full bathrooms, so many bedrooms, a washer and dryer, a LARGE backyard (not fully gated if that's a concern) with a propane fire pit on the porch, and a large wood patio next to the hot tub. There's a large faux fireplace heater in the living room/ games room (pool table/ ping pong etc) which is great. All-in-all, we loved it, with many friends saying they'd love to come back as long as the cons can be fixed, and I truly agree as well! Honestly, this is a great stay! "

You will feel peace and quiet at the house but also be super close to all the amenities. The house is on a lake and surrounded by trees, but it is located in a neighborhood so we ask that you be very respectful of noise during your stay.

This is a family house that we want you to enjoy as much as we do, but we also hope you take very good care of it for us! The house feels cozy, but spacious as well. The upper level has the most lovely lake view, 2 bedrooms (full/double bed), full bathroom, full kitchen, & living/dining area with fireplace & smart TV. There is also a deck with a bbq grill and picnic table.

The lower level has 2 bedrooms (1 full, 1 bunk bed - single over full), full bathroom, laundry room & game room, & a wood burning stove which heats the place up quite nicely.

In addition there is an open loft with a queen sized bed.

- "We needed a large, comfortable place for 17 of us coming to a family reunion. This renovated inn was ideal. All of the bedrooms were comfortable, the large common areas (with two large dining room tables) held us all without difficulty. We particularly liked the well-equipped and spacious kitchen where we spent lots of time. And the outdoor space was great for the kids and barbecuing." - "The house was perfect for a big group trip. We had 18 guest and almost everyone had their own bed. The rooms were cozy and the host was responsive to any issues (the few that existed!). We also wish there was some yard games provided, for example there was a basketball court but no basketball. It was right down the road from a five below and Walmart so that was an easy fix. The group loved the house and half way through our stay we were already saying that we wanted to come back."

- "We booked this condo and expected a lot more. It was okay for the purpose of us going to Camelback all day. When I booked it, I was never able to get a hold of the management company or the owner to answer questions prior to our stay. When arriving it was impossible and very stressful to get the right combo for the key lock to enter the condo. Tony was very helpful after I called him 3 times in a row till he picked up to try and help me until we got a number that could work. When we drove in we did not expect the complex to look the way it did...it was not plowed, snow and ice everywhere. No direction where to park and all the neighbors were extremely nasty and useless! Walking up to the condo in the stairwell there was ripped carpet and gross cigarette buds everywhere and it smelled like fish. Also, the window in the stairwell was boarded up with CARDBOARD! The condo itself looked like the pictures! The kitchen was NOT fully stocked it had less then the bare minimum and didn’t even provide a sponge to clean in the sink! The towels in the bathrooms where not real body towels more like hand towels and I had to take an ice cold shower after being at the mountain all day!! If you don’t plan on staying at this location and just using it for the main purpose to sleep and hit the mountain it’s okay."

This house used to be a 1 room hunting cabin transformed into the beauty it is today. Each space is unique and has personality of its own. Living room has a Scandinavian Cottage decor, downstairs bedroom has a modern and industrial feel and upstair bedroom is minimalist with antique touches. You can sunbathe in the morning as the sun comes directly into the back deck or grab your coffee go for a short hike across the street. We have a desk upstairs for work, however there are many other spots in the house you can grab your laptop, put your feet up and get to working (if you reallly have to.)

The wood on the floor is new so please help us preserve it by wearing home sandals and NO OUTSIDE SHOES.

The Space:
Welcome to our luxurious 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath house located in the heart of Pocono Manor, just 5 minutes away from the famous Kalahari Waterpark. Our spacious and modern house offers a comfortable and relaxing stay for families and groups of up to 12 guests.

As you enter the house, you'll be greeted by a ground floor that features an inground heated swimming pool perfect for a refreshing dip. You can lounge and relax in the seating area with a TV or take a refreshing shower in the full bathroom. Just off the pool room there is a hot tub big enough for 6. This level is ideal for entertaining and spending quality time with your loved ones.

On the main floor, you'll find a cozy living room with a gas fireplace and TV, perfect for gathering with friends and family. The dining room features seating for 8, and the kitchen has an island and everything you need to cook your favorite meals. The laundry area is also on this floor for your convenience. The master bedroom features a king bed, an en-suite bathroom, and a wrap-around deck to enjoy the breathtaking views.

The 3rd floor features 3 bedrooms, one with a queen, one with a king, and one with 2 kings, accommodating up to 8 guests. There's also a full bathroom with a jetted tub and a half bathroom. Please be advised that we provide a starter pack of household essentials like;
paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, dish detergent, and if the house is equipped with a dishwasher, washer and dryer there's cleaning agents for those as well. We highly encourage to please bring your own supply if you are staying for more than a weekend and/or you are traveling with a large party. Once the complimentary essentials are done, guests are responsible to supply their own.

The house is equipped with cooking ware such as pots pans, plates, utensils baking dishes etc. Personal grocery items such as seasoning, flour, sugar etc. are at the responsibility of the guests.

Q. Can you check in early or check out late?

A. We won't know if this is possible until the day before check in. The reason is if we have a guest leaving the day you are arriving our team needs enough time to ensure the house is ready for your arrival. In the event they finish early we can let you in earlier. For a late check out, it will depend on if we have a booking arriving that day. One way to ensure you getting either of these options is to book the day before or the day after your desired stay . This way if you want to book Friday-Sunday but you want to arrive at 9am on Friday, if you book Thursday the house will be available for you any time after check in time on Thursday.
