- "This property was the perfect size for our large group of about 15 adults. We are an outdoor group that wanted to celebrate Friendsgiving together, where we could all cook a dish and relax. This spot was perfect for that; there were so many bedrooms, and all the bunks were full-sized. It's also SUPER close to the gorgeous state park for paddle sports and hiking! Cons: One bunk - was too close to the ceiling to use - thankfully we didn't need it. As it got colder the hot tub wouldn't heat to the full 106 degrees - making it too cold to use in the 50-40-degree weather - so the hot tub can't be used year-round. The fridge water dispenser might need a new filter as it dispenses slowly, however, the sink has a filtered water faucet that is much faster. Some complained the house was too cold - the HVAC system didn't heat warm enough. Pros: The area has lots of convenience within walking distance - Dollar General, Liquor store, neighbors - and lots of parking! The house itself is LARGE, with 4 full bathrooms, so many bedrooms, a washer and dryer, a LARGE backyard (not fully gated if that's a concern) with a propane fire pit on the porch, and a large wood patio next to the hot tub. There's a large faux fireplace heater in the living room/ games room (pool table/ ping pong etc) which is great. All-in-all, we loved it, with many friends saying they'd love to come back as long as the cons can be fixed, and I truly agree as well! Honestly, this is a great stay! "

Cozy lakefront chalet perfect for family or couple getaways! Our home accommodates up to 8 guests (4 adults + kids). We only allow a max of 4 adults because we are concerned about parties.

2 minutes to Kalahari, Pocono Manor, Great Wolf, Mount Airy Casino, spas, shopping, dining, hiking, sightseeing!

10 minutes to Camelback Ski Resort and Tannersville outlets.

You will feel peace and quiet at the house but also be super close to all the amenities. The house is on a lake and surrounded by trees, but it is located in a neighborhood so we ask that you be very respectful of noise during your stay.

This is a family house that we want you to enjoy as much as we do, but we also hope you take very good care of it for us! The house feels cozy, but spacious as well. The upper level has the most lovely lake view, 2 bedrooms (full/double bed), full bathroom, full kitchen, & living/dining area with fireplace & smart TV. There is also a deck with a bbq grill and picnic table.

The lower level has 2 bedrooms (1 full, 1 bunk bed - single over full), full bathroom, laundry room & game room, & a wood burning stove which heats the place up quite nicely.

In addition there is an open loft with a queen sized bed.

- "Very nice house to stay in. We arrived on Tuesday and departed on Friday. Great location to go skiing at Jack Frost one day and tubing at camelback the next day. What once served as a hotel dating back to 1875, this icon of American recreational architecture has been restored and is inspired by an idyllic sense of relaxed living. Enter through the spacious wraparound porch to the 6000 sq. ft. Lodge and you are welcomed by a large living room with plenty of seating to unwind and enjoy the wood fireplace or watch a movie on the 75-inch smart TV. Two large dining rooms will seat your oversized family or a great set up for catered meals. - "We needed a large, comfortable place for 17 of us coming to a family reunion. This renovated inn was ideal. All of the bedrooms were comfortable, the large common areas (with two large dining room tables) held us all without difficulty. We particularly liked the well-equipped and spacious kitchen where we spent lots of time. And the outdoor space was great for the kids and barbecuing." - "The house was perfect for a big group trip. We had 18 guest and almost everyone had their own bed. The rooms were cozy and the host was responsive to any issues (the few that existed!). The house is perfect for a relaxing weekend - we had plenty of space for our own groceries and to cook without feeling too on top of each other. There were also plenty of seating areas to catch up or watch Tv inside or outside the house. The house also maintained a lot of its original charm. There were only few cons. It’s a big house with 4.5 bathrooms. There was a wait in the morning with this many guests. Also, the house is located a 20-40 min drive from some attractions like lakes, hikes or shopping outlets. We also wish there was some yard games provided, for example there was a basketball court but no basketball. It was right down the road from a five below and Walmart so that was an easy fix. The group loved the house and half way through our stay we were already saying that we wanted to come back."
