As you step inside, the blend of modern comfort with the warmth of home welcomes you. The living room features a 65” smart tv with an extra comfortable couch and chair. The adjacent dining area seats 4.

The fully updated kitchen features a large center island with seating for four. All appliances are brand new! The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials for cooking.

Each bedroom is well appointed with hotel sheets, a memory foam mattress, dresser and nightstand. A full set of clean towels will be folded on your bed when you arrive.

The bathroom is equipped with complimentary soap, shampoo and conditioner as well as some cosmetic basics.

Old Forge maintains a close-knit community atmosphere with a welcoming small-town vibe. This charm is evident in its local businesses, friendly residents, and community events that often bring locals and visitors together.

This unit is the lower half of a duplex, you may hear the upstairs neighbors during the day. They have two friendly dogs who you may hear as well. We ask that guests refrain from using the backyard as the upstairs tenants appreciate the space for their dogs. The door to the backyard is still available as an exit in the event of an emergency

The Space:
The entire top-floor 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom multifamily home of your very own that can accommodate up to 8 guests. Our top-of-the-line keyless digital entry system allows guests to access the private home conveniently and securely throughout their stay.

Throughout the home, there are beautiful canvases, a 55” Smart TV in the living room, and two of the bedrooms are also equipped with smart 4K TV’s.

The spacious kitchen allows you to cook or bake with the newly installed gas range. The kitchen is stocked with all new cooking utensils including pots, pans, dishes, glasses, silverware, cutting boards, knives, etc. Microwave, Stove/Oven, Refrigerator, Dishwasher (and soap), Coffee Maker, toaster, panini, etc.

Extra blankets, linens, and towels are also available, should you need them at any point during your stay.

Full central air conditioning and central heating controlled by two thermostats. One is in the living room and the other one in the rear bedroom.

Guest Access:
The entire top floor of the home is yours including both the back and front deck with the built-in stone barbeque. The only place that the guests are not allowed in is the basement apartment unit.

Please NO gatherings or parties of any kind.

Other things to note
Our home is set in a quiet neighborhood; we ask that guests keep noise to a minimum after 11:00 pm. Please do not use the outdoor spaces after 11:00 pm. Our first-floor tenants will report noise and we have a ring camera at the front of the home to make sure no parties are held outside of what’s already been discussed. Please make sure all guests staying in the home are reflected in the reservation count.

Check-in is any time after 3 pm though the host will not respond after 10 pm and check-out is by 11 am. You're welcome to request an early check-in or late checkout, but this is not guaranteed, and we can only confirm 24 hours in advance.

For those considering bringing a vehicle, there’s plenty of parking space in front of the house.

Payment is due in full at the time of booking (no deposits or holds). Airbnb retains a separate security deposit in escrow, which is fully refundable.

- "I booked this vrbo to take my friend skiing for her 26th birthday. We brought both of our dogs and it was approved by the host. The policies and rules clearly state the property is dog friendly with no other size restrictions or limitations. At 11pm on Saturday night I received a call from the host and he demanded that we had to leave within the hour and he would give us a half refund as our dogs create too much noise (Which they did not and have not, I have booked many VRBOs with our pets and have never had such an experience). There were also no noise rules or quiet hours located anywhere. No neighbors approached us either so it came as a surprise. He stated multiple people had video footage of us which violates our personal privacy. He was aggressive and rude. We were fearful for our safety as he said he knew the cops in town. As two young females who were thoroughly shaken we felt it best to leave and hopefully find somewhere we could stay the night. Thankfully a nearby hotel had availability or else we would have been abandoned in a new place. He is now refusing to give a refund and has left my friend and I with an awful and terrifying experience. I have contacted my lawyer regarding this experience and if I don’t get a refund and no action is taken I will have no option but to file a lawsuit in small claims court against the host and VRBO"
