This floor also has a bedroom with a Double Bed and Twin Bed, a Full Bathroom, and a full-size Washer and Dryer for your use.

The Second Floor-the Main Floor has an open floor plan with an updated and fully equipped kitchen with island seating for four. The Kitchen is open to the Dining Room with a very large table with seating for 12 to enjoy your meals and game nights! The Dining Room is open to the Living Room with a Fireplace, 65” Flat Screen TV and leather couches.

From the Living Room and the Dining Room are French Doors leading to the HUGE Wrap Around Deck with Gas Grill, an outside Dining Table and two additional chaise lounge chairs.

The Main level also has the Primary Bedroom with a King Bed and a Full-Size Bathroom. Lastly, a 3 Season Room is off of the Kitchen and a Deck off of the 3 Season Room. This deck also has another outside dining table with seating for eight. The Fire pit is right off of that deck.

The Third Floor- concludes the tour with 2 generous sized bedrooms, huge loft, and a Full-Size Bathroom. One Bedroom has a Queen Bed and a Flat Screen Smart TV while the last Bedroom has a Queen Bed, Bunk Beds with a pull-out twin trundle and a Flat Screen Smart TV.

The Loft has games and toys for the kids, a Leather Sofa, and a Flat Screen Smart TV.

Every Guest must be pre-registered with Saw Creek Estates with names and addresses for all who will be entering and staying at our home. After booking is accepted, a tenant registration form, copy of photo I.D and a signed Lease is required to proceed with the reservation.

The Property Manager will assist with the check in process and all Guests will need to show photo I.D. at the Gate for entry to the Community. ONLY THOSE THAT HAVE BEEN PRE-REGISTERED AS A GUEST WILL BE ALLOWED ENTRY.

HOUSE RULES:

WE ARE NOT A PARTY HOUSE. IF THAT'S WHAT YOU'RE LOOKING FOR, PLEASE LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR YOUR RENTAL NEEDS.

-No smoking-Any evidence of smoking inside will incur a $500 charge (Smoking is permitted outside, but we ask that you please clean up all of your butts).

-No Animals/Pets- Any evidence of Animals/Pets will incur a $500 charge.

-No parties, No events, No prom groups

-Maximum of 5 vehicles (No street parking. All vehicles must be in the Driveway).

-All Adults must be minimum age of 25 except children traveling with parents.

-Rates are based on 6 travelers. Additional travelers (up to 12 maximum) require an additional nightly fee. House Manager confirms number of Guests at Property.

-All guests must be pre-registered. (Scroll above for full details). ONLY THOSE THAT HAVE BEEN PRE-REGISTERED AS A GUEST WILL BE ALLOWED ENTRY.

-Check out time is 11:00 a.m Failure to depart by 11:00 a.m. will incur a $250 Charge.

-Badges are needed for amenities- 6 badges are included with each reservation. Any badge beyond 6 can be purchased at the HOA Office for an additional fee.

-Tampering with the WiFi or Electronics that control the well-being of the house will result in IMMEDIATE TERMINATION OF YOUR RENTAL WITH NO REFUND.

-Refunds will not be issued for any amenities closed by the Community for any reason.

-Please do not leave garbage outside to prevent attracting wild animals.
For your convenience, trash drop off site is open 24/7. All trash must be disposed of in the dumpster before check-out (a community map will be provided for reference). ANY TRASH LEFT AT THE HOUSE WILL INCUR A $100 CHARGE.

-Please note this is the Poconos, we are in the woods in a mountain terrain. The property is hilly and rocky. Please also note there is wildlife outside. Please keep the doors closed to prevent wildlife and insects from coming in.

-We require a signed acknowledgment of the Community Rules (which will be provided to you).

- "New Year's Eve " - "If I could give this home and Donna our host 10 stars I would. We were so happy we chose this home as there were so many to choose from it could be a little overwhelming lol. You will feel at home the minute you walk in the door. They really went above and beyond with so many extras I was truly impressed. The kitchen has everything you need should you want to cook a meal you won’t have to bring your kitchen on vacation with you. Lol. The house layout gave everyone their own space/bathroom for that extra privacy. The ground level game/tv room was a bonus. Pool table and basketball game was as a big it. The younger adults had a space to hang out late while the older adults had the main level space. Worked out perfectly. The outdoor fire pit was great and there was plenty of firewood available for us. Donna left us a “smore” good bag with all we needed to make s’mores so we couldn’t pass that up. Great memories were made with such a small gesture from our host. There was also a cornhole game and an ax game (Plastic) for us to use. (This was a huge it) Again small gestures but we all participated (surprisingly) making the most amazing memories for all ages. We also played the LCR game available. At one point I was like WOW this woman thought of everything. Lol. All the lights/ceiling fans were labeled which saved a lot of time trying to figure things out. We snow tubed, went to Raymondskills Falls, shopped the outlets, Mount Airy Lodge Casino all close to home. Just Book!!!"

Bushkill House Rental Photos and Description

A secluded cottage on a beautiful, serene acre (plus) waterfront lot

The property is 1 1/4 acres in a secluded quiet area with no visible neighbors. It is a place to connect with nature and enjoy true peace and serenity. You can fall asleep at night listening to the sound of the running water and wake up to the sounds of nature. Read a book on the deck or take afternoon naps in the hammock. Fish from the back yard. The creek has native trout and is stocked. Watch the fish jump out of the water from the back deck. See the deer crossing the creek and a blue heron searching for fish on the rocks. The deck has a picnic table and a grill for outdoor eating. There is a patio with adirondeck chairs and a fire pit to sit around at night and watch the stars. There is a kayak for you to use in the creek to relax or fish and river tubes to float. You can use the beach chair if you want to just sit and cool off with the water running over you.

This house is bright and cheerful with lots of light. Art fills the walls giving it soul and colorfulness. It is a magical place filled with inspiring pieces from my travels.

OUTSIDE THE PROPERTY...

There is a path across the creek to walk along and a small lake on the top of the hill.

THIS HOUSE FEATURES...

One guest bedroom, 1 large bathroom, eat in kitchen, living room with a wood burning fireplace and high cathedral ceilings, a sun room with comfortable furniture and a laundry area. The whole back of the house has windows that look out onto the creek. There is Wifi, television, DVD and a stereo CD player. There is a portable floor air conditioner in the kitchen and living room area and ceiling and floor fans in each room. Most of the time it is cool enough that it is not needed. I love to keep the windows open to hear the sounds of nature and the running water. The guest bedroom has a full size mattress, desk and dresser. The sun room has comfortable modular furniture that you can sink into. It can be rearranged to comfortably sleep 2 persons... This room overlooks the creek with 2 large windows and a sky light. There is a folding standing divider if you want privacy.

Dogs are welcome, however, they are not allowed on the furniture. Luna, the neighborhood dog most likely will visit you during your stay. She is super- friendly and most of my guests and their dogs love her and her visits. (see reviews)

- "We enjoyed staying in your home.We did spend a lot of time outdoors and had a chance to spend some time with Luna each day. We were disappointed a little because the music and cd player didn't work. There weren't any dish towels and cloths around. The coffee pot was terrible. The grill ran out during dinner. Our home comes furnished to sleep 5, 1 king size, 1 queen, and 1 twin murphy bed. One full bath with main entrance and can also enter from master bedroom, detachable shower head and cabinet with soft close drawers and some toiletry items.

Just bring the food! The kitchen is fully equipped with coffee maker, dishes, utensils, dishwasher, microwave, oven, stove, refrigerator, toaster oven, griddle, blender, a kitchen island, pantry items, and washer/dryer. There is a propane heated fireplace, (Oct-May), a ceiling fan and skylight in the living room.

We provide Roku TV, so if you have a fire stick or any other streaming device/service, please bring it. Excellent WI-FI service is available, and we do get great phone reception with most carriers. Towels, pillows, blankets & linens provided.

Outside: deck off kitchen, backyard with fire pit, picnic table & propane grill. Deer wander onto the property daily, so get your cameras ready. They will pose for you, but please don't feed them.

We recently added 2 exterior cameras to monitor compliance with our house rules. One is located in the driveway, the other faces the deck. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and will result in full forfeiture of the security deposit.

Old Mallard on Eagle Lake, is a private retreat in the Pocono Mountains. It was recently featured in Pocono Television Network (PTN) for a story about short-term rentals. The property is very private with a wooded empty lot next to our home and only 78 steps to your private large dock, an easy walk to the sandy beach and playground, ideal for the little ones to play and be able to gradually walk into the water.

Free access to all community amenities like the lake, the beach, the indoor heated pool, kiddie pool, whirlpool, pickleball courts, tennis, basketball and a snack bar. My home is located in the private gated, amenity filled community of Saw Creek Estates. This newly renovated home offers an open floor plan with a sunken living room a few steps down from the kitchen and dining area. Gather in the living room around the floor to ceiling wood burning stone fireplace, play games from our collection, or watch the 65” 4K smart TV. The floor to ceiling mountain viewing windows bring lots of natural light into the house. Look out and enjoy the beauty of nature, the wildlife and unobstructed panoramic mountain views right from the couch!

The deck can be accessed from the living room through the patio doors. It is on the south side of the house giving you unsurpassed mountain views.For your outdoor enjoyment there is a patio table, chairs and umbrella.There is also a gas grill if you would like to BBQ during your stay.

Skiing: Take a quick 2-minute drive and you find ski slopes/lifts right in the gated community where my house is located. Horse back riding, canoeing, zip lining adventures, all local to my home. Or take a 15-minute Drive to Shawnee Mountain to go either skiing, snowboarding, or tubing. Attractions like Bushkill Falls and the Delaware Water Gap. There are 5 golf courses within 20 minutes of the house. Less than an hour from Camelback ski resort/water park, Mount Airy casino resorts, Pocono outlets (over 125 stores) & many more.

We were able to enjoy a couple of the pools when we were there and they were very nicely kept and not too crowded. The 3 season porch was a nice bug free place to hang out in the morning and at night after we opened up the screens. The kitchen had everything we needed and everything was very clean and in working order! The beds were comfy and again everything was tidy and clean. We enjoyed our time and wish we were there longer to use more of the community amenities! (i.e. tennis courts, fishing pond, etc.) It is a very nice area. The owner was very responsive when we had questions and made it easy to check-in and check-out. I would recommend as a great place to go to with kids!"

Welcome to our home where you can enjoy yourself in a Large Living Room, cook in a large modern Kitchen and watch latest movie hits and TV shows on a large projector screen, accompanied by the great sound system. For those looking to chill, there's a wood-burning fireplace and a sitting area right in front of it. All bedrooms have comfortable memory foam mattresses and each of them has a separate smart TV with Roku.

During the winter, you can hit the slopes 15 minutes away at Shawnee Mountain. You can go snow tubing less than 10 minutes away from the house at White Lighting Snow Tubing or enjoy an indoor pools or tennis courts if you don't want to leave the community.

In warmer months, you can spend time outdoors on two large decks and use multiple community pools, tennis courts, basketball courts, lakes. 6 amenity passes are included with the rental and no pass is required for children under 5.

For those of you who just don't want to cook, there's a year-round restaurant with great food and it's just 3 minutes drive from the house.

There are security cameras that are not monitored and recordings are automatically deleted. Cameras are installed for our guests' safety and are recording outside areas only.
