There is a good sized grill for cooking outside too.Things to note: many of the bedrooms don’t have full blinds so bring an eye mask if you like to sleep in; the upstairs bedrooms are open at the ceiling so it can get noisy if sleeping times are different; the bedroom with the king bed doesn’t have an attached bath - there is a bedroom with queen bed on the main floor with a beautiful attached bath. The space
This is a 2500 Sq. ft. daylight basement unit. Your private entrance is through the garage and down a flight of 10 steps. You have 2 designated parking stalls located in the front of the house, and we also have plenty of room for additional cars and even trailers. You're free to fish and explore our quarter mile of river frontage but please remember the river is high and dangerous during spring run-off, from late May late June. Please feel free to check with us regarding the river conditions during your stay. We encourage BBQ's and use of our fire pit on Pinot Point but please be aware, we are sometimes subject to fire restrictions in the summer. If fire restrictions are in place, we are not allowed to use the fire pit but we can still BBQ on the gas grill.

The house was big enough to accommodate all of us, and the kids liked being able to soak in the hot tub after a long day of playing or relaxing by the fire pit with some s’mores. Entire Apartment- three bedrooms with a loft overlooking the great room and kitchen. Completely renovated store from 1901. Has a modern feel yet is a cozy peaceful getaway located in the small, sweet town of Joliet, MT.

It's located 30 minutes from Red Lodge and Billings, about 2 hours to Yellowstone National Park, and just over an hour to Cody WY.

Less than 5 min walk to the city park, fishing, pizza place, grocery store, church, gift store, ice cream shop, gas station, and local bar.
The space
Beautiful open great room and kitchen with a loft overhead with two twin beds (3rd bedroom). The first floor has a walk-in shower, washer/ dryer, and bedroom with a queen bed and two smart TVs . We tried to make it as handicap accessible as possible. Upstairs past the loft with standard size twin beds is a full bath with tub and a bedroom with a queen bed and desk. We have two low beams upstairs that could be inconvenient for any over 6ft 2in.
Other things to note
To get to the Apartment, you have to go around to the back of the Main Str buildings. The front half of the building is a lovely gift store with ice cream and the back half is the Airbnb. They are completely separate with entrances on either side.
The building was renovated from a 1901 store and has some low beams in the upstairs bedroom and another low beam as you come down the stairs. If you are taller than 6 ft 2 inches, this may be an inconvenience.
We also have one outdoor camera.

This charming farmhouse in Park City is perfect for your escape. With 2 cozy bedrooms, heating, WiFi, and a washer and dryer , full kitchen, full bath, guests will feel right at home. Make your holiday one for the books with a stay at our place. Very quiet and peaceful place for a couple or small family to get away. There is two bedrooms, one bedroom has a queen bed and the other has a queen bed and a full bed in the room. This little place is located on a 180 acer farm on the Yellowstone river. If you enjoy watching birds and other wild life you will love this place. I also live on the farm and feel very blessed to live here.
