- "It was a very nice house with excellent appliances and lots of room. We were unable to figure out how to use the two TV’s in the house. Need better instructions. Also the sliding door that leads to the deckIn the backyard does not lock. Should be repaired considering the cost of the rental. I didn’t like the stove/oven. Broiling at the bottom of the stove is very difficult for senior citizens, I also had problems changing the settings on the thermostat for heating and cooling. I ended up turning it off. We liked the location and the views of the Black Hills.Aside from the few items mentioned above we were very satisfied with house."

- "Awesome hosts, Awesome place." - "We came to SD for the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally. I have stayed at a lot of VRBOs and this place was by far the best! Margaret and Dorito were the best hosts. They obviously take great pride in their property and really take care of all the details. The cabin had everything we needed. EVERYTHING. The cabin was clean, organized and has a beautiful view! From the warm welcome on the table with the little vase of wildflowers when we arrived to the attentiveness when we had questions and just all around friendliness. Margaret made us tiramisu from scratch that was hands down the best we have ever had! They brought us fresh veggies from their garden. We just can’t say enough good things about our stay here. The view was beautiful and there were deer in the clearing most evenings. And after dark you can hear the coyotes in the hills. There are bird feeders so you can sit on the deck and watch the birds and a nice fire pit to sit by in the evening. Being there for the rally we were a little nervous about the gravel but it turned out to not be a big deal at all. It really made us feel like we were coming back to relax after a long day of riding. There were all kinds of wildlife living around the cabin. The elk would be grazing on the hillside in the mornings. This place is off the beaten path but still so close to everything. Discover this rustic yet luxurious 2-bedroom cottage located 19 miles south of Sturgis. Newly built & completed March 2024, this welcoming cabin boasts a phenomenal atmosphere as well as 360- degree views! After enjoying your day in the Black Hills, come home and relax in the infrared Sauna located on the Entry level. Enjoy the beautiful full kitchen with all the amenities needed for your stay. In the cozy living room you will enjoy beautiful sunrises in the morning and a relaxing fireplace in the evening. Each bedroom (1-King & 1-queen) gives you beautiful views along with full bedding. 2 single twin mattresses & bedding also available for additional guests/kids. Hickory ceiling with recess lighting throughout. Enjoy and relax on the spacious deck with awesome views and wildlife! The Mule deer regularly cross beneath the deck. Nice seating arrangements accompanied with gas grill and propane firepit are included. (Sorry, absolutely NO wood fires allowed!)

Uniquely Renovated private 4 Bedroom 3 bath lodge snuggled in a meadow of the South Dakota Black Hills! It's a beautiful scenic 25 minute drive up Vanocker Canyon Road from Sturgis. Centrally located to all the things to do in the Black Hills. Fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Main living room and a recreation area in the basement. Includes washer, dryer, garage space and gas grill. Large deck that over looks the Meadow. We border the National forest, trails start at end of driveway

One thing to keep in mind if you are a city family like ours, 20 miles in the hills and mountains is not the same as 20 miles on a highway or interstate. So going on adventures was a bit of a drive but the scenery made it worth it and the trips back gave time for the kids to rest, nap and rest for the evening activites. I would highly reccomend this property for you next family vacation!"

The Space:

This is the perfect getaway vacation home when you are visiting the Black Hills! Located east of Sturgis - between Sturgis and Rapid City, it has great access and has direct access to the ATV trails. It is located close to the interstate for easy access. Lots of parking, and great amenities make this a wonderful choice whether you are coming to do some sightseeing or join in the many activities the area has to offer.

This 2 level home has been completely remodeled - walk in to the main level with an open floor plan - kitchen, dining area and living room. There's a walk-out to the deck and patio furniture, 1 full baths, 1 half-bath and 3 bedrooms on the main level. One with a King bed and 2 with queen size beds. The lower level has 2 living areas - one with a gas fireplace and the other side with a Foosball table and flat screen TV. There are Queen size bedrooms, a full bath and a laundry room with washer and dryer.

Guest Access:

Guests have access to the whole house and the garage.

The Neighborhood:

This is a great location - between Sturgis and Rapid City. There is a gas station about 1 mile away and it has direct access to the ATV trails from there.

Getting Around:

You can call taxis to get around in this area.

The house has been completely remodeled inside with new flooring, new trim and paint, all new furniture.

This house does allow up to 3 dogs - please let us know if you are bringing dogs. There is a $50 fee per dog.

We don`t meet our guests but we do communicate through email, text and phone.

The back deck allowed our outdoor focused family to be outside together during nap time and enjoy the fresh air together. We loved our stay so much that we called and asked for another night which was granted. I would highly recommend this place and this company. They were upfront and honest. They were great at communicating with us and they did exactly as they said they were going to do. "
