It was deep winter with snow every night and the lot was cleared in a timely manner. When my lock froze in the sub zero F temps the staff was very responsive getting me back into my room. Breakfast was hot and ready. Highly recommend this motel. If you travel with pets, note that there is a nightly fee that is comparable to many motels. The only 4 star rating above was because my sink drained slowly. "

They addressed any concerns we had immediately...very kind...we loved our cabin and enjoyed our time immensely. The only concerns brought by my group was they felt cobwebs in rafters by hot tub needed to be knocked down....spider creeps :)...We would absolutely come back and deal with these hosts and this property again and we would also recommend it highly"
