Mas Santoline has been designed in the style of a traditional Provencal Mas close to the old center of Eygalières, a very quiet and authentic village. You enter the property through a large gate . This recently built and tastefully decorated villa accommodates up to 12 people. The garden of the villa is surrounded by old olive groves, hedges and scented trees and plants. It has five bedrooms, two on the ground floor, three upstairs, each with private shower rooms and lovely views of the Alpilles hills, the old village and the Mont Ventoux. The three double and two twin rooms have been individually decorated in a Provencal style and the whole house is air-conditioned.

The salon is comfortably finished and has a fireplace, a large, satellite television screen, DVD and hi-fi. The kitchen is typically French and well equipped with a large fridge/freezer, oven and hob, microwave and dishwasher and opens onto a covered terrace, where there is a barbecue, table and chairs. There is also laundry room with a washing and drying machine.There is a swimming pool in a lovely, shady setting, which has a security alarm and long chairs and garden furniture scattered under the trees. St Remy has its own air of quiet chic, elegant shops and a number of restaurants, little squares with ancient fountains, shady cafes terraces. Within their surroundings, the Alpilles chain of mountains forms both a striking and a harmonious picture. It is also the landscape of famous painters such as Van Gogh, Cézanne and Matisse who came here to capture the extraordinary light and color of the region.It is also rich agricultural area with rolling plains of fruit orchards, olives groves and all variety of Mediterranean vegetables. The closest highway is the A7 (exit Cavaillon) 15 minutes drive away, which goes from Lyon to Marseille with connections for all major cities of the south east of France. The closest train station is at Avignon and is served by the TGV (Train Grande Vitesse, i.e. high speed train) that goes to Paris in 2 hours and 40 minutes! The closest airport is Avignon as well with daily flights to Paris. But most international connections are made through the international airports of Marseille-Marignane or Paris-Charles de Gaulle.

The central staircase leads to the master bedroom with ensuite and two double bedrooms with a shared bathroom.

Located near the pool the independent cottage has a private terrace and is furnished with a kitchenette, lounge with TV, a 180cm bed or 2 x 90cm beds as required and shower room with wc.

Discover the authenticity and refinement of an exceptional mas. It embodies the ancestral know-how and unique art of living that have been perpetuated for centuries in Provence. The landscaping preserves the intimacy of each part of the Mas, blending visually into the landscape. The fully enclosed grounds provide access to a 5 x 16 m outdoor swimming pool and a pétanque court.

Bathed in light, the living room on the right wing stands out for the harmony of its wooden beams, elegant fireplace and modern decor. A place to exchange ideas, relax or socialize, you'll make this living room the centerpiece of your home, all under the majestic gaze of artist Marie B.

Kitchen. The spirit of a family home combined with the modernity with the modernity of sophisticated features: a fitted kitchen in honeycomb aluminum, a wine cellar and skylights to accompany everyday life. Equipped with a real barbecue and a second gas barbecue, the outdoor dining room is the perfect place to share your finest moments, with or without a private chef.

The architecture and layout of each room have been carefully designed to provide you with the peace and quiet, privacy and conviviality you desire. Each room offers a breathtaking view of the Alpilles or the village of Eygalières, and those on the first floor have access to the gardens. You'll be invited straight in to enjoy the pool and garden as soon as the the first rays of sunshine. Each room has its own private bathroom shower-hammam for both Masters. Bathroom products are at your disposal.
