To get there, La Bastide is a 1-hour drive from Avignon TGV station (2 hours 40 minutes from Paris), 35 minutes from Aix-en-Provence, and 1 hour from Marseille airport.
DESCRIPTION
The entrance leads to the left to the Raspberry suite: a bed of 160x200 and two beds of 90x200 overlooking a terrace facing the chess set.
The suites and bedrooms have been carefully decorated by the Bronner Architecture studio and painted by Ressource paints and the artist Elka Leonard, giving each its own personality. They are located in different wings of the house so that everyone can have their privacy. Open to the garden and terraces on the ground floor.
On your right, the laundry room, then a corridor with a guest toilet, and the Rosemary suite overlooking the garden.
The corridor leads to the Lemon suite passing through the very large dining room which opens onto the terrace where you can organize memorable lunches. A 3m50 table awaits you for lunch and dinner, but also for working together during the day, for playing board games with the warmth of the fireplace...
Next is the kitchen. It's one of the rooms in the house where you'll always find someone... You're there to cook, to have a drink or a coffee... Central room of the house, it's high-end equipped so you can cook all your desires... Bake dessert while cooking dinner in the two ovens and on the Lacanche cooking range, in addition to a multitude of robots and instruments! (a filter coffee maker, a Nespresso machine, a kettle, 3 toasters, a multifunction robot, a blender, an oil-free fryer, a sandwich maker...) Bonnieux is one of the most beautiful and authentic perched villages in the Luberon: an exceptional village, located in the heart of the golden triangle. It's one of those villages where you love to stroll, on foot, discover its narrow streets, its stone houses, and its monuments. Because Bonnieux bears witness to a rich past: many traces of the Neolithic, its traditional bories (farmhouses) on the Claparèdes plateau, the remains of its ramparts dating back to the 13th century that encircled the upper town or the castle on top of the hill, in a place called "Castellar". As you walk around, you will discover the high church, the Julien bridge, the Philippe tower, and the Cedar forest... And breathtaking views all along your walk.
In addition to the kindness of its inhabitants, walking to buy croissants and warm bread in the morning is a real pleasure. And if the desire for a good restaurant arises, you will always find what you're looking for, but know that "La Bastide de Capelongue", "l’Arum" and "Les Terrasses" are our favorites.
For small supplies, the smell of hot chicken will lead you to the butcher. A few steps further, you will find a grocery store, a pharmacy, a bakery, and a newsagent. Strolling around, you will discover many shops and artists' workshops. Also, a supermarket open every day awaits you just 15 minutes away by car. A farmer's market sets up in the village square every Friday. On the stalls, fruits and vegetables bursting with sun, with fabulous flavors.

In the heart of the Luberon region, close to the village of Bonnieux, but in a protected and calm environment. It is a superb property to rent for your holiday in the Provence... From inside the heated pool you enjoy an unobstructed view, in all tranquillity. The house offers five en-suite bedrooms; all of them independent and located on garden level. The sitting/dining room, opening onto the swimming pool terrace, features large volumes and a beautiful light. The house offers high-quality amenities and was carefully decorated up until the smallest details.
My representative will meet you. Upon arrival, you will be greeted with a bottle of wine, a compliment and 20 capsules of Nespresso coffee. In the house there are two coffee machines, one uses grains, the other capsules.

Our gite, part of an 18th century Provençal mas, has its own separate entrance and has been renovated to a high standard in the Provencal style. Awarded 4 stars by the Pays D'Apt Office de Tourisme for the second consecutive time, the accommodation comprises 2 bedrooms each with its own private bath/shower room. The large light and airy lounge/dining room with a fully equipped kitchen has high ceilings and exposed beams with stunning views of the perched villages of Bonnieux and Lacoste. The private heated pool and walled garden, complete with built in BBQ, and recently built summer kitchen, fully equipped with it's own fridge freezer, microwave and ceramic hob, are for the exclusive use of our gite guests.
In the nearby villages, experience typical Provençal cuisine in one of the many restaurants or visit one of the weekly markets for your local produce and return home to prepare lunch or dinner; the evening can be finished by relaxing with your favourite tipple in beautiful Provencal surroundings.
The double bedroom has a Queen size bed and opens onto a roof terrace of approximately 6M2 with views over the vineyards and to the North, Mont Ventoux; perfect for that first cup of coffee or evening cocktail! The private walled garden has exterior garden furniture for outdoor dining or relaxing. A great, air conditioned property, set in a beautiful garden which is packed full of lovely flowers.
There are three bedrooms and plenty of space both inside and outside, with a shaded terrace and large garden with a lovely swimming pool.
It’s set in the beautiful Luberon national park but is just outside the hilltop village of Bonnieux with a great view to the Château of La Coste.
Peace and quiet is the key here, with the amenities of a good sized village only a couple of km up the quiet country road
The village of Bonnieux has a rich and varied history and is considered to be one of the most beautiful in the Luberon.
In summer the village is really popular and therefore has some great restaurants and cafés. Although not very big, it has some useful and interesting shops, including bakers, butchers, grocery, pharmacy, post office and tourist information centre. There's also a local market on a Friday.
The winding roads of the Luberon, with spectacular views, are great to explore and you'll find loads of picturesque villages (Gordes, Menerbes, Maubec) on the doorstep and no doubt you'll want to stop and take some refreshments!
Just a short drive away there's a great Sunday morning market at Coustellet and the larger town of Apt is only 15 minutes away.
There's loads to do and see in this area; St Remy-de-Provence, famous for its Roman architecture, Les Baux with its ruined castle and unique rock formations, L'Isle sur la Sorgue, famous as an antique centre and market. Also within easy reach are Pont du Gard, Avignon with the Palace of the Popes, Marseille with its famous waterfront, the Amphitheatre at Nimes and the cultured avenues of Aix-en-Provence.
If activity is your thing, this area is perfect for climbing, cycling, mountain biking, trekking, golf, tennis and swimming.

A short walk from the beautiful village of Bonnieux, this villa is in a lovely spot with panoramic views to the Luberon countryside and to the village.
It’s a charming villa which has been very tastefully renovated with style and a very good quality throughout.
There's Air-conditioning if you like to escape the Provencal sunshine and heat.
The villa is set over 100m² and there are four bedrooms, 3 with an en suite shower room. 2 of the double rooms also have en-suite toilets, plus there's a third, independent toilet.
The villa is set in a lovely garden with a heated swimming pool and plenty of outside terraces for summer dining, with a BBQ and lovely views.
The village of Bonnieux has a good selection of restaurants and shops as well as a weekly market, and is only a few minutes walk away.
The living room is comfortable, has a TV with some Satellite channels and is well decorated. It leads to a lovely shady terrace, an ideal place to enjoy meals with friends or family
The kitchen is fully fitted and well equipped with pretty much everything you would need - dishwasher, electric hob, microwave, coffee machine, etc..
