The House has been designed to be a very comfortable and stylish home away from home. There are four large double bedrooms opening out onto the shaded terrace overlooking the pool. Two of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with baths and separate showers. The third and fourth bedrooms share a third separate bathroom equipped with bath and shower.

All bedrooms are fitted with Air Conditioning for your comfort.

The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, American fridge freezer, oven and microwave. A spacious separate utility room comes equipped with washing machine and drying area.

The house is naturally cool in summer and has under-floor heating and a large open fireplace in the living room for the cooler months.

The lounge has a large LCD television and DVD player with a wide range of satellite channels including all of the UK freeview channels including the childrens channels. Guests are welcome to use the iPod compatible sound dock and wireless broadband internet access.

Linen, towels and pool towels are included together with a cleaning service on departure.

Outside the gardens extend to one hectare containing a mixture of lawns, oak woodland and orchard. The heated south facing 6x12m swimming pool is reached by winding stone paths and is surrounded by a grassed area for sunbathing. The pool is accessed by security gate and is fitted with the latest automatic cover to ensure the safety of your family.

Sun loungers are provided as well as a 3x3 metre outside L-shaped sofa for relaxing by the pool. Directly next to the pool terrace is the outdoor summer kitchen, this is equipped with a large BBQ. Another totally separate outside dining area is located in a grove of oak trees under a vine covered pergola.

- "Our expectations were largely met but there were some problems. First, after a few short days, the pool water was no longer clear. We had our test kit with us and this pool failed on all key fronts. We told the property managers and he said the pool man would come on Saturday and tend to this problem. Unfortunately, the pool man came and dropped new chlorine tabs in and said he would come back the next day. He never came. The water became so cloudy that a person standing in the water could not see below the thight. Yes, knees or feet were not visible! The water only worsened. Second, the Plancha grill did not come clean with soap or BBQ Grill cleaner (that we ought, along with stainless steel oven scrubbers). We spent a half hour or more every night scrubbing this apppliance down, and the time required increased, night to night. I believe the owner of the house ought to provide the proper cleaning supplies, and ensure that the stainless steel surface is properly sealed. We have our own plancha at home and also a lot of experience with various planchas, which underscores why we found this appliance to be sub-standard. It became so laborious to use I wanted to scream during week two. The super friendliness and kindness of the property manager makes this property attractive. Hervre always answered my questions when trying to decide on booking this property, and his super friendly greeting to us upon arrival showed us that he cared. I trust he will speak to the owners on the plancha and pool! He should also suggest that the owners install some basic outdoor lighting so that sitting outside at night is attractive. Right now it is not. There is no lighting around the pool or in the surrounding property area, only a blinding flood light. For the price of the property, this kind of ambiance ought to be considered. The location was of course absolutely perfect for exploring the area. We left here and went to another house in Lacoste for the same price, but the outdoor cooking facilities and lighting in our next house were far, far superior. So all iln all I give this property 3 or a 4 minus. Hervre gets a 5 plus for his kindness and professionalism! Merci."

Built as two separate houses, connected by an outdoor living area just by the pool.

In the main house, the lower level features a big living area that opens on to a pool deck with a great outdoor eating area and a large outdoor sofa. The pool has childproof gates.

The kitchen is big and well stocked. There is a half bathroom on the same level. Upstairs there is a master bedroom with master bath with shower and bathtub, and two smaller bedrooms. One has its own bathroom and there is another half bathroom on the same floor. This house comfortably sleeps 4-5 people.

Just steps away, the lower house has four bedrooms, each with it's own bathroom, a living room and and a kitchenette. This house comfortably sleeps 8 people.

So together, the house is perfect for two or even three families who want to vacation together but also have some private space.

- "The property allowed our group of ten, including six teens, to relax and enjoy Provence. It was appropriately stocked with necessities and then some. Everything we needed for our week's visit was provided. We dined in most nights . The kitchen easily allowed our seasoned chefs to prepare delicious meals. The pool and table tennis entertained both teens and adults until late into the night. The property is very private so noise coming to or from our large group was never a consideration. Constructed as two separate houses linked by an outdoor lounge near the pool. The lower level of the main house, Villa Double, includes a large living room that opens onto a terrace with a protected swimming pool and a large area for outdoor meals and relaxation. The kitchen is both large and well-equipped. On the same level, there is a half-bathroom. A master bedroom with bathroom, shower and bathtub, as well as two smaller bedrooms, are located upstairs.

One has its own bathroom, and another on the same floor has a half-bathroom. This house can comfortably sleep 4 to 5 people.
Villa Double, the lower house a few steps away, has four bedrooms with bathrooms, a living room, and a kitchenette. This house can comfortably sleep 8 to 9 people. As a result, the house is ideal for two or three families who want to spend their vacation together while also having their own space.
