Nestling at the top of a hill, Maison Cécile offers breathtaking views of Mont Ventoux. This former 18th-century Provencal farmhouse has been tastefully and meticulously restored to create a warm, modern home with top-of-the-range amenities.



The spacious villa (330 m²) can comfortably accommodate up to 12 people in its 6 bedrooms. One of its major assets is the huge 12-metre swimming pool with its breathtaking views of Mont Ventoux.

Perfectly renovated, this beautiful Provencal farmhouse has retained its historic character but is now perfectly equipped for your comfort. It is in a wonderfully quiet location, just outside the village of Pernes-les-Fontaines, but is not isolated. You'll also be just 10 minutes from l'Isle sur la Sorgue.



The interior is both charming and relaxed, brimming with treasures gleaned from flea markets and sometimes reinvigorated family furniture.



You'll love the cool stone walls in summer. On the ground floor, the sitting area around the fireplace resembles a small cabinet of curiosities, with its frames, silver candlesticks and glass bells. With sofas on either side of a wooden coffee table, the lounge is the ideal place to chat, leaf through magazines or read books. As with almost every room in the house, you can also admire the magnificent exposed beams.



A door from the living room leads you into the separate modern kitchen with its dining table. The air-conditioning and the swimming pool allowed us to spend a cool stay while enjoying the sun of the south of France. Beautiful detached house on one level on a plot of 689 m2 fenced with a yard flip of 250m2 (1 or 2 vehicles parked in the yard). The house has been completely renovated View of the Mont Ventoux, the Dentelles de Montmirail and the hill of Puy The private pool unheated 8m X 4m (1.4m deep) secured by a PVC sheet approved manual winding and surrounded by a 100m2 solid bamboo deck. A walk at 80 cm deep allows children to circle the pool and stand easily.

- " We enjoyed the setting of the Villa, right on edge of a beautiful French village. There was lots of events on in the village, not only the map of the many fountains. We particularly enjoyed just walking around and seeing the architecture and getting insight into French life. Lots of things today close by, whether this was the aqua park or visiting Avignon. Let's begin our visit with the large living room, a convivial space with warm colours. Here, everyone will find a comfortable place to sit, on one of the two sofas with their soft cushions or in the armchairs.



This cosy space is flooded with light thanks to the large bay window opening out onto the garden. Here you can organise film evenings on the large flat-screen TV or take advantage of the Wi-Fi access throughout the house.



On the other side of this space is the open-plan kitchen, which is welcoming and modern. You can enjoy your meals on the beautiful wooden table or in the garden through the door leading directly onto the terrace. The kitchen is extremely well equipped for all your culinary fantasies: dishwasher, microwave oven, fridge, grill, hob, coffee machine, Nespresso coffee machine, oven, toaster, etc...



The four beautiful bedrooms can accommodate up to eight guests. The choice of natural colours and top-of-the-range bedding are your guarantee of a restful night's sleep. With all the desirable equipment (air conditioning on the 2 floors, dishwasher, wifi, washing machine ...) you will be delighted with your stay between nature and modernity, far from noise, but very close to multiple sports attractions, museum visits, cultural events, restaurants, ...
