- "Pros: -Location is close to a lot of attractions. -The host is pretty good about responding to my messages. Cons: -A lot smaller than what I was expecting from the photos. The photographer did their job with the wide angle lens haha. -Only one ac unit in the whole apartment. The ac is only available in the living room. This made it really hot and hard to sleep in the bedroom, especially during the summer. -The entire 9th floor and the front of the apartment reeks of cigarettes. I don’t know if it was the smoking floor but the unit is non smoking. The smell was horrendous. The toilet room which was by the front entry reeked of cigarettes as well. Definitely would not recommend this location. Think I’ll stick with hotels next time. "

- "We stayed in the 2-bedroom apartment with two adults and two small children. It is super spacious (163 m²), over two floors, with three bathrooms including a huge onsen-style bath for the whole family, and a well-equipped kitchen. Amazing location close to Koko bakery for croissants and Rhythm for great Allpress coffee in the mornings. Very close to lots of restaurants, a cheesecake stand, and two mini-markets. It's just a short walk up the hill to .base, and even closer to the family lift. The apartment is really well appointed, with an original decor halfway between steampunk (raw concrete walls) and rustic (lots of wood, shaggy cushions). It has fast wifi and an Apple TV with a Netflix subscription for apres-ski family evenings, and a washer dryer. There's a beautiful view of the mountain as well. Nice touches provided by the host were the complimentary Nespresso coffee pods and drink bottles (which we didn't touch), and free pick-up/drop-off from Kutchan station. Mitchell was super helpful and had quick answers to everything we needed."

While there is not much in the immediate area, the guest house is a short walk to many of the best spots in Kanazawa, whether the restaurant and nightlife district, the Omicho market, museums, and the gorgeous Kenroku-en Gardens. - "A spacious room/appartment for Japanese standards with everything you could need. There is a supermarket 1 minute away and the train station is 2 minutes away. It makes travelling so easy. I got the information about how to enter the facility and room 24 hours behorehand. Tip: follow the map given by the accomodation. We followed google maps and it took us to another location 10 minutes away. Everything was amazing. We got towels and everything was clean. Definitely recommend. The only thing I would change would be the lighting in the living room. It's white instead of warm. So it feels less cozy."

Second floor of the apartment, no elevator.(2階、エレベーターなし) Cute little apartment, bath room also small. the fridge is small . but most amenities for stay are provided to relax as you are at home.

The train tracks are nearby, so not suitable for those who are sensitive. All curtains are fireproof and have some sound insulation, but not complete. Trains become less frequent towards the night.
When you turn off the light at night, you can enjoy the view of the luminous wall for a while.

On June 4, we conducted regular inspection of the fire alarm and confirmed that everything was working properly.

On July 25, we contacted the police due to a continuing pattern of guests stealing tissue boxes. This is a violation of the criminal code of Japan, so we will report any thefts to the police immediately.

On August 4, 2025, we changed the system so that we (the hosts) will cover the entire accommodation fee that guests pay to Airbnb.

On August 7th, a guest violated the house rules regarding smoking, and we took action as outlined in the rules.

On August 12, 2025, we removed the 10% discount for the "non-refundable option."

☆About parking lot☆

I have a parking lot on the first floor of the building.
If no one else uses this parking lot, I will allow you to park for 200 yen per day.
But, 1 car only. The vehicle height is to 2.2m.
When you come by car, please tell me by a message.

If there is a reservation to use my parking lot on the same day, the guest who reserved earlier will have priority.
If you can't use my parking lot, I will direct you to a nearby coin parking lot (300 yen coin parking is the cheapest from 5:00 pm to 8:00 am).

If you break or lose any equipment in the room during your stay, we will charge you.

If a WIFI router is broken, it's 58320 yen.
For example when losing the room key, it's 1000 yen.
