A very cosy converted studio. In the heart of Gwithian village, quiet country pub 100m away, 5 min walk over sand dunes to the beach, bar and bistro 10 minute walk through the nature reserve. One double bed in a bunk style (you need to like ladders!)

The space
The studio is part of The Old Post Office in Gwithian, we don't sell stamps but you'll want to send a postcard from here...

The double bed is only accessible by ladder - kind of a double adults bunk, it's like being a kid again. The headroom is restricted, but it's super cosy - especially with the wood burning fire roaring below. One dog only please.

Guest access
There is no garden but with the beach being a 5 minute walk away - who needs a garden?! There is also the Rockpool a great bar and bistro just down the road and a great country pub a stones throw away - plenty of places for sun downers. There's also Godrevy cafe and sunset surf cafe 10 mins walk away, great for breakfast, lunch or afternoon tea and cake :) You'll have one parking space on a shared drive.

Other things to note
It is a small space, there's one large sofa, a coffee table, kitchen, en-suite shower room (no bath) breakfast bar and stools and a well kitted out kitchen. No wifi or phone signal - you have to talk to each other here...or watch tv.
The Red River Pub (which is excellent) and only 100 meters away - does have internet, food and great beer.
