Welcome to our room only accommodation. There is a double bed, TV ,tea & coffee making facilities plus a fridge where we give you free milk & cold water daily. There are towel which are changed daily.The bathroom is right next to the room which is shared with myself & my partner as this is our home. When possible parking is available

We are a couple of miles from the beautiful beach of Perranporth. We are in a very quiet secluded location, surrounded by farmland with no light or noise pollution. This is a new purpose built cabin in our garden, with it's own fully furnished kitchen, bathroom & bedroom with double bed. There is ample parking, free WiFi and a warm welcome awaits.. Suitable for single people or couples.
The space
There is a bedroom with a double bed with bedside tables & a wardrobe and a velux roof window with blackout blind. The bathroom has a toilet, sink, electric shower and storage cabinet. There is an open plan fully equipped kitchen with oven, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, tea & coffee provided and a breakfast bar & stools to eat / work at. The lounge area has a sofa, bookcase & TV. There's an HDMI cable for you to plug your laptop in. There's a private decking with outdoor table and chairs.

Details for access will be messaged prior to your stay. We operate self checkin and there's outdoor lighting so late checkin is fine. Checkin is anytime after 16.00.

Nestled above Perranporth’s famous three-km-long golden beach (arguably Cornwall’s greatest beach and only short walk away!), Lower Reen Farm offers two unique and adorable self-contained holiday chalets with living area, kitchenette, bathroom and mezzanine bedroom. Hot tub included as booked (please note this is shared with the other chalet on site).
Beyond the chalets visitors are very welcome to stroll around the farm (picnic rugs provided) for picnics, yoga or a spot to have a quiet read!
