Dove double room with private lounge & shower room in our B&B Woodrock. Bedroom: Comfy double bed with bedding & towels. Smart tv with wifi tea coffee & kettle hairdryer wardrobe bedside cabinets.

Breakfast: Continental style served in our kitchen; cereals cold meats cheese eggs toast fruit tea & coffee juice.
No cooking facilities. Takeaways can be eaten in kitchen. Microwave can be used.

The space
Woodrock is our family home, a dormer bungalow in the wooded valley area of Newlyn known as the Coombe.
The centre of Newlyn with its harbour, beach, shops, restaurants, pubs and galleries is a 5 minute stroll away. There is safe parking on the road. Please note there are 28 steps from the road to the house. Guests can use toaster and microwave in the kitchen. Takeaway food to be eaten at dining table please.
Sue can offer art tuition and tailor made art holidays.
