The space
The Little House is a large static home which has been in place now for 20+ years. It lies on our land and is secluded by bushes and an extremely large Christmas Tree which separates it from my families home, leaving you space to relax all day uninterrupted or cool down after a busy hectic day at the beach.

It is totally secluded set in an acre and a half of land which is extremely peaceful, and private.

You can drive onto the field and park just by The Little House in dry weather, otherwise please park on the drive (the far right when you pull into the drive in front of the shed).

Guest access
You are welcome to use the field, the garden behind The Little House and its patio. But please do not walk behind Foxwood or on its patio.

A stylish and modern self contained cabin located on a quiet country lane in the side garden of our house “Campions” , yet still only a ten minute walk to the centre and the beaches of Lyme Regis.

Lyme has numerous places to eat all within an easy walking distance following the river path along the Lym or via a more direct route straight to the high street. We have equipped the space with limited self catering equipment to enable guests to cook a hearty breakfast or simple one pan evening meal.

The space
The cabin is situated in our side garden and we will occasionally be walking by to either tend the vegetable beds or to get to our shed but it is very private and secluded other than that .


The cabin has a kitchenette with a twin ring hob, fridge with ice box and a small microwave making it suitable for reheating food or preparing a very simple one pot meal but with all the amazing eateries in Lyme we suspect you will be eating out mainly .

We provide tea and coffee for your stay and some milk for your first cuppa.

The bathroom has a shower cubicle with a simple electric shower that can be a bit temperamental but once you get it set it’s perfect

There is access to the cabin through the arch into the side garden .
Guests are welcome to sit in the side garden and we have seats there for your use.

Please note there is no onsite parking but you should be able to find free on street parking within a few minute walk ( on the main Lyme road , at the top of the lane or down from the property on the junction of Roman Road and Haye Lane) or alternatively there are a number of local car parks.
You are welcome to drive into the property to unload /reload your bags where we will be happy to steer you towards parking options

34 Monmouth Beach lies to the west of the historic Cobb in Lyme Regis. It is a beautifully finished and stylishly furnished wooden chalet right on the beach. Enjoy uninterrupted sea views from the generous wooden deck at the front of the chalet. There is parking behind the chalet and a ramped access. Our chalet is great for couples, small families, friends; it can sleep 4.

Our change over days are Friday and Monday (though this listing may state Fridays only), check in 4pm, check out 10am.

Please note: our mezzanine level is not standing height; children love it, but please bear this in mind when booking. The stairs are steep and some edges of the mezzanine are open with wire roped barriers only. Again, please consider this when booking as this area isn't suitable for children under 6.

One of two properties available, Beech Lodge is situated in a quiet spot with lovely views towards the Devon countryside. It is a five minute drive to Lyme Regis and is near a footpath that takes you via Uplyme along the River Lim for a meandering walk into Lyme's centre.

It is an ideal base for exploring all that Devon and Dorset has to offer.

The space
Beech Lodge is a modern, well insulated place to stay.

It has under floor heating, professionally laundered cotton bedding and towels, stylish Ercol furniture and a fully equipped kitchen.

Our ethos is to make staying with us as easy as possible. We include little things to make life easier whilst you get sorted. These include, tea, coffee, milk, oil, washing up liquid and toilet rolls.

The lodge is accessed by a tree lined lane and has free private parking.

It is situated in a field off a public footpath, which is one of the reasons you feel away from it all, when in fact you are close to Lyme Regis Town.

It is a peaceful spot in which to enjoy lovely views over the distant hills and the sun setting over the trees. A 30 second walk from the lodge rewards you with stunning views of Golden Cap and the Jurassic Coast.

The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, cups, pots and pans etc. There is an oven, hob, microwave and dishwasher.

The lounge has a sofa and two chairs. The views can be enjoyed from the lounge whilst relaxing.

There are two bedrooms. The main has a king size bed with ensuite toilet and basin. There is room for a travel cot.


The other has two standard size single beds that are suitable for both children and adults.

There is a family sized shower room.

It is a lovely space to comfortably accommodate four guests.

There is outside space with table and chairs plus bbq. (Guests to bring own charcoal).

It is a quiet spot. We have lots of wildlife for nature lovers. Birds, badgers, deer, bats.

There is low light pollution so the stars look amazing on a clear night.

It is a mile from the beach. It is possible to walk, and we do it all the time, there are lovely views to enjoy on the way. But it has to be noted that like a lot of properties in Lyme it is up a hill, so the walk back isn’t as easy as the walk down.

There are lots of walks from the lodge. It is close to the coastal path and also to the lovely Uplyme walks.

The house was originally built as a holiday retreat by one of Lyme's most notable citizens, Samuel Coade.
