The space
A cosy annexe at the back of our house giving both privacy and independence. A private double room and double sofa bed in the lounge. There is private garden with lawn, vegetable patch, seating and loungers. Eco friendly with electric car charging available if required at £1 an hour. (25p per kWh) As well as a private bedroom you also have a shower room, open plan lounge, kitchen diner with cooking facilities and large fridge freezer. Dining table inside as well as Al fresco dining area for outside private dining. Smart TV with WiFi for you to access your accounts. Games and books, including some walking trails provided for nearby Dartmoor.

The town has a pretty mix of independent shops and cafes. Ice cream, coffee shops, charity shops, cream tea and pasties! Other attractions are easily accessible such as The Donkey Sanctuary, the Norman Lockyear Observatory; either on foot (45 minutes) or by car. Ladram bay 1 hours walk along coast path. Weston mouth beach 2 hours walk - picnic. BEAUTIFUL day out.

The Harbour Hotel offers spa days and is a 5 minute walk away, with access to the gym, treatments and spa with sauna, jacuzzi, sauna hydro pool as well as an outside pool in the summer.

Guest access
On arrival, access is through our house initially, please ring the door bell of Solar Tide. Once in and shown around the annex, you will have your own private entrance, you’ll feel very private and undisturbed.

I’ve said we can accommodate 3 people but please note there is 1 double bed and 1 small double sofa bed. It would perhaps be suitable for 2 small children on the sofa bed. The small double sofa bed is in the lounge

Fully furnished 2 bedroom holiday let with spectacular views located 2 minutes from the seaside town of Sidmouth. Family run farm shop on site serving excellent home cooked food and with fresh local produce available. Large open plan living room and kitchen/diner, 2 large bedrooms and family bathroom. Very pretty outdoor space. A £30 deposit (refundable on departure) will be taken at check in for use and return of the gate key.

Enjoy our spectacular views whilst having the perfect BBQ! Available to hire is our brand new BBQ fire pit, we also have a range of charcoal, logs and kindling for sale in the farm shop to really get those summer vibes burning. Sit on our beautiful lawn and enjoy home made burgers and sausages or local pork chops, steak or bacon all available from the on site farm shop. You can even wash it all down with a perfectly ice cold glass of Ventons Draught Devon Cider!
